Elvyra's POV

I turned around and washed my hands on my face as I turned to her again. In this case. I don't seem to know what to do anymore. It's like I'm at the dead-end but it's not like that.

"I will help you enter the palace, Your Majesty. It will not be difficult for you to enter, especially since you have the blue eyes of the fallen king," he said.

My chest clenched at what he had said. It was as if I was fainting sitting on the sofa again.

After a few more conversations I said goodbye and left. I took a taxi to my house when I got there I quickly got out of the taxi after paying. I was right in front of the door when I dropped my key. I'll just take it when I hear a gunshot. I jumped up and looked at our wall which was pierced by the gunshot. My eyes widened.

"W-what .....,"

I was stunned when suddenly a gunshot rang out again. I bent down and leaned against the door. I was like that for a few seconds as I slowly lifted my face. I covered my mouth when I saw a man lying in front of me and bathed in his own blood. He was still holding the gun while lying on the cement. Out of fear I remained sitting there.

"Oh my god! V-Vy !! Are you okay? Oh my .... W-what's going on?"

Lily quickly helped me and pulled me away from our house and then to the man lying there. When we reached his house not far away. There came the palace soldier or as we are now called soldiers.

I sat on the sofa with my face covered. Why does my situation seem to be getting worse? Lily came again and handed me the water I quickly drank.

"God! I heard gunshots in my room and when I peeked. I saw you at the door. It's a good thing you weren't affected by what happened! Oh my god! What's going on in our area!"

He went back to the kitchen to prepare food and left me there thinking.

The man lying down? He must have shot me earlier but he didn't succeed because my key fell out. P-what if not? B-I might be dead. But the question is ... who shot him?

I froze at the thought of Lily calling me from the kitchen. Before I went in there. I peeked out the window first and saw that the man was no longer there but the blood was still spread and then the soldier.

"What's that?" I asked Lily to come inside

She was looking out the window. Just from the look on his face, he must have seen something interesting. I approached him to see what he was looking at. I frowned when I saw what it was.

"You called me just to see the general?"

"This was once in a lifetime opportunity Vy! Did you know that you only see General once in the amount of work he does! Oh my! They're true! He's really handsome!" Lily

I just shook my head as I sat down, "Lily .... You already have a child you're fantasizing about,"

He sat in front of me with a frown, "I know. General's wife is very lucky. She's definitely a good race,"

I laughed while eating, "Why? You're beautiful Ly ah? Your child will definitely be handsome and beautiful,"

That's right. She has long butter blonde hair that ends in her waist, green eyes, tall and white skin like me. She got her hair from Tita Liana while her eyes from her father got it.

"Who is he? How many knows who you are Vy?"

Because of the shock I was unable to speak. Is he the brother of my real father? If so, is she my aunt and my cousin Lily? What the .....
