Time waits for no one, so time always fly, it's a year already.

I want to join the military. Lee spat the food out from his mouth, yes, for this one year, they have been looking for Leah, but they still haven't found her, no matter how hard they try they just can't find her.

Not even her corpse had been found and all efforts seem to be abortive. Alexia felt that joining the military is the only way she could be able to get Leah, her cousin who she blame herself for months that it was all her fault and her primary suspect is Xander and Jessica, for those months she kept pointing to them, but no evidence was found against those two, Fred did a good job by covering every loops hole that could link Xander to this.

Mom, I am not kidding, I am sure, of what I want, I swear, I want to join the military and I want to get trained to protect you and dad, did you not see that we barely get any information from Leah's case? It's obvious that they are not doing anything to find Leah.

I heard that the military base managed by the field marshall himself is the best, they get the best soldiers and they are successful, I will do my best to become a successful soldier.

Lee looked at his daughter, the young lady has no idea that the boy, she was lost on the island with, is a General and the field marshall's grandson, she wasn't able to get more information about the boy, she spend time with in the island because she was too carried away with her problem, Xander and Jessica betrayal and Leah missing was just too much for her.

For the longest time, he had no doubt, his daughter had a big crush on the General, even without knowing his identity, when Alexia calls off the wedding, Lee and his wife try to get Beck to meet with their daughter but it's obvious the young man wasn't interested in women and the war was all he thought of.

If he was 50% cold before, now he is 95% cold if not hundred percent, he is like a rock, and causing him to love his daughter might be impossible, so she let the sleeping dog lie.

Come on father! She pleads.

Fine, I will talk to the field marshall but be rest assured, no one will treat you special there and if you aren't able to pass the test don't expect me to do some malpractice to get you in.

You are the best. Alexia jumped on Lee and hugged him. I know I can always count on you.

Come on mom, don't be a spoilsport, I promise, I will keep myself safe and you have nothing to be afraid of, you never can tell, I could just find the one man that wouldn't be a jerk but swept my heart away and give you the grandkids that you so long fit.

Brat!!! Emily murmured as she watch her daughter goes out.

The Lee building is filled with so many bodyguards, all she just need is to pick one to train her, she needs to be fit and strong, so she could pass the military test and get admitted into the camp for training.

All she need do was get involved in different physical training.

She had learned to be strong, been betrayed by her friends have left her with no option but to be strong and throw the weak part of her through the window and never to be recalled.

When the field marshall got the news, he was surprised and with the way, Lee had sounded on the phone, he felt bad for his friend, after the incident he had become friends with Lee, not just because he was a prime minister but close friends with common interests.

Are you going to allow the former prime minister's daughter to join the military, I think it's inappropriate and that might not be a good decision. Sara tries to persuade him, she doesn't want Beck to meet Alexia again.

Come on dear, the camp is the safest place, I will monitor everything that is happening inside because she will learn a lot of things under my supervision, and not to forget, General Bernard will be there, I will make sure he keeps an eye on her and I am sure, she will not pass the test.

It took Beck almost a year, to be able to return from the mission, they weren't just kidnappers but terrorists, so he filed for a month leave.

Although he was supposed to start the training with the recruits after the admission test started he was going to miss the beginning because of the fact, that he just returned from war, Beck was to remain in the military school two four seven but he missed the arrival of the recruits.

Now his leave is over, he is back. Welcome General Beck, welcome back sir. He could hear different soldiers greeting him as he walked into his office.

Jesse didn't go on leave because he had to assist the new General, General Bernard was in some kind of competition with Beck, he always felt that Beck is favored because his grandfather is the field marshall.

Welcome back buddy, I missed you like air. Jesse said as he walked into the office.

Did you miss me? Beck quizzed as he try to fix his table.

Of cause I do, by the way, I heard that General Bernard, did some foul play on the test, although the young lady did very well, she got a good grade when it comes to the mental test, perfect in grammar, algebra, and geometry; reading comprehension, numerical reasoning but the panel felt that her physical test was low, her energy is no much for the exercise and she might just pass out in the field, but General Bernard, had to give a good, so she is in, I bet her beauty won her that.
