After Xiao Xie left the party, she look so weak because she could not still believe that Billy is the CEO of Tiaz groups, she keep thinking inside the taxi "it makes sense” she said “Billy already hints me, I am the one that is clueless, his grandfather is a popular farmer" Xiao Xie thinks and smirk mockingly "I should have know when he always make things happen” Xiao Xie thinks again and continues “I should have know with his surname, I should have know with everything" Xiao Xie continue to blame herself
Then her phone suddenly ring and she slowly look at it, she sees that it is a strange number, she did not want to pick it at first but she later picked it "hello Xiao Xie” the voice said “I heard that Billy and Xu Shan are getting engaged, did you know about it already? Are you okay?" The voice ask, it is one of their high school mate, Xiao Xie did not answer because she knows the person will only mock her so she ends the call and switch off her phone and tears start falling from her eyes "I am the foolish one that trust someone blindly" she keep blaming herself in the taxi until the taxi stop at the front of her aunt's place
She pay the driver and weakly went into the house, her aunt is in the sitting room watching a show "Xie, you are back" her aunt said but Xiao Xie did not look at her aunt because her eyes were red "aunt, I will be going back to the village tomorrow morning, I will buy the tickets online tonight" she said and went in "why are you going back suddenly? Did something happen?" Xiao Xie's aunt said after her as she is going into the room but Xiao Xie did not reply her, Xiao Xie's aunt sigh and did not bother to follow her, after Xiao Xie get into the room she lock the door and fall on the bed then she start to cry again, that night she cries so much but she did not know that the engagement did not even hold
Billy's grandfather is quickly admitted in the VIP ward in the hospital, the internet keep exploding with the news of Tiaz groups, Billy's grandfather already fall unconscious because he had heart attack, Billy did not know that it will be that worse, he sigh deeply as he look at his grandfather on the bed "am so sorry grandfather, I don't want to expose it this way, but you left me with no choice" Billy said to himself as he hold his grandfather's hand
When he came back from abroad after his parents died in that accident, Billy already determine to find the cause of his parent's death because it seems suspicious that his parents died that way, he knows that it has to do with the secret that his father told him when he comes to China for holiday concerning the embezzlement of the government's funds through Tiaz groups by some people in the company, so after his parents were buried, Billy ask Ray to start investigating his parent's death secretly without his grandfather knowing about it
Though, it was reported that the accident happens because the car had fault but Billy could not leave it at that, he need to know what happen exactly, so he check the information his father had with him about the embezzlements, the information is in his father's safe which only him and his father knows the password, when he checked the information, he sees that his aunt's name and some shareholder’s names in the information
So Billy ask Ray to investigate her aunt and the shareholders which are Mr. Zhan and Mr. Xi, later Billy gets to know that because his aunt wants to take over the company from his father since she is the elder and his grandfather hand over the company to his father and not her, her aunt Tiau Zi join herself with the two shareholders Mr. Zhan and Mr. Xi to embezzle government's funds through Tiaz groups for them to generate money and get enough resources so that it will be easy for her aunt to take over the company when it is time
When Billy’s father gets to know about their plan and he decides to expose them Billy’s father suddenly had an accident with Billy’s mother, so Billy suspect that it has something to do with his aunt and the two shareholders, Billy also suspect that his aunt Tiau Zi is involve in his parent's accident, that is why he keep investigating but he could not still get the evidence he wanted about the death of his parents, also since his aunt instigate the CEO of Zoey against him so that the shareholders with stand against him been the CEO to give his aunt chance to get the company and his aunt also use his cousin Gu Min to sell the company's information to make him incompetent as the CEO, Billy thinks his aunt definitely knows something about his parent’s death
Billy get to know all about his aunt’s secret crimes in the course of investigating his parent's death but his grandfather did not know anything about the case and ask him to close the case of Gu Min selling the company’s information, Billy is so sad then but he could not do anything and decides to stop investigating his parents death too, but recently a man was arrested by the polices and he confess so many crimes and also reveals that he is involved in the death of Billy's parents and that Billy’s aunt Tiau Zi ask him to disguise the accident as just accident
The man said that he was the one that hit Billy’s parents with a trailer and disguise it because Billy’s aunt wants Billy’s father died, when Billy's heard all the things the man confess when he meets with the man secretly after the police who is helping in to investigate his parents death calls him, Billy could not believe his aunt will do something like that, though he knows his aunt might be involve in the death of his parents but he could not believe that his aunt personally sent the man to hit his parent's car
Billy was really sad and heartbroken when he heard all the man confess, he finally gets the evidence he needs to bring her aunt to justice for his parent’s death but Billy knows that if he tell his grandfather, his grandfather will cover it up, thinking of that, Billy cried for few nights, thinking about how his aunt Tiau Zi keeps targeting him and doing some things to bring him down as the CEO, Billy believes that his aunt will soon try to also kill him as she kill his father, so Billy wants to expose his aunt’s crimes because everything his aunt did is unforgivable, that is why he decides to also investigate the embezzlement of government's funds through Tiaz groups that his father talks about in the information his father gather before the accident, so that he could get solid evidence against his aunt that his grandfather will not be able to cover it up
When Billy’s grandfather decide to get him engage with Xu Shan against his wish, Billy decides to use his aunt's crime case to escape his engagement with Xu Shan by exposing his aunt's crime that day so the engagement will not hold, with the evidence of his aunt killing his parents and the embezzlement of government's funds, Billy plans to expose everything on his engagement with Xu Shan, that is why he ask Ray to send all the evidences he had with him to the polices the day before the engagement even though his grandfather was monitoring Ray's movement
Billy’s grandfather could not discover anything because Billy already plan to expose his aunt and escape his engagement with Xu Shan ahead of the day, though Billy knows that it will affect the company but he did not mind since his aunt will be exposed and punished, since that is the main remain he decides to come back to China from abroad, he wants to avenge the death of his parents since he came to China
Billy sigh and went out of his grandfather’s ward, he meet Ray standing at the door "young master, are you okay?" Ray ask immediately Billy comes out because he also knows about everything from the start "am fine, tell the bodyguards to guard grandfather's ward well and help me find where Xiao Xie is staying since she is now in Beljing, she will be somewhere" Billy said weakly and left the hospital.
