She cringes for fear of who the person who pulled her is. She tries to get out of here.

"Fatima stop, this is Ryko."

He was stunned and stared at the man.

Ryko?

Ryko. What is the man doing here?

She examined him wearing his suit. He also seems to have attended the exhibit.

"Hey, do you still remember me?"

She looked back at his face when the man spoke again.

"Yes. Of course!"

"I don't know that you are with Dela Merced. I saw you earlier with him."

He wondered what he said. Ryko knew Antoine.

She is also getting cold so she will give in to the man. Aside from that she was mad at Antoine. Antoine choose Susette over her.

It was just near the place where he brought her. He bought her clothes and took her to a park while they drank beer in cans. This giving strength to this broken hearted feeling. Isn't it?

It would have been nice to be the place where they were there. It looks romantic but that's not how she feels. She was disgusted with Antoine. She is angry with Marcos and she is jealous of Sussette for her courage to hold hands with Antoine. She doesn't even remember doing that to the man.

"Your sad, Fatima." He was smiling but out of sight. This man is still good, he is able to sympathize with her resentment.

"Cheers, Ryko!"

She raised her voice to sound happy. Just because she is sad does not mean that the man will be sad too. He doesn't know anything about his situation.

"Cheers, Fatima."

"Do you already have a girlfriend, Ryko?"

"What?"

It's a confusing question. She ignored him and just continued to speak. She doesnt care if Ryko cant understand her.

"It hurts to love, Ryko? I hope love is like a disposable spoon. When you don't need it anymore, you can throw it away. And it doesn't hurt because it's disposable!"

Fuck! Is there any connection between what she is saying and what she feels?

"Fatima?"

"Maybe I'm just a disposable spoon to him?"

"Fatima?"

"Earlier I was so mad. After Susette did that to me. She just tell me to go back to hotel. Why Ryko, do I look-"

She couldn't finish what she wanted to say when his lips touched hers. Her eyes widened when she realized what he had done so she quickly get away from the man.

"Why did you do that?"

She asked the man angrily.

"You're talking a lot of words that I couldn't understand and that's the only thing I have in mind to shut you up."

"You have no right to do that!"

"I'm sorry, Fatima. Forgive me. It won't happen again."

She immediately turned her back and left Ryko alone. She called a taxi heading to the hotel.

She opened the door of the room they were occupying. Antoine was probably not there yet. He probably even with Sussette.

Unconsciously she went straight to the bathroom. Washed and changed clothes. She sat on the side of the bed. She was in such good rest when Antoine entered. He just arrived. Where did he go with Susette? She remembered that she needed to talk about something important.

"Antoine, I have something to tell you."

He took off the suit it was wearing before he spoke.

"I'm not in the mood to listen Consuela."

"But it's important, Antoine. Maybe if I didn't say it it might be-"

"Not now, Consuela." He cut what she would have said.

"But, Antoine. Import-"

He stopped angrily to face her with his creased and angry face.

"Shut up, woman! Do you think I didn't know who was with you earlier after exhibits."

She was stunned by what he said. Is Ryko what the man is referring to? If it was Ryko, how did he know that?

But why should she be concerned? To her knowledge she doesn't even remember that they did anything bad.

"Ryko and I just talked. We're not doing anything wrong."

"Talking, Consuela?"

"We were just talking Antoine."

It was so close to her that she collapsed on her feet. She just felt the soft bed catch her. Even before she could move so that it wouldn't hit her, she was locked in both hands between her shoulders. Looking at her madly.

"Is this how Consuela is just talking?"

His lips touched hers. She closes her eyes tightly to prevent her from giving in to the man's kisses. She still can't forget what he did to her earlier. Another way is that there’s no pleasant the way he kissed her.

She forced her face away to break Antoine's kiss. Annoyed he looked her in the eyes and soon stood up so that was a signal for her to get up from lying down.

