"What the hell is going on here?"

Zada pushed Liam away from her when she heard the voice.

They looked up to see Noah Hughes staring at them open mouthed.

Noah was still in shock. He knows Liam is a Playboy. But not even in his dreams did he imagine his once upon a time bestfriend to bring a girl home. Never!

No!! It's not any girl.

It's that girl who had brought The Liam Fredrick into the library.

The girl must be pretty special if he managed to bring Liam into the library and managed to reach his home.

Liam stared at Noah in displeasure.

"What the hell are you doing here??" Liam asked in annoyance.

"Why should I give you an explanation??" Noah shot back in the same attitude.

"Because this is my house," Liam said, gritting his teeth in frustration.

"Correction. This is Michael Fredrick's house. Who happens to be my mother's brother. That makes him my uncle." Noah said with a casual shrug of his shoulder.

Yes!! That's right. Noah the ex best friend also happens to be his first cousin.

"Noah. What happened? Why are you standing here? Go inside, honey." Madison Fredrick came inside and stood near Noah.

"Aren't you supposed to be at the party?" Liam asked as he saw his father and sister also coming in.

"We were on the way when the car got some engine trouble and stopped. Noah came to pick us up because you weren't picking up our calls, Liam Fredrick." Madison complained and that's when she noticed the girl standing near Liam.

Zada looked around awkwardly and planned hundreds ways to kill Liam for landing her in this situation. This was not her idea of a second date.

She gave him a sideway glare letting him know how pissed off she is.

Liam chuckled nervously trying to find a way out of this mess.

Madison smiled at the pretty girl in front of her. The girl looked familiar but she couldn't figure out how. She must be Mirrie, Madison thought.

"I am Madison Fredrick. Liam’s mother," she introduced herself smiling calmly, not wanting to scare the girl at the first meeting itself with her crazy avatar.

Little does she know the girl in front of her grew up amidst a crazy family with a crazy momma and an even crazier aunt and a dramatic uncle.

"Hello aunty. I am Zada." Zada said with a nervous smile and the smile vanished from Madison's face as soon as she heard the name.

"Zada?" She shrieked, scaring everyone.

"Mom? What happened?" Liam asked only to earn a deadly glare in return.

"How could you cheat on your Mirrie? I thought you loved Mirrie." Madison said and Liam's ears turned pink as he hissed at his mom to keep quiet.

Zada looked down wondering whether she should blush or laugh seeing Liam blushing.

"What? Why should I keep quiet?" Madison asked angrily.

"Mom this Mirrie." Liam said helplessly.

"This is Zada," Madison argued.

"Yes! Her name is Zada. I call her Mirrie." Liam said exasperated. How does he manage to spoil all his dates, he wondered.

"Awww," Madison cooed, looking at the young couple in front of her.

"You already have a pet name for her," she said dreamily which soon turned deadly as she glared at her husband.

"Learn something from your son," she said angrily and Michael gaped at her.

"What did I do??" He asked in confusion.

"You didn't do anything. That's the problem." Madison said angrily.

"What?" Michael was confused.

"Look at your son. He has known her only for a month or two and he already has a pet name for her. I've been married to you for twenty two years and have you ever called me anything other than Madison?" Madison huffed.

"That's your name," Michael said helplessly.

"Why did I even marry this boring man," Madison asked throwing her hands up in the air.

Michael glared at his son for always trapping him with his wife in some or the other way.

The microwave pinged indicating the food is ready.

"Is there something in the microwave??" Madison asked

"Uh.. Yes. We were cooking," Liam said, not looking at anyone.

"Aww how sweet," Madison cooed and then glared at Michael who in response raised his hands in defeat.

"I don't know how to cook," Michael said helplessly.

"Let's see what is in the oven." Noah said with a smirk and walked towards the kitchen.

Madison served the food for everyone, still wondering what it is.

"What is this, Liam?" Chloe asked her brother, seeing the cheesy dish on her plate.

"It is a chicken casserole," he said proudly.

"It is?" She asked contemplating whether she should eat or excuse herself saying she is sleepy.

"Yes yes. Try it," he said and took a bite and gagged at the next second.

Everyone looked at him and Noah burst out laughing followed by others.

"If you don't know how to cook, why did you do it? You could have ordered something." Michael said shaking his head.

"I made it exactly how mom makes it." He complained like a kid.

"No comments," Noah said, earning a glare from Liam.

"He tried. That's what matters." Zada said, placing her right hand over his left and smiled at him.

Liam looked into her eyes and at that moment he knew.

He is in love!!

He has fallen in love with his Mirrie.

"Let's order pizza. I am hungry." Chloe said.

Once the dinner was over Liam stood up.

"I will drop Mirrie home," he said and Zada too stood up from the couch.

Madison came forward and hugged her tightly.

"Come again. Okay."

As they reached near the hostel, he made a call to Sammy to help Zada sneak in.

"Goodnight," Zada said and turned to walk away when Liam pulled her back into his arms.

"I am not in the habit of leaving anything unfinished." Liam said and before she could comprehend what he meant his lips were on hers.

He pulled her closer and her soft breasts nuzzled against his chest and his hand rose up to pull off the clip holding her hair together and the silky hair grazed his fingers.

Her hands wound around his neck and pulled him closer.

He urged her lips to open and she didn't resist when he possessed her mouth with intense passion. He gently eased his mouth away from hers as they got breathless and joined their foreheads.

"I love you."
