That day, Billy watch the business news with his grandfather till late in the night, when he gets to his room, he wants to call Xiao Xie but he feels that it is already late and Xiao Xie might be sleeping but he still dial her number but to his surprise Xiao Xie instantly pick the call "Xie, you are still awake" Billy said "yes" Xiao Xie replied in a low voice, anyone hearing her voice will know that she is so down "why are you still awake?" Billy ask curiously "because I could not fall asleep" Xiao Xie told him
"Have you eating or you could not eat too?" Billy question her knowing that she might not have eating "I try to eat a little" she replies "good girl" Billy said and continue "how are your parents?" Billy ask because he is concern about them too "father seems okay but mom refuses to eat anything" Xiao Xie replied all Billy's questions for the first time without putting up a front "alright you should go to sleep" Billy told her, Xiao Xie keeps quiet without giving an answer "should I sing lullaby for you?" Billy said jokingly since it seems Xiao Xie did not want him to disconnect the call, Xiao Xie is actually listening to him but she did not respond , Billy then start singing out of joke but did not know Xiao Xie just want to hear someone speak to her
The moon is bright, the wind is quiet,
The leaves hang over the window. My baby, fall asleep quickly,
Sleep, dreaming sweet dreams,
After Billy sings for some time, he start hearing Xiao Xie's sleeping sound from the other side of the phone, then he knows Xiao Xie already fall asleep, actually it was his mom that sings that to him when he was a child and he like it so much but he did know that the lullaby will be useful one day, he smile to himself feeling proud and also sleep
The next day as the first day of the week, Billy went to school thinking that he will not be able to see Xiao Xie in school since her brother's issue is still fresh, but he is surprised when he sees Xiao Xie coming into the class, he quickly run to meet her "Xiao Xie, how are you doing? I thought you will not be able to come to school today" Billy said looking at Xiao Xie's face, Xiao Xie stare at him because she is surprise that Billy is worried about her, looking at Billy's worried handsome face, Xiao Xie looks down because she could not bear to continue looking at that face less she might cry in his arms again
Though Xiao Xie looks sad but she had to come to school "I came to school because of my parents, I don't want them to worry about me, if I stay at home they will really be worried and am also in the final year, I don't want to miss out on classes" Xiao Xie said to Billy telling him why she came to school, Billy nod his head in understanding but he ask worriedly "are you sure you okay?" Xiao Xie look at him and sees that Billy seem to really care about her "am okay" she mutters "and thank you for everything" she adds then went to sit down in her seat "you don't need to thank me" Billy said smiling "did you forget we are friends" he look at her with a cute face, Xiao Xie seeing his cute face immediately turn and face front, she don't want to be affected by his cute face
The teacher later comes in with a new student "attention everyone we have a new student, she just transfer from Tiaz group high School" the teacher said and Billy look up to see Xu Shan with Jengwa high School uniform on her, Billy is so shock seeing Xu Shan in his school "why is she wearing our uniform? And what is she doing here?" Billy question himself "introduce yourself to the class" the teacher said to Xu Shan "Hi, everyone am Xu Shan, I just transfer from Tiaz groups high school, am gentle as dove" she said making a baby face
"Go and sit on the empty chair at the back" the teacher tells Xu Shan, Xu Shan look at the teacher and said pointing her hands to Billy "can l sit beside Tiau .." before she could say San, Billy quickly ask her to keep quiet by putting his hand on his mouth, she slowly draw her hand back, the teacher then said "you want to sit with Tiau Billy" the teacher look at Billy "yes" Xu Shan instantly reply, before the teacher could say anything Billy said "I don't want her to sit beside me" Xu Shan's face turn ugly with embarrassment "since Billy did not want you to sit beside him, you will have to sit at the back" the teacher tells Xu Shan, Xu Shan looks at Billy but Billy ignore her then she arrogantly went to sit at the back, everyone in class notice that Xu Shan seems to know Billy since she mention his name, so they stare at her but Xiao Xie didn't seems to care or she chose not to care
At lunch time, Billy immediately drag Xu Shan to the back of the building "why did you transfer to this school?" Billy ask angrily, Xu Shan look at his angry face and she feels that Billy is too much, she bend her head "since you said you will not comfortable studying at Tiaz group high school, I thought I should transfer instead" she talk as if she will cry, Billy seeing how she almost want to cry sighed "I just want to know why you transfer to this school" Billy said to her with a soft voice so that she will not really cry, when Xu Shan heard what Billy said, she immediately become happy and tug on Billy shirt "so you are not angry with?" Xu Shan smile, looking at how Xu Shan suddenly become happy Billy looks frustrated "this girl is something" he thought shaking his head as if pitying her, he turn to leave but he suddenly stop as if he remember something then he move closer to Xu Shan "if you want me to talk to you in this school, don't call me San but Billy and also no one should know who I am" he warn her and leave, Xu Shan nod her head like a child, after Billy left she smile as if she already gain some treasure.
