After Xiao Xie's mother heard what her husband said she then calmly explain everything that conspire between her and Billy's grandfather earlier, when Xiao Xie's father heard everything his wife said, he look really angry, if not that his company went bankrupt in Shanghai no one will be able to talk such nonsense to them, he did not say anything but his anger could boil water, he pat his wife softly and calm her down so she will not continue to cry "what you said to the old man is good, even though if we don't have food to put on our table we should not stood so low" he pause and continue "also Xiao Xie is our responsibility we need to protect her" Xiao Xie's father agree with his wife action towards Billy's grandfather, when Xiao Xie's mother heard her husband praise and support her, she looks happy and she stop crying
Billy's grandfather get to the Tiau family house after leaving Xiao Xie's house, he has been keeping his anger and did not say a word till he get to the house but the moment he enter the sitting room he could not keep his anger anymore and burst out "those low lives, who did that haggard woman think she is? Talking to me like that, I even stood so low to their level to go inside that hut they called a house to talk to them, I thought they are reasonable people, that is why I offer them such money, I bet they have not seen such money before, did they even know the value of money? If not for Tiau San will I try to negotiate with them" Billy's grandfather breath heavily like someone fighting the enemy then he continue
"And that woman is saying that my grandson did not worth her wretched daughter, how insolent!" Billy's grandfather shout at no one "how dare her put my grandson to her wretched daughter's level, did she know my grandson worth? His worth his more than hundreds of billion dollars, why am I even getting angry with such low lives? this matter is really laughable" Billy's grandfather laugh sarcastically and he keep ranting and ranting, he has forgotten that everything in life cannot be negotiated just like in business, he went to his study later and call Xu Shan's grandfather "old Xu, let's have the dinner tonight with your granddaughter" he said and end the call and also call Ray "tell Tiau San that we are both having dinner with the CEO of GB tonight" which his Xu Shan's grandfather "yes chairman" Ray replied instantly, Billy's grandfather end the call as he look really furious
Billy get to his office, he change to his office clothes and his about to start work when Ray come into his office "young master, the chairman ask for Miss Xiao Xie's information and I gave it to him today" Ray has been deliberating if he should tell Billy about giving his grandfather Xiao Xie's information or not but hearing how the chairman call him, he feels that he should tell Billy about it, Billy look shock when he heard that his grandfather ask for Xiao Xie's information "did he say anything to you after that?" Billy ask anxiously and look at Ray to quickly tell him "no young master, the chairman did say anything but he call me some minutes ago telling me to inform you that both of you will be having dinner with the CEO of GB tonight" Ray said with a low spirit
"You mean grandfather want me and him to have dinner with Xu Shan's grandfather again tonight?" Billy ask with anger in his voice "yes, that is what the chairman says" Ray slowly answer him, Billy could not seat again he stand up and begin to pace back and forth in his office, he is really worried because he knows that his grandfather can be ruthless in dealing with things "could grandfather has done something to Xiao Xie and her parents?" Billy thought "grandfather would not harm people" he answer himself "but what if Xiao Xie knows who am I?" With this realization Billy become more distressed "how did grandfather get to know about Xiao Xie? Could Xu Shan tell him?" He keep questioning himself "I need to deal with this" he say and look at Ray who is still standing with his head lower
"Ray help me check what happen with Xiao Xie's family" Billy commands "yes young master" Ray reply and quickly went to check, Billy did not really bother when his grandfather mention Xiao Xie before but hearing that his grandfather ask for Xiao Xie's information he knows what his grandfather can do so he have to look into it, after Ray left Billy's office
Billy pick up his phone and dial Xiao Xie's number immediately, after a few rings Xiao Xie pick the call "Billy, why are you calling me by this time?" Xiao Xie is surprise because Billy use to call her only in the night, when Billy notice that it doesn't seems as if Xiao Xie meet with his grandfather or that something happen to them, he is somehow relieved "I just want to check on you because I miss you already" Billy lied
Xiao Xie look flustered hearing what Billy said "why will he say that he miss her? Don't he just see her in school today?" Xiao Xie thought but she keep quiet so Billy continue "don't you miss me? I really miss you a lot" Billy said again trying to tease her since he knows everything is okay with her, though he wants to find something to cover up but now that he mention it he feel that he truly miss her, hearing what Billy's said Xiao Xie start blushing "I miss you too" Xiao Xie reply in a low voice, Billy's heart instantly skip a beat when Xiao Xie said she misses him, he smile and blow her a kiss then he end the call, Ray who is already standing in front of Billy but since he is making a call he keep standing, when he sees his young master smiling and blowing a kiss on phone he look at his young master surprisingly "could young master still be blowing kiss in this situation?" Ray thinks his young master is really too much still blowing kiss when danger might be ahead
After Billy end the call, he look at Ray "did you get to know what happen?" he ask curiously "not yet young master, I have already ask someone to check for me, the person will get back to me very soon" Ray replies "alright" Billy nod "you can go back to work and as soon as the person gets back to you make sure to quickly find me" Billy said to Ray "okay, young master" Ray reply and bow, when he is about to leave Billy stop him "and also help me prepare some herb tea for CEO Xu for the dinner tonight, I should bring a gift with me, shouldn't I?" Billy smile, Ray is somehow confused looking at his young smile "why is young master happy?" Ray feels that his young master should be angry about having dinner with Xu Shan's grandfather but his happy, Ray sigh and reply "alright young master" he said and leave
Ray come back after some time to report to Billy about what happen to Xiao Xie's family, the person he ask already get back to him on how Billy grandfather went to Xiao Xie's mother to offer her money but she refuse him and that Billy's grandfather left the house angrily, Ray told Billy everything his source said "your source is really fast and accurate" Billy said and smile with little relieve when heard what Ray said but a little worried that Xiao Xie will come to know who he is since his grandfather already visit her parents, Billy did not want Xiao Xie to know who he is yet because she might stop been friends with him, he sigh deeply "alright, I know what to do, you can go back to work" he said to Ray "alright, young master" Ray said and leave his office
After Ray left Billy could not but think about what Ray told him, he look disturb thinking about it "since Xiao Xie's mother reject grandfather's offer, grandfather will not stop at that but try to do something else" Billy thought and try to come up with a plan to stop his grandfather from hurting Xiao Xie or her family even if Xiao Xie will get to know who he is, he wouldn't mind, herself and her family just need to be okay and not get hurt because of him, he thought and nod his hand to assure himself then he thought about how his grandfather gets to know Xiao Xie "that Xu Shan" his face change when he called the name Xu Shan because he knows that only Xu Shan could do that.
