Chapter 7

Both Cian and Kein went to P.L. Company. P.L. Company building was tall and shiny from outside. They both reach P.L. company and see it was really good from outside. They entered the company and walked towards the receptionist desk. In the receptionist desk there were two young ladies chatting to each other. They were talking about the death of Mr.K.K. The death of him was known by everybody as it was telecast in the tv news in the morning. They both stopped talking when they saw two men standing in front of them. The receptionist on the left side smiled brightly and asked, "how can I help you sir?”.

Kein said, "we want to meet the president of your company”.

The receptionist asked, "can you tell me your name? Sir, I have to see whether you have made an appointment or not?”.

The receptionist on the right side was ready to see the list name on the computer.

Kein said while smiling, "we don't have any appointments”.

The receptionist smiled wryly and said, "then I am really sorry but we can’t let you meet the president without an appointment”.

Kein took out an id card from his pocket and showed it to them and said, "we are police officers and we have come here for investigation of Mr.K.K. death”.

The looks of both receptionists could see that they both were shocked when they heard about the investigation. They didn't know they were police officers until they showed their ID card as they were not wearing a police uniform.

Kein said before they spoke, "so can we meet your president now”.

The both receptionists again say sorry and before they speak forward Kein cut their words and said, "why can’t we meet the president we want to have a talk with her”.

The receptionist on the left maintained her smiling face and said,” we are not stopping you from meeting the president, it's just that..”.

Again her words were cut by Kein, "then”.

The receptionist didn’t lose her smile and said, "it's just that she is not in company”.

Kein,"huh”.

Cian asked the receptionist, "so, when will she come or can you give us her home address”.

They didn’t know where their president lived and before they could answer, a cheerful lady came to the receptionist's desk.

The cheerful lady, “hello sisters. How is work going on?’.

The two receptionists said together, "MS. Dia”.

The cheerful lady was Dia, a friend of Rose.

She said, "why are you saying my name together, are you that much excited by seeing me”. After she said this she laughed and she felt the gaze of two men staring at her. She looked towards the two young men and tried to listen to their thoughts.

She was a vampire and her special ability was to listen to the thoughts of humans.

The young man who was just right beside her was Cian and she listened to his thoughts, ”she is so loud”. When she heard this from him she thought to herself, "was I that loud?”.

And she listened to other thoughts about Kein beside Cian, ”she is a really happy person”. After listening to this she smiled as she felt this was a compliment.

The receptionist watched her and said, "they are police officers and came here to investigate Mr.K.K. death and wanted to know the address of the president”.

Dia asked the two men standing in which one face was cold and one face was smiling looking at her, ”why do you want to know about the address of the president”.

The cold faced man was Cian, he said, "we want to ask her about Mr.K.K. death”.

Dia watches them and when she sees the id then only she decides to tell them, "how about I took you there, I'm a friend of the president”.

Kein smiled more brightly and said without consulting the word with his head officer Cian,"Okay, okay, you can also ride in our jeep”.

When Cian heard this word he looked towards Kein who was not even glancing towards him. It's not that Kein didn't feel the gaze of Cian but he ignored it because he knew that his head officer must be watching him with his cold gaze.

Dia said,"look it's alright I have my own car so how about you follow my car and I will lead you to the president house”.

Cian nodded after that then they moved outside and got in their vehicle and they started to go to the president house.

After one hour they arrived at the president's house. President house was far from the bustling city area and the house was alone in that area. The house had three stores.

The security guard saw the Dia car and opened the gate and both of the vehicles went inside. After entering the gate there was a long road that leads to the house and you can see the house clearly as it was straight to the road. In side-side of the road was a garden. Then they reach in front of the house door. They both parked their car and jeep and bodyguard outside the door greeted them and opened the door. They didn't ask about the two men as they had come with Ms.Dia.

She brought them inside and she knew where the president Rose will be, so she takes them directly to the practice room which is on the second floor. Cian and Kein looked at each other when they were outside the practice room.

Dia said to them, ”she is president of P.L. company”.

Cain and Kein were surprised to know that the girl who they saved from the thief was the president of P.L. company and rather than that she was practicing sword. They could see her from the window. Window was really large and they could see every step clearly. She was not alone in the practice room, she was with the same guy who have come to pick her up i.e. Bred from the police station last time. Their moves were really attractive and while practicing Rose turned around to avoid the attack and at that time Bred took advantage to take out hairpin from Rose and when the hairpin was taken out, her hair bun turned into long hair. When Rose realized it was late, Bred smiled and showed her hair pin and said, "I win”.

“Umm,you win", said Rose.

Just then Dia called them, they saw the two men and they were familiar with them, they went outside the room.

Dia didn’t introduce the two men but rather she was interested in how Bred won. She asked, "how did Bred win the game?”.

Bred said, "we made a deal that I have to take out a hair pin from Rose and Rose will take out rubberband from my hair and whoever takes out first he or she will win”.

When he said this Dia see Bred hair was made into a ponytail. She thought to herself it's good to have wolf hair, you can even make a ponytail.

Rose asked Dia, ”and they?”.

Just after Rose mentioned them she remembered about the two police officers and laughed and introduced them and told Rose and Bred that they had come for investigation.

Bred asked the police officer, "what investigation?”

Cain said, ”Mr.K.K. was found to be dead, and we want to ask about him because he was present at your event before he died ''.

Rose, Bred and Dia were shocked to hear this. The person that they had just seen yesterday was dead this morning. Everyone will get shocked if they hear this kind of news in the morning. Even if they didn't talk much with each other, they feel sad when they hear about this.

Rose said, ”let's go downstairs and have a conversation”.

They nodded and walked towards the first floor living room. They all took their seats and Rose asked calmly, "So what do you want to ask us about Mr.K.K.?”.

Cian said, "we heard that Mr.K.K. walk out from your event becoming angry, so we want to know what had happened that led Mr.K.K. to become angry and left the event after it just started?”.

Rose said without any hesitation, "we just met outside the hall door where he approached me and asked me if i can go with him inside the hall as he think I should go with him and after listening that I rejected him straight forward that i won't go with him and right at that time Bred came and I went with him”.

What Rose said was true, they have only contacted each other for only several minutes and after that they didn't talk and now they can't even talk because Mr.K.K. was not present in this world.
