Chapter 93: Chapter 93

Walking down the aisle towards the man of her dreams had always been Rella's dream. Yes she was a hopeless romantic and right now her focus was on the man at the altar. There was just him, everyone else seemed to fade away and when he smiled up at her there was no doubt in her heart it was all for her. No more pretense, no more lies, no more deceit, she wasn't walking down the aisle towards someone else's fiancé in someone else's dress no, she was walking down the aisle towards the love of her life who sees the real her in her own gorgeous wedding dress.

Stefan was impatient for the ceremony to end not because he wanted to get it over and done with like the last time but because he couldn't wait to have her all to himself. Never in a million years had he ever thought that he might end up madly in love with anyone to the point that he couldn't start a day without her infectious smile and he couldn't end his day without tasting her lucious lips.

They exchanged their vows for the second time in front of family and friends only this time they both meant it. Stefan kissed her before the officiator could say 'you may now kiss the bride' eliciting an amused chuckles from the guests instead desire pooled in Rella's lower abdomen at the promise of what Stefan plans to do to her after.

"I love you." Stefan whispered against her lips.

They were interrupted by the officiator who announced, "you may now kiss the bride." And Stefan with a wicked glint in his eyes claimed her mouth and kissed her thoroughly.

They didn't stay too long at the reception as Stefan was too impatient and eager to get on with the wedding night.

"I plan to take my time this time so brace yourself wife." Rella shivered as he took her ear lobe in his mouth. She remembered months ago when he'd first hinted their first night as a married couple and she'd been too scared and flustered to even think but now she might even be more eager than him.

She smirked at him and whispered back. "Bring it on husband I've also got a few tricks up my sleeves." Her fingers were on his thigh teasing him all the way up, she didn't miss his sharp intake of breath.

"You do not play fair wife." He gritted his teeth.

She smiled sweetly at him. " All is fair in love and passion remember."

Oh he sure remembered, that one time they went horse riding and he seduced her right there in the clearing.

When they got to the house, Stefan told her to wait while he got the car door.

" Thanks, ooh! " He swept her off her feet and Rella blushed to the top of her head. " What are you doing put me down? "

" Not a chance in hell. "

Stefan didn't have to look far to find her. His love, his life… his wife; she was standing on the balcony, a candle lit table behind her gazing up at the twinkling stars in the sky but she was more radiant than a million stars and she was his. This scene reminded him of the first time he said 'i love you' to her and he'd been so sure.

Stefan smiled as he walked up to her and encircled her in his arms, he planted a kiss on her exposed shoulder.

Rella inched back into his warmth sighing in content.

"I love you."

Rella smiled at the fact that those words seem to come naturally to them both now

"I remember the first time you said those words to me." She said. "It was on a beautiful evening like this. Do you wish you could go back and make everything right from the start?"

"I have what I need right here, there's no way in hell I'm gonna go back to the time where you weren't mine, I can't imagine my life without you in it. Regardless of how rocky and problematic our beginning was I love the ending. I love this ending. I love the idea of starting a family with you in this house watching our children run around in the garden. I love the idea of growing old with you. I love the idea of doing everything with you."

Rella's heart expanded within her chest at his confession." I love the idea of doing everything with you too."

She turned to face him still in his warm embrace. She got on her tippy toes and kissed his mouth her body feeling warm and tingly. She was home.

Stefan was home and she was happy.

*The End*
