Chapter 485: Chapter 485: We back in Eridani baby!

It’s been a while since Kai had been to Eridani. He honestly missed the water-filled continent, but he didn’t miss the hero who was here.

"What was his name again?" Kai forgot the hero’s name, but it didn’t matter to him.

Instead of making his way to his house, he made his way to the blue magic tower. He knew that Elyn would be there since she’s a workaholic, and because her tower got a shit ton of fame because of Kai and his girls.

"Ahh, look at this building. It brings back memories." Kai knocked on the door, and when it opened, he teleported inside.

Why did he do that? Because he felt like it. There was no real reason for his actions.

"We need four hundred more uniforms to be made, so put in an order for that," Elyn told her assistant.

"Yes, Tower Master.

"Also, one of our business partners, those flaming fruity fucks, has been embezzling money. Kill them."

"Understood."

"Where’s my daughter?"

"She’s practicing her magic as we speak."

Elyn nodded. "Good. I heard that she has improved significantly. Has there been any more demon sightings?"

"No. Hero Barry has taken care of all of that." The two of them walked into Elyn’s office

"Barry! That was his name! Haha! I had completely forgotten!" Kai was surprised he could forget such a simple name.

Even while pregnant, Elyn was still a beast, attacking Kai, not knowing that it was him, and nearly took his head off with a shit ton of iceicles.

"Whoa, there, it’s me, baby. You’re not trying to kill the father of your child, are you?"

"Kai? Oh my goodness! Kai!" She leaped into his arms. "I’ve missed you so much!"

"Haha, I’ve missed you as well. How are things going? Have you been well?"

"Oh yeah. Thanks to you, our tower is wealthier than ever. Abigail is also training super hard, and Selena even asks about your eventual return. I think she likes you. That stoic woman really fell for you."

"What can I say, I’m just charming." Kai was indeed charming.

Elyn kissed him on the lips. She couldn’t resist his charm.

"Are you here for a short visit, or are you staying for a bit?"

"I’m staying for a bit. At least for a year. Well, I won’t be in Eridani the whole time, nor will I be in the other continents all the time."

"Yeah. Our houses are connected, so you can just go to another continent just by opening a door. I’ve been to Sarkylla. It was beautiful."

"Yup." Kai rubbed her belly.

"How’s the pregnancy?"

"Doing great. I’ve already had a child before, so I can feel something different about this pregnancy."

Kai nodded. "That makes sense. You’re going to give birth to a divine being after all."

"Ahh, so that’s why I feel different." She rubbed her belly and smiled.

"You should talk with Abigail. She misses you."

"I plan on it. I’m visiting all my visibly pregnant women first, though. I’ll be visiting everyone else after. Besides, I’ll be here for at least a year, so we have time to hang out."

"Okay. Will I see you later then? It sounds like you’re leaving."

"Yeah, I just came here to see you, and I’ll be back later."

Elyn kissed Kai on the lips. "Take care, husband."

"I will, my lovely wife." He teleported away.

"Fuck he makes me so wet."

Kai teleported to the pirate fort where Iris and Patty were. They managed to turn the pirate group into a successful business, and the place underwent construction.

Everything was very neat, organized, professional, and extremely different. The arena was still there, though. Kai was happy to see it stay.

He made his way through the halls, the pirates bowing to him as he walked by, and made his way to Iris and Patty’s office.

"My lovely ladies! Have you missed me?" Kai asked, opening the door.

There, he saw Patty and Iris filing paperwork with bags under their eyes.

"Oh, hey, Kai." Patty greeted him.

"It’s nice to see you again." Iris smiled

"Damn, why do you two look so dead?" He took them both from their seats and sat them on the couch, wrapping his arms around them.

"You’re pregnant, so you shouldn’t be working too hard, you know." This was part of the reason why he had pregnancy protection. Overworking can cause stress, and stress can cause miscarriages. He didn’t want that for his women and children.

"Yeah, but all of our assistants are overworked, and we’re understaffed, so we had to do this ourselves," Iris informed him.

"Really? What are you doing that is making you understaffed?" He wondered.

"We’re helping people all over the kingdom who were affected by the demon attacks. We send aid, money, and so on. It’s a lot more paperwork than it seems." Patty sighed, lying on Kai’s shoulder.

"I’m sorry to hear that." He sent a mental message to Elyn to find some women who need work and are fine working as maids.

’I’ll get on it right away. How many women do you need?’ Elyn asked

"Hey, how many assistants do you need?"

"I don’t know, like thirty?" Irist guessed

"Okay."

’Like thirty. They all need to be able to read and write. Oh, they also need to be pretty, and if they can use mana, then that’s even better, but that’s not a requirement.’ He gave her more details, and Elyn started looking into getting the maids.

"Come on, you two, let’s take a little break and have some fun."

"As much as I love your touch, I don’t think I have the energy to have sex with now," Patty said with disappointment.

"Haha! No, I don’t plan on having sex. Come, I’m going to take you two on a date."

"A date?" Iris’s interest was piqued.

"That’s right. You two have been working extremely hard, and you’ll also be having kids in a few months. You need to relax and enjoy yourselves. Don’t stress yourself out like this again. Okay?"

"Okay." Iris and Patty cuddled up with him. They honestly didn’t care to go on a date because Kai being here was all they needed, but they weren’t going to turn a date down.

"Get dressed and wear something nice. I’m going to spoil you two all day."
