Frigid air and cloudy night welcomed me. I could see no stars in the sky when we landed here on Cebu. It seems that in a few minutes or hours from now, the rain will fall here in the land soon. We then entered the black van. Where was waiting for us when we got off the plane.

I turned my gaze to Wim which he sat beside me. On the other side of me is Wrum. At these times, I wish I could go to sleep because I was tired. But I couldn’t because I always remembered what happened to Wrum and me in the restroom of his private plane.

Turning my gaze to Wrum made me remember how he kissed me and that was so stupid, if ever.

Suddenly, I heard someone's phone vibrating. I don't know who's that phone, but I just feel like there's something Wrum took by my side. So, I was expecting that from him.

"Hello." I heard him answer on the other line. "We're heading now already to the mansion." I even heard him say. Even if my gaze is not at him, my ears still listening to what he tries to say.

"What? ...Damn!...Just don't let him kill that man. Stupid!" he shouted angrily and I could see from my peripheral view that he had already laid down his cellphone. If I am not mistaken in what I have heard. He mentioned killings. What was it?

Damn, I am thinking of something again. It was stupid and my parents suddenly pops up into my mind and were hoping they are all okay. We arrived at his mansion here in Cebu. Not like his mansion in Manila. And as expected, there are also many guards guarding the mansion. No one can easily get over here.

"Are you tired?" Wrum asked me. He shouldn't have asked me that. Who doesn't get tired of the trip? No one.

"You already know the answer," I answered him.

"Damn," he said. What was wrong with that? That was a normal answer.

"Wim, take him to his room upstairs." He said to Wim who was just standing next to me. "And put two guards outside the room where he's going to sleep," he added.

I stared at him. "I told you, I'm not going to run away, am I? Why do you need to put two of your people outside the room? It was not needed." I tell him and I am tired of explaining to him again that my mind was tired of thinking stupid again.

He was just looking at me seriously too. "You're tired, right? Why don't you just go to your room to rest." he said "And I know you're not leaving. You still need me." even before I could answer him he immediately turned away from me.

Do I still need him? He needs me, I don't need him in my entire existence. Also, I do not need anyone who will made my life a complete mess. I didn't go to him on my own. He spontaneously sent me here.

"Kiss Silic. Just ignore what Wrum said." Wim just said beside me. "Let him go first. He still needs something to do here. Some business. You know that." he added and I just nodded at him.

I followed him up the stairs while the two men also following us. Me wanting to do someone, but I know they would not allow me.

Wim immediately took me to a room. The room was well arranged after he delivered me here he immediately said goodbye for he still needs to do something. He reminded me not to go out. I asked him why, but he just said that I should just follow him because that was also Wrum's order.

Tired is what I am feeling right now. I am now lying on a bed, closing my eyes, and the scene on the private plane suddenly pop-up on my head. Remembering everything how he kissed me and even touched mine.

Oh God, let me forget it so I can sleep now.

"Just stay in your room." I was surprised by what Wrum told me.

"Why?" I asked him. "You brought me here to Cebu, but you didn't give any permission for to go out. Why aren't you letting me out?" I asked him confusedly.

He had a serious look at me. "Just do what I say," he said calmly but I knew, but I know he has been angry at me. I should have gone out earlier but he pulled me back here to the mansion. It seemed as if he was seeing something that surprised him.

"Fine. I will stay here in my room." I told him while sitting here on the side of the bed.

I turned my gaze to him as I saw his serious look at me. I can't help but ask him. "Are you afraid I can escape here again? God. What kind of mindset do you have? We do not need to repeat it again and again" I asked him and he got even angrier with me.

He walked closer to me so I was surprised. "I told you to follow what I told you. Don't ask too many questions," he says.

"Why don't you just answer all my questions so I can shut up?" I questioned him again.

"This is for your protection. Can't you get it?" he asked me.

"Yes. I understand that." I just told him. "Just come out and I'm will just stay here in my room," I added to him.

"Then that's good," he told me.

"What if I disobey your order not to come out? What are you going to do to me?" I will ask.

He didn’t immediately resonate with me. It took a second while before he finally answered me. "Then your father's life is in danger," he said and I was just surprised by what he said. "It's not just a threat."

I just swallowed at what he told me. "I know you're just scaring me."

He just shook me. "I'm just not up to the word."

"I thought you wouldn't hurt my family now that I'm in your hands? We've been talking about that for a long time, haven't we?" with apprehension I told him.

"So just follow what I want to do. Follow what I want to stay here. Do you understand that?"

I just blinked. "I'm not going out anymore." I just told him.

"Do it," he said.

"It's so annoying. They did bring me here but he locked me in this room again." I said to myself and lay down. "What is he afraid I'll see here?" the question that only Wrum can answer. Only him.

It's not my thing to know it, but I'm curious now. Is Wrum's purpose here for business? Let’s say yes, but why am I trapped here?

Damn it.

Is he hiding something? What it could be? I'm not sure but I have a hunch. This not actually a business trip.
