Aviena's POV

"I want to come with you," River said so I just fickle his forehead.

“Stupid. You can not. You said that grandpa wants to discuss something, right? And you have a lot of important business meetings. ” I even smiled at him before trying to get out of his arm.

I have a lock-in shoot in Cebu. We were there for 3 days so he insisted on coming but these past few days, he also really has a lot of business meetings and he actually has a lot of things to do in his office especially now because his rival entertainment company is already closed.

"Where's my goodbye kiss then?" he asked so I couldn't help but laugh before trying to kiss him but that kiss became longer. He didn't release me yet. I fickle his forehead again.

“Are you stupid? You are going to take me again! You can't! I need to go. ” I said, looking at him. He laughed because he also knew that he had already ruined his plan. He did nothing but let me go so I could get organized now.

"I'll come by tomorrow," he said to me so I shrugged before nodding.

It was easy for him because they had a chopper.

"See you then," I said before kissing him on the cheek.

“I already pack your lunch. Be careful at work!” I even smiled at him.

“You too. Text me when you get there,” he said so I just nodded at him.

When I arrived, we left immediately because there were only two of us they were waiting for. River was just so naughty. As if I won't go home in the next few days.

"Seems like you and River get closer with each other, huh?" Big Sister asked me while I was next to her. Tessy also looked at us as she was trying to take a nap.

"Remember that what you have will just end in 2 years," she whispered softly to me. She's reminding me again. I just nodded. I know about that. But if we're going to live together for a while, it's also okay to let yourself be happy somehow.

“You should know to limit yourself. You thought everything was just like that? You'll be going to get hurt,” she said.

"I know, Ate." I just nodded because I didn't want to argue anymore. Right now, I don’t want to think about all of that. I'm happy right now. I don't really want to ruin it.

When we arrived at the hotel here in Batanes. I also immediately waved at Tom who was with us here at the lock-in taping.

“Hi, how are you? It's been so long since I last saw you!” I said with a wide smile at him.

“I’m fine, Vena. How about you?” he asked sparingly smiling at me.

“I’m good! Didn't see you on Tash's birthday? And these past few months, I can't contact you! Seriously, do you really enjoy switzerland?” I asked him because that's where he stayed these past few days. He just laughed and shrugged at me.

"Mom just really misses me," he said so I just nodded and nodded.

"Well, we have a lot of time to catch up," I said smiling at him. He just shrugged before he smiled at me and nodded.

I just fixed some of my stuff before texting River. I have already informed him that I'm already here.

Me:

Yup. I'm done with my things. I'll hang out later with some of the cast after I rest.

In less than a few minutes, there was a reply from him.

Husband:

Can I call then?

I still can’t really avoid laughing when I see his name on my phone. He was the one who changed his name on my phone. He even quarreled with me when he changed his name there.

Me:

Alright. What the heck? You miss me right away, ah?

I looked at my phone when I saw a call from him.

“Yup. I miss you. Come back home. ” I just laughed because he really knows how to flirt.

“Don’t you have meetings or work? You really have a lot of time, huh?” I even smiled so he just laughed at me.

"Of course, I always have time for you," he said so I couldn't help but laugh.

"I told you, don't go with Lake," I told him with a laugh. Out of the ten bachelors, Lake is the most approachable and he is also the corniest one. He also laughed at what I said.

"Have you eaten?" I asked him.

“Yup. I'm on my way to my meeting now,” he said.

“Then focus on that meeting now, Mister. We'll catch up later. I'll call you,” I told him.

"I still have time before the meeting, let's talk for a while," he said.

We just talked about some random things so I was really in a good mood when I came out.

"It's really different when you fall in love, isn't it?" Julie, one of my co-actresses.

“That's true! You are really super blooming, Girl! ” Juliana, her twin, said. I just let out a smile because I also didn't know how to react.

“Omg. How does it feel to have River Savellano in life? You're really winning, Girl,” Julie said. Juliana pinch her when Tom came to their side. I know some of my co-actresses have a crush on Tom so when they see him, it's more likely like they’re walking on thin ice when he's here.

“It’s already set. Let's start the shoot,” a production assistant said to us. We're actually going to have some shoots now because they also don't want to miss a day now that we're here.

I also went out of the room wearing my shades and my crop sleeveless top and my mom's jeans. Some locals are also here taking pictures with us. Direk will only get some extras with them.

