"What, don't give me that look! And before you preach to me the dangers of alcohol, please go home and take care of my son, he needs you more than I do!".

I quietly looked on, and decern how much Liam tries to bottle down the pain he felt, the emptiness in his heart when he saw the woman who was supposedly dead, walks back into his life.

He staggered him away seated back at the Riverbank, I ambled close seated next to him. Liam veers and saw the long look I had on.

"Why the long face Sara, it's not as if I am dying, right?".  A weak smile spots on his face.

I shook my head in disapproval,  answering back to him, "look, Liam, I understand what you are going through but please!".

He swoops in before I could finish my statement, " please what! Huh! Do you even know what I am going through? The pain, not only for me but my son,  I watched the corpse of my wife, being taken away after giving birth to him, for more than a year, I acted the duties of a mother and father, so don't tell the sappy stories of understanding".

Liam's anger was justified, and if I was in his shoes, I would do worst, so I said, "okay then, I won't try to understand anything but I'll gladly join you and while away intoxicated".

I pulled out the bottle from his hand and gulped it down, the effect of the previous one mixed up with this, as it got instantly got intoxicated from it.

"Urgh, my head hurts!".  I grouted out my words.

Liam printed a smile on his face decerning me intoxicated for the second time, as I accidentally fell over him.

"Urgh!"  His back hits the floor, as we both gazed lost at each other's eyes.

"You do know you cannot hold in your alcohol because when you are drunk, you bring out the crazy version of yourself.  Liam says to me in a sweet tone.

I tugged my hair behind my ears, shooting a shy smile at me, finally pulling away.

I said, "woah Liam, I didn't know you knew me that well!".

"Of cause I do, after all, you are my son's nanny, and you're different from the rest!".  He smirked veering his eyes aside.

Once again I felt like the whole world stopped and it was left the two of us there.

Our essences mixed as one, the stars in the sky adorned everywhere, glaring at the eyes of each other when I felt the zip of my dress veered down.

"Li..Liam.. what are you doing?".

I tried pulling his hands away rather than Liam yanked mine, as he quickly unhooked my bra-wearing a devious smirk on.

I felt the trace of the noon breeze passed me, I quivered in an attempt to pull away instead Liam was a step ahead, he hurled me nailing a kiss on my lips.

"Hmm". I struggled but gave in to the burning sensation I felt within, his kiss snaked through me instantly I reciprocated by flinging his shirt off him.

Our body met in harmony irrespective of the cold, the steamy feeling we shared plunged into a burning desire.
