The trip to Texas pleased patty as she couldn't wait to see her husband again. She held Audrey's hands who was feeling dizzy.

" Have you told Luke about it? She asked curiously

" About what? I haven't checked it but I know I'm some weeks late " she said lazily resting her head on her shoulder

" You should. You're pregnant Audrey. He needs to know" she coaxed as she nodded

" I'll do so Mom".

Patty couldn't wait to have grandchildren. She'd have hope again. She caressed Audrey's hair softly looking forward to being a granny.

They came bearing gifts to Roger's grave holding each other's hand. Lighting candles decorating his grave. Patty cried on Audrey's shoulders assuming he just newly died after all been in a coma for years doesn't mean she was aware of the years lost.

Audrey consoled her and herself then said her goodbyes. They returned to Ukraine after visiting their neighbors in LA.

She went to the hospital to have the test after much persuasion from her mom who was waiting patiently outside. She came outside with an envelope bearing a medical report.

" What's the result? Asked Patty

" Well, let's check it together" she exhaled opening it slowly

" You're pregnant Audrey. Yes. I'm going to be a granny" exclaimed patty kissing her proudly. Audrey never thought been pregnant can make her mom that happy She smiled wondering how Luke will take it.

She went to Luke's office as she couldn't wait for him to come home. Everyone greeted her on her way there respectfully. She was surprised but opened his door taking lazy strides to his table.

Luke was having a live meeting on the big screen. He paused it immediately he saw her.

" Audrey, what's it? He asked worriedly leading her to a seat pouring a glass of water for her

" Here. See for yourself" she pouted handing him the report

He stared at her then at the note then opened it beaming with excitement but controlled it

" You're six weeks pregnant. Isn't that what you wanted? He asked thinking she doesn't want it

" Yeah. " She muttered

" Cheer up. We're in this together. I'm going to be a dad. I'm going have a family of my own" he said excitedly raising her spinning her around then pulled her into a hug as she felt dizzy

" Are you that happy? She held his face to check which made him laugh.

" Of course I am. We should prepare for it. You have made my day. You're an angel" said Luke poking her cheeks

" I'll do anything for you, Luke. Anything" she muffled between his lips kissing him.

The next scene unfolds Luke, Patty, and Fiona waiting outside the labor room as Audrey was in labor. After a long winding road, it was finally nine months.

Doctors and nurses were running helter-skelter calling for support and getting more fluids and medications. Luke was nervous pacing with longing eyes.

The cry of a baby was heard which brightened Luke's face. He wanted to go in but they didn't allow him then another cry was heard ten minutes later. Luke was astonished: he wanted to be a surprise so he didn't check the sex of the child. the doctor and midwives were about to wrap up thinking the struggle was over then she winced in pain again pushing giving birth to another baby in one hour she delivered triplets.

The doctor allowed them in after they've cleaned her up as she was exhausted from the prolonged labor.

He looked around checking on Audrey first, kissed her lips, cheeks, and forehead thankfully she lived.

" She had triplet," said Patty as Luke turned to have a look

" Yes ma'am. She's a very strong woman. You have two boys and a girl, Mr. Hamilton. Congratulations" said the delivery team happily

" Omg Luke, the first triplets in the family. Mommy is proud of you" said Fiona hugging him proudly

" Three kids at once? Audrey is going to kill me" he stated not forgetting how she made him run errands for her during her pregnancy. The sleepless nights and her mood swings. Now, three babies, it's a nightmare he thought

" C'mon, I'm here, Granny to Mrs. Patty. Look around you, the Hamilton having had toddlers since Stella's last child. " She coaxed looking at her beautiful grandchildren

" They're beautiful. One of the boys seems to have Audrey's red hair. " Said Patty touching their tiny fingers

Lucas sat close to Audrey waiting for her to wake up so that they can see their kids together. He held her warm hands sighing.

Hours later, the room was filled with friends and family who were teasing Luke for being too horny to have three kids at once.

" I knew he was a Lion," said Lola smiling at the baby girl.

" Man, look at them. You're one vibrant man" teased Nate poking Luke who was busy feeding Audrey.

" Stop picking on my grandson. He did it for me. Kudos to you Audrey. You did it the easy way. What a boomer. I'm sure you have lots of twins and triplets in there. Luke just has to explore. " She appraised. She asked for six and got three first. Isn't it wonderful?

" Audrey must be She needs to rest Lu, ke,", said Mr. Hugh winking at his son.

Luke sighed imaging the pain she went through giving birth to three babies in a day. Hell, he isn't going to disturb her for months.

Audrey was pretty exhausted. She slept after she was full.

Luke's friends rant and rant trying to decipher how they did it. Every one of them was curious but Luke ignored them taking care of his wife. He'd carry his babies when she was sleeping staring lovingly at them as a sense of responsibility hit him. They're all under his protection and care.

