Leo handed Alana the earring that a detective had previously found on Alana made alana take it with her trembling hands, even Alana didn't dare simply to reply to Leo's stare that was hard to decipher when she looked in her direction.

They're in the room now, alone. After the detectives had said all the evidence, Leo just thanked them and told everyone in the living room to dismiss them, after which he brought alana in for a private conversation.

"You want to explain something?" Asked Leo in his cold tone, making Alana finally emboldened her to look him in the face.

"What kind of explanation do you want to hear from me? "Alana sought to normalize her voice so as not to be heard quivering in Leo's ear.

"Why do I have an earring in my car? "Asked Leo, made Alana pause

"I don't know, I did lose my earring and you know it, but I didn't lose it in your car." Alana answered ina confident tone.

"So you think someone stole your earring and accidentally put it in my car? "Guess Leo made Alana suddenly nod her head.

"Of course it is, then someone has deliberately tried to frame me for not liking me or our marriage" he blurted in his attempt to convince Leo to believe that word.

"So who do you think doesn't like you or our marriage, you suspect someone? "Asking Leo made Alana silent again, whether she should be so inclined to accuse Alana or violet without any evidence in her hands of thinking Alana was trying to think of a solution, she didn't want to be rash and look more guilty in Leo's eyes and Alana couldn't just accuse either of them.

"I don't know, I mean I can't accuse anyone of anything because I don't have any evidence to accuse anyone of anything, I'm sure the person who's been framing me is very good at playing this sort of thing. "He blurted while trying to think of how he was looking for evidence of his innocence, the next second alana snapped his fingers.

"CCTV I" Alana exclaimed.

"Isn't there a video in the garage why don't we try to check who's been at your car for the past few days?" Alana said that he froze out because he didn't think of checking the CCTV in the garage.

"All right, then we need to see that CCTV now." Leo answered, but Alana stopped him immediately.

"No, we won't see the CCTV now, we'll check it after everyone is asleep in the house and then we'll see it." Alana said Leo to frown.

"So what? "Leo asked.

"Of course be wary of the real perpetrator, I'm sure he must now be frightened for fear of his actions being exposed, so we should let him feel at ease and not be threatened to lower his guard and then we'll check his CCTV." Alana made Leo stare at him with his eyebrow raised.

"All right, suit yourself," said Leo, about to twist his wheelchair back, but Alana stopped him.

"Why, you still make a face out of me, didn't you know I wasn't behind it?" Alana blurted out what Leo was doing to her.

"I'm not putting on a sour face, I'm just having a lot on my mind," Leo replied, "it irritated Alana, after which she put out her hand and stroked Leo's frown.

"I don't like to see your wrinkles, you look older than you are," Alana blurted out Leo.

"It's not just because I'm frowning my forehead will add to my age," Leo said, making al5ana nod her head.

"Of course, it's very influential, you might want to remove these wrinkles and those too" Alana blurted as she stroked the forehead and also the corner of Leo's eye after which she covered her husband's face and looked closely.

"Look at you look like you're ten years younger than you are right now if those wrinkles weren't your creates." Alana blurted out Leo.

"Theory of where you get this kind of thing, you're in it" said Leo as he pinched Alana's little nose making alana grunt while rubbing her red nose, Alana then following Leo's movements about turning his wheelchair at their bedroom door.

"Where are you going? "Asked Alana.

"Checking the CCTV like you said." Java Leo.

"Hey shouldn't we wait for the others to fall asleep" Alana said.

"I think they're in a deep sleep, don't you see what time it is?" Leo said, making alana see a clock on top of the nightstand, making Alana jump out of her seat and walk over to Leo to check the CCTV they were talking about.

Alana pushed Leo's wheelchair very slowly, perhaps more like sneaking in and shaking him in the head.

"You're like a thief who walks into someone else's house," Leo said, tearing Alana in half.

"I'm afraid my steps will wake the people in the house" he answered only to make Leo Snark with a shrill voice, making Alana flatten him on the shoulder.

"Hey, what are you doing, can you lower your voice that doesn't matter, do you want the real criminals to notice our actions?" Alana made Leo just shrug off his shoulder.

"That's not going to happen, and neither are they now dreaming beautifully," Leo replied, only to aggravate alana. They then continued their steps to the room where the CCTV was located and started going through the recordings that were now in front of them.

"What date will we see the CCTV? "Asked alana as she looked at the date of the CCTV footage in front of her.

"When you lose your earring," Leo replied, "make Alana freeze her then try to remember when she started losing her earrings.

"Two days ago" Alana answered induced Leo to look directly at the CCTV footage for the past two days, take note of any movement in the garage, and minutes later they were instantly silent when they saw one movement in Leo's car.

Leo and alana looked at each other, looking at the screen where her senses were unlocking the hood.

"What is he doing?"

"Patrick." Leo murmured as he narrowed his gaze.

"Could he have done it?" Alana silenced Leo as he watched, not long before his senses were seen again closing the car after it passed
