Audrey went to the textile company to see Ava. She entered and saw her making out with James. She didn't want to disturb them so she quietly Left deciding to go to Lola. They have known each other for eight years. They were like sisters.

She arrived and entered her boutique. Lola hugged her immediately she saw her.

" Are you okay? " She hugged her tightly

" I'm fine. " She sits down

" You know I have been trying to communicate with my aunt but couldn't find her. I met someone today and he said something. I think my aunt doesn't mean well to me. She seems to be hiding her true self. " She stated aggressively

" Ivy has disappeared. We've looked everywhere Audrey forget about her"

" My mom is in her care. She moved her from her former hospital. I have to find her"

" I know Audrey but it's been six years since you started the search for her maybe she's dead or your Aunt died"

" No she didn't and I'm going to find Ivy jerkins. She has some explanations to do. " She sneered

" Good luck with that. Is that why you are so uptight? You'll see her at the right time. "

" She won't come out. I have to find her. I need to know if my mother lives "

" Okay. Let me know if I can help okay? Stop beating yourself up. It's going to be fine. " She urged hugging her

" I'm just tired of living in fear. If I find out she sold me to Viola. I'm going to kill her even if it's the last thing I do"

" We'll be here to support you along the way" she smiled

" Enjoy your life. Fall in love. Go out with boys like Ava. Get laid" she chuckled

"Relationships aren't my field. I guess I have turned a lot of them down that they had stopped asking" they laughed

" Seriously Audrey let's give the relationship a try. I have one already. You should go out too. We're free now. No one recognizes us "

" Whatever you say. I'll try to if I find someone I like. For the moment I'm not attracted to anyone"

" You will. Wait for it. You have all the qualifications you know what I mean" she smirked smiling

" I need new clothes my arrogant client thinks my clothes are too tight. I need something a little lose fitting" she giggled

" Why? Has he been checking you out? Or is he interested in you now? She exclaimed curiosity

" He's a dick. He had a meeting and the men kept staring at me. I need it anyway. "

" You do hate him right?

" I don't enjoy his presence I know hate is a big word but yes I hate him " she voiced

" Something tells me he did more than that. Did you sleep with him?

" What? Lucas Hamilton hates women. He prefers to frustrate them. I don't know what I have done to warrant his insult. If he doesn't like me I can appoint someone else"

" He's hot. I heard he's from the army: an ex-general. You should fear him, Audrey. we don't want to offend a man like that with viola on our neck. don't fall for him. He's bad news for us" she warned

" I know and there's no way I'm fallen for him. He's unlovable. Nothing is good about him " she sneered picking some clothes.

She got home and called a private investigator to find her Mom and Aunt. She wasn't giving up yet. She needed answers.

She spent most of her time at work because it was a big hotel and she lives alone. She needed the distraction for a while. She wore her new tux which was free as it was not tight. She was trailing to the office when she noticed a perfectly made back of a man. His height and a slight chubby muscly body. She wanted to take a closer look as she walked to the person and frowned when she saw who it was. She hasn't seen him out of his tux before.

" Are you out of your mind Manager? You better have something pleasant and captivating to say" he snapped but she ignored him while in her whole world

To think of it she hasn't taken a good look at him. She noticed his perfectly shaped jawline and piercing eyes. She felt charmed damn he's so handsome and sexy.no wonder women drool over him but such a waste they gave it to the wrong person.

He doesn't act his looks. He behaves like the ugliest man in the world. What a waste of beauty. Luke crossed his hands on his chest while leaning on the wall watching her staring and ogling at his handsomeness. He could bet she hasn't seen a man as pleasing to the eyes as him.

' are you done? He asked sarcastically bringing her out of her fantasy. she was surprised to find him still standing there

" Follow me, Manager. " He ordered

" Where to? I'm busy" she refused to stomp her ground

" It seems you don't learn," he said coldly as her legs moved following him. Waste of beauty!

She followed him to the gym. She was glad she needed it anyway and she was planning on suggesting something to him.

They got to the physical fitness area and he took his shirt off. She widened her eyes ogling and studying every part. He entered the treadmill and turned it on running ceaselessly. She didn't understand her presence there. Is she to stand there and watch him do his thing? Wait! did he notice her ogling earlier? She spanked her forehead guessing he did. She couldn't turn her head away either. She stared at him throughout the session as he moved to the pulley.

" Mr. Hamilton, " she swallowed a lump

" Just say it " he snapped

" I think you should choose another hostess to serve you"

" Why will I do that? Is this my home? Do your job manager and don't you dare give me advice"

" Yes sir," she said in annoyance luckily he didn't notice it. Her phone rang and she picked it

" Hello David, " she said smiling which didn't pass him by.

" I'm at the hotel. Where are you? "

" I'm around and on my way. " She ended the call and turned to Lucas

" Mr. Hamilton, I have a guest. So I'll have to leave"

" Wait till I'm done or you see him here," he said still exercising the pulley.

David was directed to the gym by Audrey.

" I am sorry about this. What's the matter? She asked as David gave her a rose flower

" Will you be my girlfriend. ?" He asked while stretching the rose. Lucas caught a glimpse of them and continued his physical therapy.

" I don't know what to say? I'm surprised, Dave. Is this because I told you about the crush. That happened a long time ago" she didn't know how to make him understand

" It doesn't matter. You'll like me again and perhaps fall in love later on " he said making Lucas scoff .they looked his way and focused on their discussion

" I don't think so. I'm sorry David. Perhaps we can start with been friends then if by then my feelings for you arises. We'll give it a try" she suggested. Dave nodded in agreement. He was ready to woo her again.

" If you're done making a fool of yourself get out. The manager gets back to work. Break time is over" he stated

" Yes sir. David, I'll call you " she said hugging him while he leaves

" What can I do for you, sir?

" Arrange dinner. I'm meeting my parents and grandma later in the evening. I want all kinds of food there and your apple pie as dessert. " He said sternly. Oops it seems someone likes her not so apple pie

" Yes sir. Can I go? She asked for permission

" Yeah. Get out" he voiced and she left. He picked a towel and dried his sweats. Now he needed to shower.