Luke slept beside her on the hospital bed staring at her beautiful face His family members had to excuse them.

" I told you it's not nice to watch people sleep" she muttered opening her eyes

" I wasn't taught so in the military. How are you? He asked caressing her hair softly

" I'm fine. Down there hurts a little" she whispered as a jolt of pain shot through his eyes

" Should I call the doctor? He asked intending to stand up but she held onto him cuddling to him

" No need. It's normal. How are the babies? She asked fiddling with his collar as he pats her arm slowly

" Beautiful. I can't believe we have three kids instead of one. You don't blame me, right? He asked feeling guilty for giving her sleepless nights

" Not your fault. What are we going to name them? She inquired looking up at him

" Alexander, Jocelyn, and Rogers" he announced as she stared at him stunned wondering why he's naming him after her Dad and not his brother

" Are you sure Preston isn't a better name? I kinda like it" she suggested touching his chiseled jaw

" Nah. He's in the family history already. I found out your Dad died at the age of twenty-eight. Not fair to him " he announced as she whimpered kissing him thankfully

" You're welcome, Honey. The one with the red hair is Alexander while the one with the black hair is Roger. Jocelyn has brown hair. you can give them a middle name as well' he stated pecking her

" Let's go with yours. I was thinking of names like Alexa, Alexander, and Alexis" she giggled as Luke laughed at a typical Audrey.

" They're triplets and different sex with different times of delivery. That's not a good idea" he chuckled

" You're good with this Luke. I know you'll be a wonderful father to them and a good husband no doubt. Promise me something " she requested as he looked at her curiously wondering why she's speaking like that.

" Is something wrong? Are you bleeding? Audrey, you're scaring me" he stood abruptly checking if she's bleeding

" No. I didn't mean to sound like that. Please sit. I want to cuddle" she requested urging him to lie down

" What is it? He lied down beside her as she cuddled to him

" Promise you'll love our kids as much as you love me? Show them love and affection. Spoil them. Promise me Luke" she looked serious. Luke sighed cupping her cheeks

" I promise Audrey. You and my kids are my priority. No one else" he promised to cross his chest

'" thank you," said Audrey snuggling to him more. She could tell he loves her more than anything which means his love won't be enough for their kids. And she doesn't want that. Her kids won't go through what she went through. They'll have the love and support from their parents. She's going to make sure of that.

She was ready to treasure them just as she treasured Luke. They deserved the best.

TWO YEARS LATER

Patty has become the CEO of the company with Luke's help who finally released the last piece of the company to her.

Audrey resumed work at the hotel .she received a call from the kindergarten.

" Oh, God. My kids. Hello, I'm on my way. geez," she ended the call.

Having kids is troublesome. She concluded arranging her things on the table which was a mess as she's always busy.

She was hurrying out of the hotel when she received a call from Luke.

" My love, I'm on my way to fetch the kids. I'll call you later "

" Are you in a hurry? I picked them already and I'm sending them to granny's house. Tomorrow is Bobby's bachelorette party. Don't tell me you forgot? He emphasized it. Realizing she did forget while worrying about their two years old kids who can walk and talk already.

" Audrey, calm down. Prudence will take care of them. Let's spend time together as couples for once. Hmm. Don't you miss me? Well, I miss tossing you. I'm waiting for you at home" he stated hanging the call.

He feels she can't stay without the kids not today. He's having his wild wife back who is head over heels in love with him. He waited patiently for her and she finally enters the house.

The house was glittering just like the first day of their marriage. She strode in slowly in awe. She smiled catching a glimpse of him at the stairs climbing down.

" You like it? He asked sorting her disheveled hair out wrapping his hands around her waist

" You promised to lose weight he said as she giggled. She has tried but it seems to have kids have made her big all over

" I will if you'll tutor me" she suggested wrapping her hands around his waist. His plan worked. She'd dying to have him already.

" This way," he said leading her to a mini club in his house making her stunned wondering when he built it

" For you and I. I miss you" he said coquettishly kissing her clavicles

" I know I have been busy with the kids. I'm sorry. Forgive me" she started running her hands through his hair which is slightly curled. He's still on his military haircut.

" I'm not mad at you. Let's go out. Tomorrow is Bobby's bachelorette party. You wouldn't want to offend them right? He raised a brow as she chuckled turning the music on.

" I can't believe Lola proposed to Roman and married him the same day before announcing it" she stated while waltzing with him

" The things we do for the ones we love" he chuckled twirling her while she puts her head on his shoulder

Never in Audrey's twenty-eight years of living has she imagined Lola the antagonist of love proposing to a man. Well, Luke is right: the things we do for love are bizarre and crazy but it's selfless.
