Isabella's pov;

I hugged Big brother and presented a gift for big brother and Ms Devlin.

Yuyang asked, "Where's mine?"

I squatted down to her and gave a kiss on her cheek and asked, "How's my gift?"

She pouted her lips and said, "I'm not a kid anymore. I'm 9 years old now. You can't cheat me."

I pinched her nose tip and said, "You're a grown-up, huh?" I took the box from my pocket and gave it to her.

"I thought you didn't."

"I did. How can I forget my cute little niece?"

She opened the gift and gave me a hug as soon as she saw it and thanked me for the gift.

Big brother, "Is that a camera?"

Yuyang screamed, "It's a digital camera! Daddy!!!" And showed the camera to Ms Devlin and jumped in happiness.

Big brother to yuyang, "Can you grab a drink for Daddy from over there?"

She nodded and left.

Big brother asked me, "Why did you buy her that? And, that looks expensive. What if she broke it?"

Ms Devlin said to him, "You know how she loves taking pictures. Let her have it."

"Okay."

I teased Big brother, "Ooohh, i never seen you convinced that quickly before." And told Ms Devlin, "Looks like you tamed him well." And laughed.

She smiled and said, "Congratulations for making the first place in trending diners, Bella. My friends were talking about your restaurant to make it a hangout place since there'll always be a new special dish showing up every week."

"Hahaha. Thank you, Ms Devlin."

Big brother, "Hey, wait up. Don't leave early. Understand?"

I nodded and said, "I'll go look for yuyang. She went for a long time."

"Okay."

I congratulated them again and walked around to find yuyang among the crowd of people. I stood at the table having drinks placed on them. Where did she go? Wasn't she supposed to be here?

Jeremy, "Hi, Bella!"

"I didn't know you were invited."

He shrugged his shoulders and said, "You look beautiful in this outfit. Blue suits you."

"Thank you. And, how are you related to them?"

"Why are you so interested…"

While Jeremy was talking to me, I spotted yuyang. I walked away from Jeremy and headed to yuyang. Yuyang was taking pictures of the wedding cake.

I said, "Your daddy asked for a drink."

"Bella? Look at the pictures." She showed her digital camera having pictures of the wedding cake.

I patted her head while saying, "It came out pretty well."

While I was looking at the picture, I noticed someone familiar. I zoomed in and saw Mr Martinez.

I gave back the digital camera to yuyang and said, "Try taking the pictures of the cake from a different angle." And walked away from her to see Mr Martinez.

I found Mr Martinez in the hallway, it's been months since I've seen him. The last time I saw him was when I went to his office to pay back his money.

While I was battling myself whether to talk to him, a woman approached him and talked to him. She looks new. Was she a guest? How did they know each other? Are they working together?

Someone placed their hand on my shoulder which made a jerk a little and looked at the person. It's Jeremy.

He asked, "What are you doing here? I was looking for you."

"For what?"

"You left in the middle of the conversation."

"What were we talking about?"

"Wh-Where are you looking?... Oh, he's Alexander, right. Who's that girl with him?"

"I don't know."

He turned to face me and asked, "Are you stalking them?"

I hit on his shoulder and said, "I was just passing by."

"Then why are you still standing here?"

I didn't give a reply and looked at Mr Martinez and that girl who were talking seriously.

Jeremy whispered, "Let's do something fun."

I moved away and asked, "What?"

Jeremy grabbed my hand and took me to the photobooth and said, "Pose cute."

"Huh?"

He put his hand over my shoulder and asked me to smile with him.

"Hey, what are you doing?"

"Shhhhh…."

He changed the pose, he kneeled on the floor and took my hand and gave a peck on the back of my hand.

I pulled my hand and asked, "Are you crazy?"

Suddenly, he moved back and hugged me from behind and posed for a picture. I pushed him away and asked, "What the hell was that for?"

Jeremy asked the photographer to leave and told me, "Alexander was looking at us for the past few minutes."

"What?"

When I tried to turn to look at Mr Martinez, he stopped me by holding my cheeks and said, "I saw Mr Martinez's eyes were boring into my head. Come on, let's annoy him a little."

I snapped his hand and said, "Annoy? What do you mean by that? I know we're not in a good terms right now. But what if we talk again. It will be awkward when we think about what happened today."

"Wait, you moved out of his house."

"Yes, but that doesn't mean i…"

"You're still in love with him."

I looked at Mr Martinez who was looking at me.

I turned to Jeremy and said, "I never stopped loving him."

After after-party for the wedding got over,

I hugged Big brother and Ms Devlin and said, "Then, I'll get going then. Congratulations on your wedding again. I'm happy for you both."

I came out of the wedding hall and tried to head to the bus terminal but stopped when Jeremy grabbed my hand.

"What do you want now?"

He shushed me and said, "Come with me. I'll show you something interesting."

"What is it?"

"It's a surprise." He took me back inside the wedding hall.

"Why are we going inside again?"

"Shhh."

Suddenly, he closed my eyes and made me walk somewhere.

"What are you doing?"

He stopped and said, "I'm going to take my hands now."

When he took off his hands, I saw Mr Martinez kissing a woman. The woman to whom he was speaking to. They broke from the kiss and he said something else, and she replied. And then, he kissed her again. It seemed as if he was trying to make himself look like the villain in front of me. My heart sank.

Jeremy whispered, "It looks like he moved on."
