Chapter 95: Chapter 95
Ciara
I’m frozen in place as I stare at Evans in all his naked glory. He’s smiling mischievously, clearly pleased by my reaction. My God, this man is so perfect. His pecs, his abs—dear God his abs—and not to mention... my lips curl into a smile as my eyes wander lower.
I step closer and whisper in his ear. “I’ve never been more ready. Blow my mind, Evans Leonard.”
I kiss his lips, gently at first, and he reaches for my face and kisses me back. I pour all of the emotion of the day into him, kissing him harder. We’re both sighing with pleasure and running our fingers through each other’s hair. I love how thick and soft his feels between my fingers. Suddenly he picks me up and I squeal with delight as he walks me into our master bathroom. The Jacuzzi is filled with bubbles, and the floor is covered with tea-light candles; a huge bouquet of lilies sits in the corner. It’s so thoughtful I want to cry. He really does love me.
He puts me down and slowly unbuttons my shirt, then my jeans. I unhook my bra and when I’m finally naked, he sighs and pulls me flush against him.

He moans and cradles me in his arms, before taking me by the hand and leading me up the small steps into the Jacuzzi. As we sink into the water, he pulls me on top on him so I can feel every inch of his skin. Within moments, we’re lost to the rest of the world, focused only on giving each other pleasure.

“What are you so happy about this morning?” Evans asks, elbowing me as I pour coffee.
“Nothing,” I giggle. “Well, if you must know…I had really hot Jacuzzi sex last night. No big deal.”
Evans fake gasps. “With who?”
I elbow him back. “I don’t know, some hot guy.” Evans kisses the back of my neck and I laugh.
He pours himself coffee and we sit at the island in the kitchen. “So, not to make things too serious all of a sudden, but did you find anything out at the hospital last night?”
I was so distracted when I got home, I forgot to tell him about my meeting with Lianna and Dr. Edward!
Oh, boy.
Over the next few minutes, I tell Evans the whole story from start to finish. “I’m sorry that I couldn’t be more helpful,” I conclude. “I really wanted to find out something that would help you and Murphy
