Chapter 110: Chapter 110
Aland glanced at Miller and nodded briefly. Aland commanded his troops to prepare to face the special forces sent by Mrs. Abraham.
They all didn't care, even though Ares Abraham had announced that the leadership of Pack Abraham had now been taken over by Hunter Abraham. The special forces consist of trained people. They were personally recruited by Mrs. Abraham. Most of them are criminals and dangerous criminals.
"Jonea, seek shelter!" asked Aland.
"You asked me to hide? Do you think I'm a weak girl who needs protection? Do not dream. I will also join the fight with you!"
Aland shook his head.
"You stubborn!" said Aland and Miller together. They were silent for a moment, then laughed together.
"What are you guys laughing at?" reprimanded the special forces leader, who felt offended.
The special forces simultaneously turned into wolves.
Aland and the leader of the special forces are now facing each other. The fight is done traditionally, like a fight between two groups of wolves. The two leaders met each other first to determine who would win.
Miller stepped forward and restrained Aland. "Let me!"
Aland shook his head. "This is our job. They have been dishonest and have done bad things to you. We should also finish and stop them. If something bad happens to me, go and save Jonea."
"Fuck!" hissed Jonea. "You think you're having a farewell party? I didn't come here to watch you die, Aland. We will face them together."
The leader of the special forces was impatient. The herds were growling, howling, and even showing their fangs and claws.
From inside the hemp bag her mother had given her, Jonea took out her silver stake. The silver stake will be her weapon of protection.
Jonea stood back to back with Miller. They were alert because the wolves surrounded them from all over.
Aland was confronted by the leader of the special forces. They wrestled in an open area–clawed and pounced on each other. Hamilton Pack squad members also face about 10 to 20 opponents each.
A special forces member who didn't turn into a wolf walked up to Jonea with a dagger. He was trying to disguise himself.
"Get out of the way! We need to bring in Miller Fallon. You don't have to die if you hand it over."
Miller immediately opened his jaw wide. At that time, everyone was silent to see Miller's change which was so fantastic and brutal.
"Lycans! So it's true he's a lycan!"
Surprise began to sound from the members of the special forces.
"We have to get rid of the lycan!" shouted one special forces member.
The special forces leader, who was busy wrestling with Aland, began to worry that his troop members would lose control.
"You fake wolf," the man grumbled. "They are still human souls who don't understand command and leadership. I told you to bring Miller Fallon alive. No one is allowed to touch him, let alone kill him."
Aland grinned. He saw that there was a gap in the special forces unit. Most of the special forces members consist of humans who have transplanted werewolf DNA. Thus, not all members of the special forces can focus on the commands given by the leader.
"Jonea!" call Aland. "You only need to face the troops with a special mark on the nape. They are humans. They are much weaker than pure werewolves."
The commander of the special forces needed to accept the instructions given by Aland. He flipped and turned into a huge and terrifying black wolf. He tried to pounce on Aland. But Aland dodged and tore one of the black wolf's arms off.
Miller really turned into a lycan. Its body size is much larger than the average wolf's. His eyes were burning red. Its fangs were sticking out sharp, and it looked so scary. Miller is much more brutal.
By Aland's instructions, Jonea avoided dealing with pure werewolves. He only targeted the special forces members who had a mark on the nape of their neck.
Sure enough, their fighting abilities weren't as good as those of pure werewolves. They are easily emotional, unfocused, and often go crazy for no reason.
After fighting for almost an hour, all the troops from the Hamilton pack started to worry. Of about a hundred members, only half remained.
Jonea stood in the middle with her body and clothes covered in the opponent's blood. She was still gripping the silver stake firmly in her hand.
Jonea's hands were raised in front of her chest, ready to attack. On the right and left, there is Aland and also Miller. They continued to protect Jonea so that she could avoid being attacked by special forces whose numbers never seemed to decrease.
The commander of the special forces was getting annoyed. He is repeatedly injured by Aland's attacks, though the wounds soon close up. He was getting tired and angry to see his troops starting to fall apart.
"Ignore the other warriors!" the leader ordered. "Just focus on the lycan. We have to catch him!"
"Huu… Hoo…!" shouted the members of the special forces. They are so excited.
The members of the special forces recruited from the human race have fallen. Now only the pure races remain.
"Maybe we should end here," muttered Aland. "Jonea, tell me before I completely pillow the ground. Do you love me?"
"You don't have to ask me, Aland. Of course, I love you very much!" Jonea shouted shamelessly. "If this is our last chance to meet, don't ever make me regret that I died with a chest full of love for you!"
Aland and Jonea faced off. Aland grabbed Jonea's head by kissing the girl very possessively.
Miller saw all that and immediately looked away.
"You guys are so, so embarrassing!" grunted Miller. "How can you kiss in front of so many enemies? Crazy!"
Jonea and Aland gasped.
