Chapter 11

The soldiers took me to the back of the palace after they arrested me somewhere near the criminal station.

They violently released me when we confronted my father and his mother.

"Princess Sezei you were involved in the case of your mother's death a few years ago. You have the right to remain silent and speak." Father began while the mother and daughter secretly looked at me and smiled at me.

"And starting today, princess Sezei is being removed from her position as a Royalty princess who will go to princess Roseé." I couldn't help but laugh at what father said. They were funny!

"You have no right to insult the king especially now that you have no position here in the palace!" Sighed Lolita, the mother of my good sister.

I grinned at them and waved my middle finger at them.

Just a few seconds later, someone hit me on the back, causing me to get on my knees, followed by two more blows.

My vision was blurred because of the force of the blows that hit me. I was bleeding because of what was done to me but I just laughed again.

"Can you just kill me? You'll be happier if that happens." I said and laughed. "Why don't you kill me yet? Huh?" I asked them and I felt even angrier.

"Kill me!" I shouted and at the same time a loud slap that I almost fainted. I violently confronted my father who slapped me.

"All right, hurt me! Torture me! Punish me. Just kill me!" I shouted and I felt another strong slap.

"Take him to the station and tie him up and then whip him five hundred times!" My father shouted so the soldiers quickly dragged me to the station.

"Can I punish him father?" I heard Roseé ask father. Go ahead and help me. I'm sure you can replace all my suffering. You will enjoy great karma and revenge when I am acquitted. Just wait you.

Karmen's POV

I hurried to the hall where my father and older brothers were.

Only this morning did I find out that Sezei's secret has been revealed. Was it not because of that councilor's son that he could not be investigated and would be put on the brink.

"Princess Karmen? Why are you alone now? We've been waiting for you for a while." Said father who was at the far end of the long table.

"Father, I'm going to marry you, I don't want to marry that princess." Replied brother Evin. Is he referring to Sezei?

She was deceived by Sezei, we kept her a secret. It is possible that he was referring to her. But based on what they have been showing lately, it seems that she has feelings for Princess Sezei.

"Evin, you need to do it. Marry her and make a child with her, that's it." I opened my mouth to what I heard while clenching my fist.

"He pretended to be his brother and then you ordered me to marry him? Are you out of your mind? Because of what they did I can declare war against their kingdom."

Father knocked on the table and then angrily confronted his older brother.

"It's easy for me to make you do Evin. Just give me a grandson from the blood of the Stones. That's all I ask." Father replied then looked at our siblings.

"Also find a wife for you if you don't want to be like your older brother." Father said angrily before leaving.

I burst into tears when my father left.

"Karmen? Are you alright?" Asked older brother Isaac.

"S-Sezei, I want her to marry you brother. P-Please brother I'm begging you. Roseé will make your life measurable—"

"Do you think that bitch you called Sezei isn't making my life measurable? If she didn't come here as Roseé the situation wouldn't be like this." Said the older brother and turned his back on us.

"Are you really like that brother? Don't you know how to forgive? Sezei is having a moody attitude. Maybe you don't like him in the slightest." Said brother Tyrone blocking his way.

"I hate her, really hate her." Replied the older brother and passed him.

"You're annoying brother! You don't matter! You don't know how to forgive! You have no heart!" I shouted.

Sezei's POV

They tied me to a big, smelly and dirty cage before handing Roseé the whip.

"Poor Sezei, are you happy here in your new home?" He asked then scolded me.

"I can see the look of the place Roseé I'm not blind for fun what you're saying before my home." I answered him without emotion.

"You know Sezei your eyes are beautiful and because of that I won't whip you anymore." He grinned devilishly then threw the whip. I saw him take something from his pocket but I suddenly turned my gaze to the left when he slapped me and at the same time nun the hit of what gunpowder tomy face, my eyes!

"Ahhh! The pain! What did you do? !!" I shouted while dealing with the pain and soreness in my eyes. I wanted to touch it but I couldn't because my hand was tied with a chain on both sides of the cage.

"That powder will blind you Sezei. It's funny, you can't see anymore." He said and laughed out loud.

I just heard the prison close and footsteps moving away from me.

When I felt that my eye was no longer so painful and sore, I slowly opened it again.

Blurred.

I tried again to close my eyes and stare but still.

Just a few minutes later, it was dark all around. I couldn't see anything, it was already dark.

"I don't see anything." I sobbed and then my tears fell.

I feel a mixture of pain, anger, and hatred.

"They will regret it. They will pay for it too." I whispered as I continued to cry. I believe that in all these trials, there is a reward.