Some asked to take pictures with us which we also gave in.

It's already dark when the shooting stop. They also said that we'll be having dinner together so I didn't really have time to reply immediately to River's text. He also looked very busy with his day.

River:

Our meeting is not over yet. I want to see you.

Me:

We'll call each other later. Rest later. You really have a lot of meetings… Don't forget to eat!

“Is Boss River the one you're texting, Ms. Aviena? ” questioned by some who were curious about the two of us. I just smiled awkwardly and didn't even answer their question.

“Yes, It's River. River even sent flowers here,” Big Sister Rose said.

“If I were you I wouldn't really like to fall apart with him. You're really lucky, Ms. Vena! ”

I couldn't help but secretly frown when they started talking about River which you thought was a trophy of honor if you get him.

"Just looking at him, your panties will fall off!" He's the one taking off my panties, beh. I couldn't help but laugh at the thought and just shake my head.

“True! Even if you just became one of his playmates, it feels like you're the most beautiful woman of all!” another one of them said. I wonder what will happen when they realize that we aren't really together?

“So lucky, Ms. Vena. ” I just smiled at them. I know that. I'm really lucky to have him even for just two years. He helped me a lot in the few months we were together.

They are just curious about each other's lives while we're eating. I immediately said goodbye to them when I was already done.

River:

The meeting just ended. Can I call now?

A wide smile curved my lips as I answered his call. I couldn’t help but sigh when I saw him lying on his sofa with his necktie loose and a few buttons of his long-sleeve still open. What the heck is wrong with this one? Is it required to be so handsome even if you just came back from work?

He seems like he was really tired. He really has a lot of meetings. His grandfather didn't want to send him home anymore. When I have lock-in tapings like this, his Grandfather actually inserts those meetings. I couldn’t help but laugh there.

"How's your day?" he asked me.

“It’s kind of relaxing. The place is nice. Even though I'm here for the shoot, the place is really for healing,” I said smiling at him before I removed some braids from my hair. He was not saying anything so I turned to him. He was just watching me in action. I just laughed there.

“Let's visit Batanes together next time. Just the two of us,” he said so I smiled before nodding.

"What about you?" I asked him.

"How's your day?" I asked so he just shrugged.

“I had a long tiring day today. Grandpa has been saying things nonstop,” he complained to me so I couldn't help but laugh before I face him. He always seems like he doesn't really complain about different things, as if when someone asks him to do it, he will always do it seriously. That's why I thought he didn't know how to complain at all.

"Then ask for a break?" I laughed.

"If I ask for a break, he'll just keep on pestering me on how he wanted to have a grandchild from me," he said so I couldn't help but laugh there. I just shook my head before smiling because of what he said.

“So? Will we give him now?” he asked me so I glared at him. He just laughed because of that.

“I’ll take a bath first. I'll call you again later,” I told him.

"Or do you want to come with me?" I teased him so he immediately frown at me.

"Shut up," he said so I just laughed.

“Take your bath too. Bye!” I said because he was really frowning now. I just laughed and dropped the call.

I just took a bath before calling him again. I was already putting my skin care when he answer. It looks like he just finished taking a bath and just came out of the cr. He's still topless. He didn't even bother to change clothes in his bathroom, he just change in front of me instead so my eyes almost widened at him.

"What the heck are you doing, River Savellano?" He is the one who is laughing now.

“What? As if you haven't seen it yet,” he said so I glared at him. I almost rolled my whole eyeballs because of him. He just laughed before he look at me after he got dressed. He was still laughing when he shared the screen.

"I know you already want to watch," he said so I pouted. I can’t help but be happy. He really knows me now…

“Sus, you can just sleep too. I can watch it on my own. ” I even laughed so he pouted.

“Just watch. I'll watch you too,” he said so I just shook my head.

I was stunned when I realized he didn't even sleep, his eyes were just staring at the screen. I don't know if he's still blinking.

When we finished an episode I turned to him.

“You should sleep now, I know you're tired. I'm going to rest now too,” I said. He pouted because of that.

“I know you’re just going to watch. Call me when you're done. I'll say my good night. ” I just nodded because he won't let things go until someone agrees.

I thought he'll end the call but he didn't. He just placed the phone in front of him. I just laughed at him. He was really waiting for me to wake him up but I won't. I know how tired he is. After I watched, I just stared at him for a moment.

“Good night, Mister. Sleep well tonight… ”