"Thanks for the energy you send me, Jonea. Your lips are so sweet." Once again, he kissed her. "Let's face them together!" Aland grinned mischievously.
As the werewolves from the special forces began to ambush the remaining members of Hamilton's squad, gunshots were heard from various parts of the forest.
"What is this?"
Everyone panicked and confused.
Only then did they realize that the troops who were in the outermost row, one by one, began to fall because of the shots.
Jonea and Aland were stunned. The troops from Hamilton's pack also looked at each other. Miller let out a long howl.
"You guys want to have some fun alone?" shouted Edison, who appeared in an open-top offroad car. He stood behind his machine gun.
Behind Ed, dozens of similar cars appeared with the same machine guns. From the bushes and behind the trees, hundreds of men and women began to emerge. They look like they are going to a party.
"Is this a war between gangsters?" protested Aland. "You mobilized all members of the mafia, gangsters, and thugs throughout the city to come here?"
"Yeah! We're going to party!" shouted Ed with satisfaction. "Guys! Show your skills!"
From one of the nearest cars, Elmar jumped down along with Biggest.
Jonea couldn't believe it.
Elmar brought a bow and arrows. Meanwhile, Biggest came carrying two katana swords. They are excited about their new toy.
Elmar and Biggest went crazy. Together with Edison and his joint forces, they began to finish off the special forces sent by Mrs. Abraham.
Miller was completely amazed to see the appearance of B4 members with their unusual troops.
"Wait, is this a school reunion? How come Biggest is here?" said Jonea. "Miller, come on, let's take part!"
Jonea was ready to lunge at a nearby opponent, but Aland pulled the girl's hand and kept her side.
"Your job is done here, Jonea. Wait here and let this Alpha of yours do the rest." Aland was so protective of Jonea.
"Miller, keep Jonea here. No matter what, don't let her go to the battlefield and face the enemy."
Aland jumped into the air and turned into a large gray wolf. He lunged at the special forces leader with strength many times greater than before and defeated him in one strike. Aland actually pounced on the black wolf's neck with his jaws tight.
"Stop!" shouted someone who suddenly caught everyone's attention.
A man with a charming face covering Jonea. He drew a dagger into the neck of the line.
"If you guys continue to fight and attack, then I will kill this girl right now!" the masked man threatened.
If only that man wasn't so generous, Jonea, surely the troops deployed by B4 would have won the battle. However, the threats aimed at Jonea gave the special forces some hope.
The wounded and battered special forces began to retreat to save themselves. They took cover behind the masked man who took Jonea, hostage.
Aland was furious. He already wanted to run up to the masked man. But the tip of the dagger grazed Jonea's neck until it bled. Miller did not accept it and immediately stopped Aland.
"If you take another step forward, he will definitely kill Jonea. I won't let that happen!"
Everyone looked desperate. The masked man is protected by his flock. So that there are no gaps and opportunities for both Miller and B4 to attack.
"If you want this girl to be safe, leave the lycan to us!"
"It's my fault I can't take care of Jonea. Let me go with him!" Miler exclaimed. "But, let go of that girl."
"There will be no exchange!" said the masked man. "I'll take you both. When we feel safe, we will let this girl go."
Aland clenched his fists tightly. He couldn't just lose Jonea.
The remaining wounded assault troops retreated, carrying Jonea and Miller. They injected anesthetic into Miller.
The members of B4 and their combined forces could have done more.
The special forces left quickly and away from the battle arena using trucks.
"Miller? You are okay?"
Miller is unconscious. Jonea was so worried to see her brother hurt.
The truck that transported them was moving fast along the road in the ravine. As the road descended, their vehicle came to a halt. A car is parked in the middle of the road.
The driver pressed the horn repeatedly to warn the car to get out of the way. However, the driver said his car broke down.
"I can't shake it off!"
They see smoke coming from the hood of the car.
The special forces started to panic. Their distance is pretty close. B4 and his combined forces could follow.
"Get that junk car off the road!" the masked man ordered.
Some of its members got out of the truck and tried to push the wrecked car into a ravine. They didn't, even though the car owner shouted angrily.
When they focused on pushing the car into the abyss, suddenly, the owner took out a silver dagger and stabbed each of the special forces members in front of him.
The masked man was astonished. He saw his men fall before the car was driven into the ravine. He began to be vigilant and ordered the driver to hit the damaged car.
However, his efforts were too late. The truck they were driving was surrounded by troops dressed all in black.
The black troops surrounded the truck and killed one by one the members of the special forces who were trying to escape.
"Miller, wake up!" whispered Jonea, patting Miller's cheek.
Miller was conscious even though he still looked dazed.
A group of men dressed in black dragged Jonea out of the truck.
"Who are you?" Jonea was confused.
Miller, who still has a headache, can't do anything.
"Who sent you here?" she shouted.
Someone appeared from behind the truck and reached out to Jonea.
