"Finally it's all over," Lisa said looking upset.

"What happened Lisa? Why are you looking upset? Did something happen?"

Emily asked her while putting her papers back into her bag.

"Don't ask Emily. I forget to give the list of music to the director and because of this, he scolded me in front of everyone. It's embarrassing, you know!" Lisa said poutingly.

"Thousands of time I have told you to submit the list to the director first but you won't listen, now look you are scolded. It's good, next time you won't be that much careless."

"Emily are you really my friend. I don't want to talk to you."

Lisa said while pouting and leave the room.

Emily laugh seeing Lisa's sulking face and shook her head sweetly.

She wrapped her all stuff in her bag and also leave the room.

University fest is already ended and it's was half past afternoon when Emily wrapped her all stuff. Today was a very tiring day for all the volunteers of this fest. They even didn't have time to eat lunch and right now Emily is very hungry but before eating anything she needs to go to Ryan's company to talk to him.

Emily tried to call him many time but Ryan didn't even pick up her calls. Even she messaged him that she won't sign the divorce until he contacts her but still Ryan didn't give any reply to Emily. Seeing that Ryan is ignoring her, she is really frustrated and angry with him and just want to give him a hard slap on his face so that he will come back to his senses again.

Emily was looking at her phone while walking in the empty corridor of the college. All people already left the college so no one was there. Emily was the head so she needs to do some work after the fest which makes her late to went back home.

Suddenly her phone rang,

Emily immediately becomes excited, thought that it was Ryan's call but seeing the caller ID her smile faded.

"What happened now Lisa didn't you already leave?" Emily sighed and asked her.

"Oh come on Emily you are my friend, how can I leave you alone here all alone. But where are you didn't you wrapped everything? I am waiting for you outside just hurry up Emily."

"Okay okay just wait I am coming," Emily said and hung up the call.

She walked into the empty corridor. After some time, Emily feels that someone was behind her. She looked back but nobody was there.

"I think it's my illusion."

She said and again starts walking but her heart was thumping very fast and she also feels that something is really going to happen but because of divorce papers and Ryan ignoring she completely ignored all those feelings. When she walked forward while using her phone, she bumped into the ladder and some colour paints fell on her, dirty her dress.

"Oh shit I need to wash it otherwise it will stain," Emily said and placed her phone inside her pocket and walked towards the washroom.

She put her bag on the side and starts washing the stain on her dress.

"God dammit" she cursed and trying hard to remove the paint stain on her dress.

Someone was there inside the washroom before Emily enter in. He was hiding inside the toilet when he noticed that Emily will go there. He was just waiting for her with the iron rod in his hand. Seeing Emily in front of him, he smirked and hold the iron rod above his head, in a position to hit Emily in the next second.

Emily was busy removing the stain and didn't look back. She doesn't know that someone was behind her and can attack her at any second.

The person gritted his teeth and just going to attack Emily's head with full force but she noticed it in the mirror and immediately get aside from there.

The person hit the basin and the nozzle broke because of his hard hit, water was dripping out of it like a fountain. If Emily won't get aside from that, the hit must kill her already.

Emily was breathing heavily and was very shocked and scared. She looks towards the man with widening eyes but was not familiar with him.

The person was none other than else Damon Stevenson, Ryan's father. It was already enough for him to wait so much just to attack Ryan. Now without talking to that mysterious woman he planned all this and attacked Emily in her college because he knows that it was the right time to attack her, Ryan never allowed his bodyguards to entered the college because it causes trouble to Emily and others student or also college was much more safe place because outsiders were not allowed to enter in the college. The person who entered the college all having passes and security already checked them all before entering. So it was safe! Even his black commanders blocked all the area outside Emily's college so that they can keep a check on everything.

He knows that Emily's is Ryan's weakness if he kills her then Ryan will automatically become weak and it would be so easy and exciting to kill him then. But the main thing is, he wants to give that same pain to Ryan which he always felt in his life, the pain of longing.

Because of Ryan, his love died and he was very guilty that he was the person who killed his own love, out of anger. Just because of Ryan he lost her, he lost the person who he loved from his entire life. That's why he hates Ryan to the core and just wanted to snatch all his happiness away from him. He wants to kill him when he is on his knees and feels the same pain which he felt, when she died in his arms in front of his eyes.

He again takes the iron rod and runs towards Emily to hit her. Before Damon hit her Emily get aside and pushed him hard. Damon lost the balance and fall. The iron rod in his hand also fall and before he takes the rod and stands again, Emily already runs away from there.

Emily was running like crazy, here and there.

Seeing that Emily run away Damon also run behind her. Emily was panicking and looked back to the person from time to time who was running behind her to kill her. She was breathing heavily and just tried to find someplace to hide. Because she was very far from the university entrance and she won't run like that towards the gate because the stranger's speed is very fast as compared to her. In that situation, she just needs a place to hide from him so that she can call someone for help.

She runs towards the bio lab and closes the door, hides under the bench. She takes her phone out of her pocket with trembling hands. She was panicking and was very scared. This is the first time she is facing this type of dangerous situation, that man is after her and tried to kill her. She won't know what she does to save herself at that time but only one person came to her mind, her hubby. She immediately unlocked her phone and call Ryan.

She is happy that she won't put her phone back in her bag otherwise the situation becomes more dangerous.
