Chapter 471: Chapter 471: Is the sky...opening?

A week had passed since Kai had his fun with Elseth and Narmeena. Over these seven days, they returned to him to expierence the amazing pleasure that he brought them.

His bathtime was now spent satisfying four women, occasionally six when the maids of Brianna and Zahria joined in.

It was a great time for him, until all of the other maids started bombarding him, begging to have sex with him at least once.

Of course, Kai wasn’t one to decline a woman’s cry for help, so he did as they asked, fucking every last one of them until they couldn’t walk anymore.

The head butler wondered why the maids were walking as if their backs were hurting, but they all said that they simply slept in an uncomfortable position.

’All of them?’ The butler wondered

Nothing that interesting went on in the kingdom. Because the king was back in full health and strength, the succession war was put on pause, and both factions kept to themselves. This didn’t mean that they weren’t doing things behind the scenes.

The first prince was still angry at what had happened to him at his father’s banquet and wanted his revenge on Kai. He was also angry that his youngest brother was the one who was able to get the people’s opinion in his favor.

The only good thing in James’s opinion that came out of the succession war so far was that Philip had dropped out, and the faction surrounding Philip joined his own.

With nothing serious happening right now, Kai was just chilling in bed. He had already helped Charlotte with her magic training and was simply relaxing until he was called or something.

He honestly didn’t know what to do because he would normally be fighting monsters or bandits, traveling to pocket dimensions, or doing something adventurous. And if he wasn’t doing those things, he would be talking to his girls, but they weren’t here with him.

"Traitors! I can’t believe they left me. I’m so lonely. Karumi is fine, she didn’t leave on her own, but the others are meanies!" Kai turned in his bed and closed his eyes. There was nothing wrong with getting some extra sleep.

A few seconds later, he felt his mana in the demon world crack.

"Oh shit, something is about to happen!" He got up and teleported to the demon world.

"What in the fuck happened here? And what are those?!" Black tendrils of energy were flying around the demon world, causing chaos and destruction everywhere.

People were running for their lives, some dying, others getting injured, while the land became scarred. Some were trying their best to defend against the energy, but it was no use, and they were killed.

"Hmm. That feels like that ball from a week ago." Heading over to the ball, Kai saw that the tendrils were coming from the ball, and it was seeping through his barrier.

"Kai! Thank goodness you’re here!" Korrigan felt his presence and rushed over as quickly as she could.

"Hey, you don’t look so good." He noticed that she was in bad shape and was clearly exhausted.

"Y-Yeah. This thing suddenly started seeping out of your barrier and attacked me. I was able to defend against it, but barely. It keeps attacking me in my sleep, and I’m so freaking tired! It also hurts like hell when it touches me.

Just then, a tendril curled around to attack Korrigan, but Kai slapped it out of the way, destroying it.

"Seems like I can actually attack that, haha. But this is odd. How can this thing seep through my barrier? I only noticed that something was going on because my barrier cracked. Also, why didn’t you alert me earlier?"

"I tried," Korrigan said with a strained voice. "But some force kept me from doing so. Because of that, I had to fight this bullshit on my own. This is why beings bound to planets don’t like it when you, outer gods, arrive here. You’re always bringing a mess with you!"

"Hey, hey! This had nothing to do with me. I didn’t even know that most of this shit existed until like, what, a year ago? And keep in mind, I’m only 19 years old."

"Sure, sure. Just do something about—" Korrigan passed out.

When Kai took a good look at her body, he saw that her veins were bulging and were a different color. Well, he didn’t really know what color demon veins were, but he assumed that hers wasn’t the right color.

When he attempted to heal her, it didn’t work. He tried absorbing the energy in her body, and that didn’t work as well.

"I really don’t like this bullshit. It’s like going to a high-level area in a game, and it’s telling you that you can’t do shit because you’re too low level." Grabbed her, then tossed her away, teleporting her to his house in Sarkylla.

"Heal her." He demanded Leo.

"Who do you think I am?"

"My personal assistant, duh."

Leo didn’t respond, only grolwed, then stopped talking to him.

"That’s right, bitch."

The ball of primordial decay fully broke out of Kai’s barrier and tried to fly away, but he caught it before it went away, so he could see what was going on with it.

Like before, his powers weren’t really doing anything to it, but he did manage to take a look into the ball, seeing something that was pretty weird.

"Is that a fucking....Actually, I have no idea what that is. What the fuck is that?" Inside the ball was a living creature that looked like a whale with arms and legs, trying to get out of the orb.

Eventually, the whale managed to crack the orb, breaking free from its prison, then became so large that it blocked out the sky, then flew off so fast that the sky split open.

"I never expected to see a freaking space whale in my life. Did it have tentacles for a tail? Weird."

What was even weirder, though, was the fact that when Kai looked into the sky, he saw the kingdom of Skadi.

"Hold on, is the sky...opening?"
