Chapter 39: Chapter 39

Ryan reached Emily's college and waited for her outside. He didn't want to create gossips again like the last time when he came to her college, so he decided not to go inside the college and just waited for her inside in his car.

Emily came out of the college after a long time with Lisa and talking happily with her. Seeing that Ryan car is here, Emily immediately bid farewell to her.

"Lisa bye. Call me if you have any doubt in it."

Emily walks towards Ryan with her smiling face but immediately Ryan saw through the review mirror that a car came towards Emily at high speed. He immediately gets off of the car and runs towards her.

Seeing Ryan get off and running like crazy, Emily was confused but still walking towards him.

Before the car touch Emily, Ryan blocked her body with his and jumped aside to saved her from the accident.

Emily was scared of this sudden act and immediately hugged Ryan tightly.

Ryan held Emily in his arms and frowned, looking towards the car in anger.

The car driver stops the car from afar and makes a sign back to Ryan with his hands.

Seeing the familiar hand and the ring, Ryan's eyes went wide and he immediately understands who that person is? He increased the grip of his arms which was around Emily's waist.

When the car goes and disappears in front of his eyes. He looked towards Emily and said,

"Love are you okay? Did you injure anywhere? Let me see?" He said and starts to examine Emily's body. He completely forgets that person seeing Emily's scared face but still, he had great fear in his heart.

Emily shooked her head but still in the fear of what happened earlier. Ryan again hugged her and helps her to stands up.

Because this is evening time and all the students already left the college, nobody is there.

Emily and Lisa were the last ones left because Lisa have some work to do and she needs Emily's help. So they were the last ones who are left in the whole college.

Ryan picked Emily in his arms and takes her to his car. He gently placed her on the front seat and makes her sit comfortably. He gives a peck on his forehead and closed the door.

He strode towards the main seat and drive back to the dream mansion. His heart is beating very fast, he knows who is that person? But the question is how he came back?

"He is back... He is back again" he thought and feeling restless in his heart.

His car enters the dream mansion and he immediately gets off from the car and takes Emily inside the mansion.

Because Ryan was with him Emily didn't scared anymore. "Ryan I am fine. Don't stress out? It's was just an accident."

Emily smiled and calmed him down but still by her voice Ryan can say that she is still scared about what happened earlier.

Ryan just nodded towards her with a smile but didn't tell her anything about this accident, he was sure that it was not just an accident it was deliberate, that person intended to kill Emily. Thinking about all these Ryan brows again frowned and he didn't know what to do.

His nightmare is back and he again starts planning against him. This time he has to do something and killed him otherwise that person always haunt him again and again.

He picked Emily and carried her to their bedroom.

"Love sleep for some time. I know you are scared. When you wake up everything is fine so just sleep. I am here." He said lovingly and makes Emily sleep.

He laid beside her and patted her back. He needs some time alone if Emily is around him then he can't do anything and again worries about her, thinking all those things. So he makes her sleep for some time so that he can investigate everything properly.

After some time,

Ryan opened his eyes. Seeing that Emily is already slept in his arms and didn't wake up at least for an hour. He immediately gets up from the bed and takes his mobile. He adjusted the room temperature for her.

Seeing his wife's beautiful sleeping face Ryan also wanted to hug in his embrace and sleep peacefully for a while but before this peaceful rest, he has to do some work now.

He hurriedly leaves the room after giving a loving kiss on Emily's forehead.

"Love give me some time. I will surely deal with everything."

Outside the room,

Ryan sits on the sofa and hurriedly called, Daniel.

He is the only person right now who can help him. Daniel has a lot of connection with the underworld and because of this Ryan easily become a king and hold so much power in his hand. He is just not a simple city businessman. His business is all over the world and even his connection is everywhere.

Whether army and underworld, he has every knowledge and connection with them. That's why he has his army and this much power. And this is all because of Emily, just to protect her he became this much strong. And become the king. That's why when he said this to Daniel and others, he was the only one who was more shocked than others. He never expected this, that Ryan did all this hard work just for a girl, which makes him stunned.

"Daniel, he is back," He said to him which makes Daniel shocked.

"But how? We clear destroyed his everything. He can't come back so soon. Ryan, how can it be possible?" he said hurriedly.

"I don't know," Ryan said helplessly.

"Someone must be helping him, Ryan. Otherwise, that fool can't come so early for his revenge" Daniel growled.

"He tried to kill Emily," Ryan said. His voice is trembling when he said all this.

Daniel immediately stunned listening to this, "How he gets her information, Ryan? You block everything. So how?"

"I don't know about that. I don't know. I am scared, Daniel. What if he tried to kill Emily again? I can't? I can't.... lose her, Daniel help me."

Daniel understands his emotions and was very worried about his friends. He just got his happiness and again that nightmare came into his life. But he was so shocked to see that, how that person came back so early. He clear destroyed him to the core. And if he thinks about his revenge again then he will take many years to come back for this plan of his. His all connections are already dead and he is just like a beggar so how could he come back?

"Ryan don't get nervous. Don't forget who you are? You are the king and you can easily protect anyone. So just calm down. I will contact Andrew and tell him to search for something about him. We will surely deal with it together. So don't worry. Just take care of Emily."

Ryan just nodded and hanged up his call.

He just sat there and rake his hands on his head, in irritation.

"Emily I am sorry. Because of my selfishness, I make you stuck in between all this. But I promise I will surely protect you."

He said and hurriedly went to his room.

Seeing the sleeping face of his little wife his brows relaxed a bit and he laid beside her again.

He tightly held her in his arms. Feeling the warm embrace Emily moved towards him more close and snuggled herself in his arms completely. And put her head on his chest.

Ryan smiled seeing his wife cute act and just laid beside her.

After some time he also falls asleep while hugging her tightly in his embrace.
