James Brown immediately accepted the proposal because he in needs of money right now.
He can't go to Bobby Jane for help because he already takes so much money in exchange for Emily and even promises to gives Emily again to him to get more money from him. And because of Emily's beauty, he was completely blind and gives him more money whenever he asked.
But now if he goes to him and asked for help he surely kills him only because of that little girl because first she ran away from his claws and now he didn't know she will come or not.
He cursed Emily in his mind.
The money came towards his door, how can someone like James who can use his wife and send her to a different man's bed to get a deal can't accept the money.
"Mister Brown, if you agree with our proposal so our president also needs to talk something private if you don't mind," Ray Green said.
James Brown happily nodded to Ray and sign him to talk.
"Of course. You can after all we are going to become partners now"
"My president, George Maxwell is very fond of ancient artefacts and recently he interested in some type of ancient pendant with looks like contemporary and we all get to know that the pendent origin is in this city. So we came here to you because we think only you can help our boss," Ray Green said very politely but with an evil smirk on his face.
They give all details of that pendant to James.
By hearing the details James Brown become excited because he knows about that pendant what they talked about, all details are matched with that Emily's lowly pendant.
If this was the one he became rich again, he became so excited that he didn't feel something suspicious and fell into this trap.
"Okay I will surely help you," James Brown was very happy and accepted to help them.
"And yes! Our president also paid for that pendant. No need to worry your efforts must be paid off."
Ray Green ensure him with money because everyone knows he became blind when it comes to money.
After discussing their proposal they both left the Brown company.
Only James Brown was left alone in his office.
Today, his happiness is out of reach.
"Now he just has to wait to count his money which was coming to him soon."
James thought.
He started preparing the proposal, before signing the contract he needs to prepare first for the public conference to make every shareholder's calm that Brown's company was not going to shut down.
Outside the Brown company,
Two persons who are disguise themselves as a big businessman called someone.
"Boss, work was completed. This fool falls in our trap and doesn't feel suspicious of us."
"Well done", Alex said and hung up the call.
He immediately called his master, "master all set, the information you give us about the pendent helpful, now we just need to wait for their end."
Ryan already asked the information about the pendent from Emily, so that they both can make a lie about the collection of antique in front of that fool James.
"Hmm"
He said and hang up the call.
He was impatient. It was not Ryan's style to make a plan and destroyed someone. He just needs to do that.
But now he didn't do that because of Emily, Brown make his love life difficult. Now he wants to make their life a living hell.
In their all life they never get out of this mud, so for this, he has to do some patience.
Ryan and Emily were still in the living room and watching the news.
Emily was so into TV and whenever Ryan saw Emily desperate look he sighed!
He chooses this long method just to make their life more terrible but seeing Emily in this state his heart ached and he cursed himself to make Emily wait for that long.
On the other hand,
James hurriedly and happily went to his mention.
James happily went inside the mansion and before this, he already told his secretary to make preparations for the live conference tomorrow, then he can announce the good news to every shareholders and people who want their money back.
"wifey," James shouted happily with a long smile on his face.
Kylie came and stood in front of her husband.
"What happened dear why you calling me? Is everything alright in the company"
She said worriedly.
"Where is the pendant, that Emily's one," he said.
"What?"
"Why you need it, this was only things to control that little girl why you need that," she asked his husband.
"Wifey, today I met one investor and he ready to help us and he has a hobby of collecting antique he wants some pendant. When he described I realised that it was the same pendant which Emily's have, and also if we give this to him he offered a big sum against such a lowly pendant. So go and give me that pendent," he said excitedly.
"What? James are you sure it's not a coincidence that someone came when I already threatened Emily because of that pendant and that person's help you and also give you money just for that lowly pendant. Are you sure that it's not just a coincidence" Kylie asked with a full of suspiciousness in her eyes?
She is a very cunning woman, so to fool her was not that easy but James didn't listen to her and shouted at her.
"Oh come on, you always like that, suspicious of everything, when I come late you get suspicious that I have an affair outside. You old woman can't you just get out of your suspicious nature, you are useless. Your husband is so much trouble now and you here only make my troubles more."
"Get lost and give me that pendant otherwise I will surely divorce you and throw you out of this house and you have no option to go there from where you come from."
Kylie freeze, this is the first time James talked to her like that but hearing the word divorce she gets afraid.
"She didn't want to live like a poor again. After so much effort she becomes James's wife. Just to bear his child she drugs him and traps him after getting pregnant. So she can't get her efforts waste like that."
She thought.
And immediately went back to her room and gives a pendant to him.
James was blind, he took the pendant and immediately called Ray Green, "mister Ray I already prepared for the conference tomorrow. I hope you and the boss will be present there so we can sign the deal in front of everyone."
"Okay. No problem mister Brown. I informed my boss about it. We will surely present there"
"And also I got what mister Maxwell wants. One of my friends held that pendant that's why I accepted the work to find the pendant. So let's meet up so tomorrow before the press conference so that I give you what you wanted."
"Oh thanks, Mr Brown. You truly a great person."
Ray smirk and praised James for his work. They discussed some work things and hung up the call.
Alex was also there when James called Ray, he said with the evil smirked on his face, "it's time for our real plan."
