Next day....

Valeria, Ergon and Rita stood in front of his car, it was time for them to leave.

"Can't believe I'll have to say good bye so soon." Rita lamented. s

She felt like crying because she didn't want her daughter to leave.

"I'll miss you mom." Valeria said, hugging her mom.

"I'll miss you too honey." Rita reciprocated.

They stayed in each others arms for a while. But Rita was the first to pull away from the hug.

"Ergon," she called.

"Yes ma'am."

"Please take care of my daughter. I believe I can trust you to do that, and I'm glad you both attend the same school."

"You do not have to worry, ma'am, you can trust me to take good care of her." Ergon replied with a smile.

"Thank you so much, I feel very much at ease hearing this now."

"And Valeria?"

"Yes mom."

"Don't eat all the food alone, okay, I packed it for both of you." Rita warned strictly.

"Come on mom, why did you have to involve him?" Valeria asked.

"Stingy!" Ergon uttered.

"Shut up dummy." Valeria fired.

Rita chuckled at their behavior.

"That's enough, you two, you should get going already."

"Mom." Valeria called with a pout.

She hugged her mom tight one last time.

"Take care of yourself mom, and don't over work yourself." Rita laughed.

"Alright honey, you do not have to worry, I'll do just that, and you should also focus on your studies, okay?" Valeria nodded.

They finally got into the car, and waved at Rita, before they drove off.

Rita sighed deeply as she watched her daughter leave.

"I'll miss you honey." She muttered, sadly.

Noah was in his room resting when he heard the sound of a car. He rushed to his window to take a peak. He saw Ergon and Valeria stepping out of the car.

Ergon rushed to take Valeria's things from her. Valeria at first refused to let him carry her stuff, but when Ergon insisted, she allowed him to take them.

They were acting like a couple, and it pissed Noah off greatly. He didn't think they were anything more than just friends, those two can't be together, they can't be. He bawled his fist in rage as he watched the two of them. He kept watching them until they went into the mansion.

Why the fuck was he getting angry whenever he saw those two together, for fuck's sake? This was getting out of hand for him .

It can't be that he was actually having a thing for Valeria. That would be madness. She was damn too young for him, even younger than his brother. The fuck!

"You know that's a lie." His subconscious said.

"Just because you keep denying the truth doesn't change it."

"Shut up! I can't be in love with her." Noah yelled at himself.

He could literally hear his subconscious mind laughing at him.

But he was really in love with Valeria. He'd never loved anyone before, he just can't believe he's in love with her.

"I'm not in love with her!" he yelled.

Ergon helped Valeria take her things to her room. They didn't see anyone when they came in, and Valeria was relieved by that.

"Thank you."

"It's alright, so, what will you do now?" Ergon asked.

"Nothing, just stay here and rest, you should go see your mom."

"Wow, is that your way of chasing me away?" Ergon asked. Valeria rolled her eyes at him.

"Just leave already, I'm so tired as it is, and I need to rest." Valeria said, then she went to sit on her bed.

Ergon chuckled softly.

"Alright, alright, I'm leaving." He said.

When he got to the door, he turned to take one last look at her.

"Just leave already." Valeria said with a smile.

"Fine! I'm leaving." Ergon said, then he left.

"Phew." Valeria sighed.

Ergon went to his mother's room with a huge smile on his face. He didn't notice Noah spying on him from his room.

When Ergon went into his mother's room, Noah went out of his room.

He stared at his mother's closed door for a while, then he left. He was actually going to see Valeria.

He went to her room, and made to knock on her door, but he stopped himself.

Instead, he held the door knob, and when he turned it, he was glad to see the door was open. He poked his head in at first, and he saw that Valeria was asleep.

He came in fully, and then he slowly closed the door, he walked towards her, being careful not to make a sound since he didn't want her to wake up.

He knelt on one knee to look at her face, she looked so beautiful in her sleep, and as he watched her, he could feel his heart racing.

He admired her long lashes, her perfect pointed nose, her tiny cute little pink and plump lips, his gaze lingered on her lips, and he felt the strong urge to kiss her.

He slowly moved his head closer to her, and just before his lips could touch hers, Valeria's eyes flew open.

She gasped in shock when she saw how close Noah was to her.

She pushed him away, and sat up.

Noah landed on the floor on his butt.

"Ouch." He hissed in pain.

"W..w..what are you doing?." Valeria stuttered.

She grabbed the duvet and covered herself with it, despite the fact that she was putting on clothes.

Noah quickly stood up.

"Nothing."

"Liar! What were you trying to do to me?" Valeria asked, glaring daggers at him.

If looks could kill, Noah would be six feet under the ground by then.

"I wasn't trying to do anything, I swear it."

Valeria didn't say a word, but kept glaring at him suspiciously.

What the fuck was he doing? He had never tried to defend himself in front of anyone before, so why was he trying to explain himself to her? He must have gone crazy.
