She sighed deeply, she dropped the plate she was holding, then she went upstairs, she went to Shiella's room first and she knocked on the door.

"Come in." Shiella said from inside.

Valeria opened the door, then she went in, closing the door after her.

"Good morning ma'am." Valeria greeted.

Shiella turned to face her.

"Good morning dear, how are you today, and hope you slept well?"

"I'm fine ma'am, and yes I slept well, thank you." She answered politely.

"Breakfast is ready I guess," Shiella said with a smile.

"Yes ma'am."

"Alright, I'll be down soon, thank you." Shiella said.

Valeria nodded, then she left.

She went to Ergon's room next. She was about knocking on his door, when Noah's door opened and he came out.

Valeria stared at him from the corner of her eyes, and when she saw him walking up to her, she mentally screamed, wondering what he wanted.

"Hey," Noah said when he got to her.

"Hey." Valeria replied, not facing him.

"You know that's not a nice way to greet, right." Noah said, and Valeria rolled her eyes hard, then she turned to face him.

"Are you trying to lecture me now?" She asked. Noah chuckled, surprising her greatly.

She literally can't remember the last time Noah chuckled.

"Someone must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed this morning," She thought.

"I'm not trying to lecture you, I was just saying, you should have added a little bit more something, not just the hey." Noah said. Valeria scoffed.

"Nice try, when you wanted to talk to me, you said hey, so I replied to you in the same manner." Valeria shrugged.

"Come on Val, you don't have to be like that," Noah said with a small smile.

Valeria couldn't believe her ears.

"Did he just call me Val? Hell no!"

"Are you okay Noah? You're sure you don't have a very high fever or something?" Valeria asked. Noah frowned.

"And what's that supposed to mean?" He asked. Valeria laughed.

"You're acting so strangely, so I need to know if you're okay or if you have a fever." Valeria laughed.

Noah sighed, then he shook his head.

"Don't give me that look, when have you ever been this nice to me?"

"Forget it, how are you? Are you okay?"
