Chapter 22

Earlier I was staring at the stage, I already expected romance to be the genre but I didn't expect the play to be so embarrassing and cringey.

"Y-young master, are you enjoying the play?" apparently Lucian, Damian, Phee and Juno also went. Their handcuffs were still not removed.

Lucian wants to watch but Damian doesn't. I'll just go out first- hmm? I feel someone’s been staring at us lately. I just noticed now, shit. What is it? I looked around.

Hmm? I saw a woman with loose hair, I saw her glancing and we also smiled later. Who the heck is she? Is he the one staring at us? She seems suspicious, she's talking to someone but I can't see.

I’m probably overthinking but he’s always looking at us, who is he talking to? I couldn't see because of the amount of curtains and decorations, after a few minutes the woman bent down and turned in my direction.

She smiled for the last time and she bowed to the person she was talking to and left. That’s weird. Why is he always looking at us? I was surprised when suddenly someone grabbed my shoulder.

“Hey Apple, the show is over. Where are you looking?" it was Juno.

"Where's Phee?" I asked, we were just side by side when he suddenly disappeared.

"Oh he talked to Lev." I raised an eyebrow. Huh? Talked about what? I gave Juno a questionable-look but he just shrugged. "Oh and your sister said she's coming."

I already know that but I wonder why he changed topic immediately.

“Quinn, are you ready for tomorrow? Do you have a dress? ” the young master turned his attention to me. D-dress?

"Dress… for what young master?" I asked in astonishment. I don’t even like dresses, ugh.

“Party. Don’t tell me you forgot? ” I just swallowed and scratched my head, oh yeah! The partner thingy, is it tomorrow?

“Hi-no! I already have a dress- I'll just look for Phee. I'll just come back young master. ” I immediately left there and looked for Phee, I saw Phee, Juno and Lev there. Lev just nodded and Phee smiled.

Hmm? Did something good happen? I didn’t go there first and listen to their conversation.

"I already told Aurelius and he approved." Hmm? I hid behind the curtain and peeked at them. Damn when Phee found out that I’m eavesdropping, she’d kill me !!!

I saw Lev nod so Phee grabbed Lev by the shoulder, wait is she bullying Lev? Lev look scared and seem embarrassed. What's up?

Phee approached him and seemed to be whispering, sadly I couldn't hear because it was just a whisper. Lev's face changed, she looks… scary and strong. Huh? I just saw Lev like that, what's going on?

“So don’t appear much from now on ok?” Lev nodded and immediately left, I saw Phee pick up the phone and smile. "We caught a big one this time."

“Yeah, well when he finds out what you did. That person would be furious. ” Phee laughed at what Juno said.

“Well, its a win-win situation. We both are protecting something, so that person has no choice but to agree. ” Juno was slapped on the forehead.

“Yeah, when he found out I helped you. I’m gonna lose my job. ” Phee just shook his head.

“Well, he shouldn't have hidden that, right? That person really like to keep something for themselves. ”

Lev talked to me but everything was normal, like she didn’t meet Phee or something? she’s in her normal self, she also left immediately because their classroom was still having a party.

Earlier I was staring at nothingness, goddammit what is Phee hiding? I didn't know he was hiding something from me. Maybe people do have secrets? I don't want to ask him because maybe it's just personal matters.

But why is she involving someone else? He doesn't know Lev, I wonder if… can I ask Juno? But he seems to know something. Juno knows more than me that I am his best friend.

Hmmm, I don’t want to meddle in her plans too. he has helped me a lot, I should probably just do my job. Phee said that the money had already been transferred to my account.

“Ate why are you staring at an empty space? We called you earlier. ” Annoyed Berry said to me.

By the way, he is here for our festival. She was with her sister Fawn because there was no one to watch over her but nurse Fawn. we are now in a boutique inside the school. I didn't know that something like this existed inside.

For this tomorrow, the party usually happens in the middle of the week at the festival. The speed of the days? I havent been much around because of our restaurant in the classroom. Maybe tomorrow I can go for a walk with the young master.

Earlier, Berry was annoyed with me because we kept him waiting there. He said he had been waiting outside Lev's classroom for a while, he said he didn't want to enter the classroom. So she probably saw that girl with loose hair right?

"Berry, have you seen a woman with loose hair?" I asked her, she just shrugged.

"Nothing. why? ” he asked, I just didn't answer. Maybe the woman left before Berry and sister Fawn arrived.

"Ate Fawn, Berry, which one is better for me?" we both turned to Phee.

“The dress needs to suit your hair. Try pastel colors. ” Ate Fawn suggested, I already chose mine earlier. I was the first one because they knew I didn't like dresses. Is it forbidden to wear a suit?

What if someone attacks? Am I dressed? damn it, it's just a hindrance to the body. But the young master was looking forward to the party, maybe he just wanted to see vampires dressed up. Psh.

"So is he the vampire you want?" Berry asked. I already told her about my work when I was still in the hospital. Her reaction was… boring, as if she already knew. maybe Phee said?

"Shut up Berry." I just said so he laughed.

"I thought you didn't like vampires?" Berry asked laughingly. "You're the one who said you don't want them."

"Yeah I hate them." I said again. the door opened so we turned around, t was Juno and Killian. It looks like they're done shopping too, I stared at Killian.

I hate vampires, but he’s an exception.
