Chapter 109: Chapter 109

While Elias Lancaster went to take a phone call.

Serena Keaton went straight upstairs to the bedroom to wash up.

When Elias finished and returned to the room, he saw a shopping bag on the bed labeled "lingerie."

"Elias, I forgot to bring my pajamas, can you help me get them?"

Serena Keaton was eager to wash off the smell of oil, and after showering she realized she hadn’t brought her pajamas; the clothes she just took off were already wet.

Even worse, after she finished drying herself, she had thrown the towel into the water.

Now she could only ask Elias to grab her some clothes.

Upon hearing Serena’s words, Elias didn’t think much and directly took out a set of pajamas from the bag on the bed.

Serena took the clothes, put them on, and felt it was a bit chilly. Without thinking much, she put on the clothes and opened the door.

Elias heard the bathroom door open, looked up, and instantly felt like he was losing himself.

His darling was too beautiful; the sheer black pajamas were basically like wearing nothing.

Serena’s face was flushed after showering.

Elias kissed her lips, "Darling, you’re killing me."

Serena was puzzled by his cryptic comment.

Feeling something was off, she followed Elias’ gaze, looked down, and was startled.

Is there any difference between wearing these clothes and not wearing any?

She quickly reached out to cover Elias’ eyes.

"Where did you get these clothes?"

"I just grabbed them from the bag on the bed, aren’t they what you bought today?"

"I didn’t buy them; Leo gave them to me. She pranked me. Don’t look, I’m going to change."

Elias tightened his embrace and nibbled on her lips, "No need to change, I really gift. We just finished a meal, some post-dinner exercise will help digest."

Serena was about to speak when Elias cupped her face and kissed her, not giving her a chance to argue.

Soon, Serena was lost in the moment, and the moonlight outside shyly hid away.

Life is long, maybe we won’t meet in the next one, so cherish this life.

"Elias, let’s take Yara and Yuri to the amusement park."

"Sure, I need to go to the office first, I’ll be back to pick you up around ten," Elias said, kissing her cheek.

Suddenly, they heard a cry.

"Elias, you go to work, it must be Yara crying, I’ll go check," Serena pushed him away and hurried out of the room.

Elias looked at his empty embrace, sighed, since having the two little rascals, it feels like his wife doesn’t belong to him anymore.

Whenever they cry, she runs straight to the nursery.

As soon as Serena reached the nursery, she saw Yara crying her heart out, holding onto the crib railings, crying so pitifully.

"Yara, Mommy’s here, what happened? Why are you crying so sadly?"

Serena picked him up, letting him lie on her shoulder while she soothed him gently.

The nanny immediately said, "Don’t know what’s going on today, Yara cried as soon as he opened his eyes."

Serena was both crying and laughing, Yara has been such a crybaby since birth.

"No more tears! Mommy will dress you and your brother handsomely later to go to the amusement park. Would you like that?"

It took a while to comfort him, but Yara finally stopped crying and looked at Serena with wide eyes.

"Little crybaby, no more tears, then Mommy will dress you and your brother in handsome outfits, okay?"

He seemed to understand, babbling happily, his little hands and feet fluttering joyfully.

Serena dressed Yara and Yuri in matching outfits, even their belongings were the same.

The two little guys standing together, if not looked at daily, it would be hard to tell who’s Yara and who’s Yuri.

Nia Irving stood by, looking puzzled.

"Serena, can you tell them apart?"

"Of course, it’s easy."

Serena turned her back to them.

Nia quickly switched the two kids around.

"Okay, turn around." This update ıs available on 𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘭⟡𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘦⟡𝘯𝘦𝘵

Serena turned around, glanced at them and pointed to the left, "Yuri," then pointed to the little guy on the right, "Yara."

Both little guys laughed happily.

Nia found it unbelievable, "How can you tell them apart?"

"Just by looking. Yara is livelier, always moving his hands and feet, while Yuri is more composed, looks like he’s always thinking."

When they were first born, she truly mixed them up, but after the first month, she never got them wrong again.

Nia admired her, "Do you think Master Lancaster can tell them apart?"

Serena thought for a moment, really hadn’t seen him call both Yara and Yuri at the same time, "I don’t know either."

But this piqued her curiosity.

She earnestly communicated with the two kids.

"Yara, Yuri, when Daddy comes later, don’t make a sound or move, let Daddy guess, okay?"

"Giggling..." Yara responded with laughter, while Yuri just watched her.

She and Nia each carried one downstairs, Elias had just arrived home.

Elias got out of the car, wanting to take the child from Serena’s arms.

"Yara, would you like Daddy to hold you?"

Elias took the child, lightly tapped Serena’s forehead.

"Yuri, your mommy got dumb for three years with pregnancy, can’t even distinguish you from your brother."

Afterwards, they got into the car.

Elias instructed the driver to head to the amusement park.

He looked at Serena, "Darling, do you think I can’t tell the two kids apart?"

Serena was very curious, "How do you tell them apart?"

"Observation, naturally I can recognize my own sons."

She was momentarily stunned.

So the busy Elias had been keeping a careful eye on the kids, even though he hasn’t called their names in front of them.

But deep down, he recognized them.

He often got jealous of the kids; she once thought he didn’t care about them, but she was wrong.

She misunderstood him.

As they neared the amusement park, Elias’ eyelids twitched nervously.

For some reason, Serena’s last incident suddenly resurfaced in his mind.

For the sake of safety, he took out his phone and sent a message.

He wouldn’t let the past reoccur.

Elias got out of the car carrying Yuri.

Serena took Yara from Nia Irving’s arms.

Elias quickly scooped up Yara too.

He was strong, the two little guys weren’t heavy, he carried them securely.

Serena was happy to be relieved.

She intentionally stopped, watching Elias’ back as he held the two kids, took out her phone and captured the moment.

This scene attracted attention.

Elias exuded nobility, attracting attention wherever he went. Many at the amusement park stopped and looked at them.

They first went to the Ferris wheel, the two kids curiously looking around, Elias watched them, a look of contentment on his face.

Getting off the Ferris wheel, a photographer was standing by, casually snapping a photo of their family of four.

"Would you like a photo? I just took a shot, and I dare say it’s the best I’ve ever taken in this line of work." The photographer handed over the photo.

Elias took the photo, glanced at it; it captured their family of four, smiling brightly in happiness and harmony.

He took out his wallet, pulled out a wad of cash, and handed it to the photographer, "Great photo, thank you."

The photographer politely refused, "No need, it’s a gift for you."

"Please take it, it’s well-deserved, thank you." Serena also liked the photo and felt compensation was due since it’s their work, and payment was only right.

The photographer accepted the money, expressed his gratitude.

Elias put the photo in his pocket, intending to treasure it at home.

After they left, the photographer’s expression twisted into a sinister one, turning to make a call, "I saw him, this ruthless person does not deserve to have sons.
