Chapter 9

Karen's Pov

"Where's princess Roseé? She's not in her room. Where did she go?" I asked my siblings who were sitting while playing chess in the garden near the exit and entrance of the palace.

I sat down next to Brother Isaac following Brother Tyrone's answer to my question.

"We don't know, we didn't see her almost a whole day." I frowned at her answer. If so, where is she?

"Brother? Where is he? He's not in the palace either." I asked again. It's possible that they are together because I saw my brother earlier who went to my father.

"We also don't know about that little princess. They came back here earlier from my father but he just disappeared like a boom ta-da." I sniffed and just watched them play chess.

Just a few minutes later, a man entered the palace. It was a woman who I was staring at the most.

My mouth dropped open as I recognized the woman sleeping from behind the man carrying the food.

"Roseé." Whispered so my two older brothers looked at me before following my gaze.

I saw the man leave the cloth covering his face and I almost fell on my seat in shock.

"Ku—" I didn't finish speaking when older brother Tyrone covered my mouth.

"Don't disturb them, they look sweet." Tyrone whispered with a smile so I closed my mouth. He's right, they look sweet and I'm happy to see them like that.

Only now have I seen older brother pay attention to women other than mother, back then.

"Hey darling, are you awake? We're here." His older brother said softly to Roseé but he didn't respond.

The older brother just rested deeply before lifting Roseé who was slowly sliding behind him.

"Damn women." Said the older brother as there was a smile on his lips who started walking towards the direction of Roseé's room.

"He's not that bad at all like before. He's slowly changing because of princess Roseé." Said older brother Tyrone while looking at what older brother went through earlier.

"I hope he continues to change." I looked at older brother Isaac as he spoke.

"Aren't you jealous?" I asked older brother Isaac with a laugh.

"Yes I like her but I like her too for our eldest. I'm just approaching Roseé to get closer to her and make your older brother jealous." I was just shaken by what he said while they were laughing.

"Your jealous brother Isaac don't pretend, it's obvious to you." Brother Tyrone and I laughed even more because of what he said and brother Isaac just blushed.

Kuya Isaac always thinks positive and he prefers the pleasure of others because he thinks that it is better. He always sacrifices his feelings and happiness for the others.

"You can find one for you too brother." I said smiling as he smiled as well.

"The king has down!" Shouted brother Tyrone so brother and I looked at it and we saw that brother Isaac's king had already fallen.

"You cheater! Mandurugas!" Shouted older brother Isaac and threw the king at older brother Tyrone. I just laughed at the two of them and shook my head.

Lord Evin's POV

Rosee is still in deep sleep at my back. I'm going to her room now to lay her down and rest there.

I know that she's tired of eating anything. I almost ran out of money with her but I can't even get mad at her.

I guess I'm going to spoil her by eating. She's always in a good mood, in case she's a bit child -minded.

But when I think that we will get married soon, I feel sad. He will only marry me because of an agreement between my father and his father.

"I want a cassava cake, give it to me." Rosee said softly while sleeping. It must have been a dream.

"I'm going to buy you later." I laughed and looked at it slightly when they got to its room.

I laughed even more when Rosee laughed softly while sleeping. I just stopped laughing as she pressed her head against my neck. Fuck!

I quickly opened his room then let him in there and laid him on his bed.

"Having a good time with you is one of my memorable memories and I will be going to keep it." I whispered here while rubbing it. "I hope that you like this day and be one of your best days."

After I covered it, I stared at it for a while and gently kissed it on the cheek when it suddenly faced me. He wrapped his hand around my neck and then pulled me so that I could be taken and lay down next to it.

Maybe I was mistaken for this pillow. I tried to remove it and get rid of its hand but its grip was tight.

"Silly princess, you might get angry waking up because my handsome face will be exposed in front of you." I said while smiling. I saw a small smile draw on Rosee's lips.

"I'm going to sharpen your face Lord Evin. Your face gets too thick when you say you're handsome." He said that instead of surprising me I laughed. This girl!

"Why? Am I not handsome in your eyes?" I asked as he kept his eyes closed.

"Yes you are handsome but it's better if it's English for social and dating, it's shocking to say handsome." I smiled at what he said.

"Aren't you going to sleep?" I asked him.

"Can you sleep with me? I want to feel safe Lord Evin." He stared then looked at me directly. "I feel safe when I'm always with you Lord Evin. Not that I'm afraid but I've been afraid to lose you now and I don't know why so can sleep beside me? Even now. "he looked down andI felt him slowly remove his hand so I immediately touched you.

"Yes darling, I'm going to sleep with you tonight." I replied to him then returned his hand to hug my neck and pressed my face to his neck. "Its even more comfortable with this position while sleeping beside you."

"R-Really? Did you f-feel comfortable too?" I laughed softly again as it stuttered.

"Yes darling, more comfortable."