He walked away from the bed to go to the bathroom but she did not allow him and spoke angrily. He will kiss her and then he will just turn his back on her just like that.

"I hate you Antoine! I hate you!"

He turned around in disbelief at what she said.

"What is the reason why you hate me woman?"

"I'm pissed because you're choose Susette even more than me!"

"I don't take sides in the both of you, Consuela. I just didn't want to make a fuss earlier."

"But I'm embarrassed Antoine. I think you sided with her because you let her pour water on me. I'm embarrassed because she's next to you and I'm alone!"

She holds the hem of her dress. She wanted to stop herself from crying but she was really crying and it was really hard to stop now.

"Why are you crying there?"

It seemed to soften his appearance when seen she is crying.

"Eh, what am I going to do? I'm really crying." She said while still refraining from crying in annoyance.

She felt it slap her forehead. It wasn't hard but she stopped crying. She also wondered if it was right for him to react that way. Antoine and I are not having a relationship again. The reaction she shows only means that she is jealous of Susette.

"Your jealousy is obvious, Consuela."

Damn! She was suddenly embarrassed by what he said. She is very transparent.

But all her toenails will die but she will not admit it to the man.

"Why should I be jealous? You only own me and I'm not your girlfriend so I have no right to be jealous."

"Really? You're definitely not jealous?"

He asked and her and seemed to capture what she really felt through its narrowing eyes.

"No way." She wiped the tears that flowed down her cheek. She was a fool crying in front of the man.

"In that case, don't cry and it doesn't matter to you. You're getting even uglier."

She glanced at the mirror hanging on the side of the closet. She looked at her appearance and she was amazed at what she saw. It looks like she's ugly. Her hair is mess She went into the bathroom and she didn't know if she was mislook but she saw the man actually smiling.

He was about to go up when the man sitting on the couch called to him. He went through this earlier when he was able to enter the house. It has been three days since they left Thailand. It had so many plans that he could no longer understand.

"Where have you been, Ryko?"

"None of your business!"

He walked away and would have ignored him when he spoke again.

"Try not to follow my plan Ryko. I'll kill your mother. You idiot!"

"I can't get why you're trying to overthrow Dela Merced brother. What do you really want to happen to him?"

It just made him smile. Even with his dark intentions, he was still following him.

"I will avenge Arriene's death. The anger I felt for him is really full out my heart. I will destroy everything that is important to him. I will do it with his woman, Consuela."

"Consuela. She's kind brother. She shouldn't be feeling-"

He hadn't finished what he had to say when he got angry.

"That's the woman I'm going to use against Antoine."

He never spoke again. Its mood is changing and that's not good for him.

He and Marcus are siblings of their father. He no longer has parents. To his knowledge , Antoine and Marcus are came from Save the children Home orphanage. There has always been a conflict between them. But he didn't care about that anymore. Only after his brother had ordered him to do such wicked plan.

They were happy as siblings but as time went on to carry out the plan, the brother's treatment of him changed. He treats him now he is one of his men who must follow all its dictates. This is no longer his older brother Marcus to back what they use to be in the past. It has been swallowed up by too much revenge.

"Don't worry brother. The plan goes ahead but I hope you also carry out what was we deal before."

"Good and you've realized you have no choice but to follow me."

"I know brother."

That was all and he left it and finally went up to the room where his mother was. When he entered there he saw his mother again in the corner of the room with her hands clasped around her head which you thought she was terrifying for something.

"Ma?"

"He's going to kill me Ryko. He's going to kill me Ryko."

At the same time, his mother was sobbing.

"Roberto is gone, Ma. He can't hurt you anymore. I'm still here to defend you."

Her mother just kept moaning. It trembled with fear. Maybe it was dreaming about Roberto again. Roberto is father of him and Marcus thats why they are siblings. He hugged his mother to calm her down. When she noticed that her trembling was slowly disappearing, he helped her sit on the side of the bed.

"No one will hurt you anymore, Ma. That's a promise."
