Sara was sitting at the same place for the entire hour where she was sitting earlier. She kept looking outside the window all night until the sunlight was falling on her face and did not force her to look the other way. They kept a plate of food in front of her. The food they gave her was quite expensive. She had never eaten such expensive food till today. But there was no meaning of this expensive meal; it seemed as if they served her, so that she would not be physically weak. And mason yesterday confirmed this. He told last night why they give her this food. It was just like they feed the goat one last time before being sacrificed.
She did not even touch the food plate. After a while she heard the door opening. Sara noticed that Mason again entered the room with some belongings like he had done last night. But this time he had a lot of things in his hand. Mason had a bag and plate in his hand. He placed the bag on top of the couch and came close to Sara with the food plate in his other hand. He saw Sara had not eaten. Mason understood she has not touched it even once. Seeing all this, he took a long deep breath and after putting the food plate in front of her, sat on her side.
“Despite telling you so many things at night, you have not eaten food. It means that you will remain on your own stubbornness and will not agree to marry, will you?” Mason asked and Sarah didn’t respond to him even though she listened to Mason. She had closed his mouth.
“Good thing that you are not crying, but silencing is not the solution to this problem. You will get to know this in a while. It will be good for you if understand your circumstances more and do what you are being asked to do, otherwise what Nolan will do to you will be very painful. I can only advise you,” Saying this, Masan again put the plate of food in front of Sara, thinking that it might have affected her, but in anger Sara threw the food plate away from her.
“I told you before too. I will not eat food and as far as about my stubbornness, i have still stuck on my point. I will not get married. What will happen more and more? Will he kill me? Is that all? If it is so, it is true. I will die, but I will not forcefully marry!” Sarah screamed over Mason and didn’t let a single tear drop from her eyes. She has decided it the last night of her life. After this night, her death is certain as soon as morning, because she will refuse to marry clearly. She was ready to die, but not at all to marry.
“Being suffocated in a forced marriage, it is right to die better than just bondage, coercion and insult,” Sara told him and after listening to her he again took a deep breath and sat close to her.
“The problem starts from here,” he started his talk and Sara looked up to him.
“Whatever happens, he will not let you die. You have come here to pay your father’s deeds. You are a payment. All the money your father has scammed and defrauded, you have to pay the price for your entire life. And there is a truth that even if you want, you cannot die. You will yearn, but he will not let you die. Every day he will torture you in his bed,” Hearing the words of Mason, tears came in Sara’s eye and in panic she looked around. The courage she had stored inside her shattered in an instant.
“This is some necessary item. You are being given half an hour to use the bathroom. You are not in your house where you can live as you want. Come out of the bathroom as soon as possible, otherwise this door will be broken by bodyguards. Do not try to run away from whatever happens. For your information, let me tell you that there are people outside your bathroom window. If you even thought of running away, they would catch you in seconds. I am asking you to come out of the bathroom soon because Nolan can enter your room at any time. If he wants, he will also come to the bathroom, because he has the keys to every single door in this house, even the bathroom. And when he will come in, you know what will happen,” Mason told her. Sarah immediately looked at the bathroom after listening to him. This meant that even the bathroom of this house was not safe. She could not hide herself anywhere. She saw Mason walking out of the room.
“Why are you telling me all these things? Why are you trying to warn me of the troubles that are already coming?” Sara questioned him because she noticed that he was trying to save her from the beginning. If he wanted, he could have hidden the truth of the bodyguard outside the bathroom. If he wanted, he could hide the truth that Nolan had the key to the bathroom and he could come in anytime, hide this truth, but he was constantly warning Sara. It was all strange. It seemed as if he was trying to save her, but he was one of these people.
