The Martins arrive at the Michigan county hospital where Stacie was admitted in, they hurriedly entered her ward.

“Stacie, how are you,, that was really brave of you” Mr. Martins commented

“Thank you very much sir”

“And you Jasper thank you very much too” Mr. Martins said and pat his back.

“We know Emily, we know where she buried, in her hometown at River Saddle” Mr. Martins Said. “We could find her tomorrow cause time has been far spent today.

“Yes sir” jasper and Stacie said in unison.

Jasper left Stacie in the evening and went back home. He opened the door to his brother house and saw his Mother standing in the middle of the sitting room, it was obvious she had been crying.

She hugged her son and placed a kiss on his forehead.

“I have just two of you “ she said and pointed to his elder brother Josh. “ and I can’t afford to lose any one of you, I saw the news jasper and I don’t know what or how I’d survive if anything happens to you” she cried and hugged him again . Jasper was fighting back tears

“C’mon mom you prayed for me before I left I get that was what saved me or I’m just lucky, I’m alive and I’m fine mom, you don’t have to worry” he pecked her cheek.

“Hey don’t tell me not to worry, you’re my last child and my baby boy”

“I’m your baby boy too mommy” Josh chirped in.

“Come here my first fruit” his mother said..

“Nah mom I, nuh-uhn” josh moved inches away. He knew his mother would get all emotional on his and he didn’t want that but his mom’s glared had him walking over to her. She hugged him and ruffled his hair.

“Won’t I get a kiss on top of that” josh asked placing his head on her chest.

She kissed his forehead, cheeks, eyes and hairs.

“That’s enough mom” he tried to wiggle out of her embrace she had him hooked. It was funny to watch them both, Jasper laughed at the way his brother was squirming.

Tomorrow would be over and his friends would be okay and he would fix himself with a therapist, this was something Jasper would never forget in his lifetime, he can oy bury it away in his heart.

“ Jasper we have to pray against tomorrow,” his mother said.

The knelt down and held hands. Jasper admired his mom faith in God, he would definitely find his way back to him cause God had saw him through all of these and had protected him and his friends.

All eyes closed his mother commanded.

“In Jesus name, Father Lord on behalf of my son Jasper and his friends, I say thank you for your protection and healing over them, thank for the gift of life and we’re dinners, forgive us or since and have mercy upon us and as tomorrow the evil shall be contained father go with them and give them the grace to win the battle, the battle has been won, may we give cause to glorify your name after everything and bless us lord, answer our prayers, for in Jesus name I pray.

The boys chorused an Amen.

That same day, Stacie felt whole, she felt happiness surge through her after a very long while. She smiles at nothing in particular. Tomorrow was going to be a good day. She thought. She picked up her phone and took few selfies of herself and sent it to her Instagram page she also noticed that her followers on Instagram had Increase to quite some numbers, from 3k followers to 10k followers that was great.

She read the comment and replied the ones she could, she broke through Instagram explore page till she was tired and went to sleep. Tomorrow was surely going to be a good day she muttered.

Bonus Chapter.

A year later

It was their graduation and they were note than happy that life had taken a good turn for them. After what they were through last year. The diary was burnt beside Emily grave and they were healed. It was more than a miracle.

Jasper had gotten back to Ruth and few months later he had proposed to her, their love was just too strong, they had gone through the remaining semesters and session and their friendship still stayed strong

Danielle had surprised Ruth with a car to apologize for what she said at the cabin seal their friendship. While her mother quit her job to spend more time with her. Her elder brother got married to the love of his life and his daughter her niece is a big sister. His wife gave birth to a baby boy.

Ruth parents, the Kumars and her brother returned back to Delhi after much persuasion from jasper and Danielle mother to let her finish from Michigan state university, but when they found their daughter is in love with Jasper and he’s the one that deflowered Ruth, they had no choice than to let her stay.

Ezekiel and Stacie the best siblings relationship you could wish for, Danielle continue her relationship with Ezekiel and Stacie continued to be Louie girlfriend, Louie the angry bird is no longer the angry bird. Infact he now love Ruth more that Jasper did.

Ivan and Patrick adopted the little girl they saw begging for money on the day they went out for a lunch date. Her name’s Ashley but Ivan named her Grace, because he said Grace had kept them all alive and sweet them through the tough year that went by.

Today was their graduation party each of their parents were around to celebrate with bit just their children but all of the friends.

Jasper was calked upon the podium to give a speech.

“Hi everyone, My name is Jasper Marcel, errr, he stuttered

“That’s my baby right there” his mother cheered. Josh glance at his mother she ignored him.

“And lastly to my fiancée Anjali, I love you so much and In my next life I will choose you over and over again as my partner for life, Thank you” his friends didn’t wait for him to leave the stage, they ran up to embrace him and threw their caps up in jubilation.

Danielle father had arranged a limousine to take them to the airport and from their they had fly his plane down to his beach house at Bahamas to celebrate more with themselves.

They couldn’t ask for anything better than to have more time spent with themselves.

They arrive at Bahamas the following morning and during breakfast they were chatting and chattering like chatter box.

“Hey don’t do that” Ivan slapped Patrick arms away .”take this Instead” he handed him a glass of red wine.

Patrick almost choked, he brought out what wanted to kill him and saw it was a shiny gold ring with a small diamond perched on it.

Ivan was bent on one knee.

“I don’t have to say but we’ve gone through thick and thin together, and life I full of so many rollercoaster rides, you sure you wanna ride ‘em with me, will you marry me Patrick wood” Ivan pouts his face

Patrick felt as if his heart wanna burst. “yes baby, yes Ivan, I will marry you”

Ivan slipped the ring on his left middle finger and stood up, he draw him closer and kiss him on his lip.

“Awwwnnnn” Stacie and Ruth cooed

Danielle faked Tears. “I can’t , I’m unable to watch this finish but I’m watching”

Louie playfully smack Ivan ass. “Hey don’t do that, He’s my man” Patrick said Louie laughed “calm your balls man, I got my woman too”

“Attention guys” Ezekiel clink the fork against a glass cup. He raised his wine glass up
