"I don't know what happened, I was carrying the tray of food for that model and the next minute I was on the ground and the food was all over her" Chloe try hard to explain herself but she choke on her sob too many times making Alex and the people who wanted to hear what happened confused

"What are you saying girl? make me understand" Alex strained her ears to hear what Chloe was saying but all Chloe continue to do was cry and hiccup

One of the patrons who was there and had witnessed everything that happened decided to explain everything

"This white lady here stucked out her foot causing this black lady to trip and fall pouring the contents in the tray she was carrying on Katherine " the patron said

"You this stupid fool" Alex launch herself at Julianna and threw her two slaps

"Arhhh" Julianna shrieked in agony at being attacked for the second time in minutes

Though Alex was a small woman Julianna was smaller and Alex was surprisingly strong that Julianna could not fend her off instead the both of the landed and rolled on the floor of the hotel

"I have warned you to stay away from me haven't I? You fool you never like to mind your own business and because of you my innocent Chloe was slapped by that stupid women" Alex screamed like a deranged women as she continue to slap and scratch at Julianna's face

"Someone should please stop her she is going to get Julianna killed" Mia screamed in agitation when she saw that everyone was just watching Alex beat Julianna up though she and Julianna were not close friends they were friends all the same

No body made any move to stop them instead they just stood watching them while some people kept on filming without a care in the world

All the workers in the hotel were fed up of the way that Julianna behaves and has been waiting for someone to put her in her place so they were actually glad to see her been beaten up Alex

"Alex please stop it" Chloe pleaded she did not want Alex to be implicated also so she tried to stop her but Alex was beyond listening she was furious

The manager has already received a call shortly after Katherine and Cort left so he ran to his office which was far from the noise the fight was causing to answer the call

After the call the manger managed to drop the phone without collapsing on the floor but soon he was consumed by rage

It was all Julianna and Chloe's fault that he was nearly fired today so he was going to have them fired

Though he likes the black girl because she was very beautiful and he wanted to go to bed with her he was also going to get her fired

So what if Julianna thrust her feet out for her? If she was not so clumsy she won't have tripped over Julianna's feet and pour the whole food on Katherine's head so he was going to fire the two fools

With this in mind he marched out of his office to where people were still gathered. One of the male chefs must have thought that Julianna has had enough beating because he finally decided to drag Alex away from Julianna least she kills her

Alex still continue to struggle in his arms screaming obscenity, she still thought that Julianna deserved more beatings

"All of you shut up!!" Paul the hotels manager screamed loudly but still his voice could not be heard over the whole noise in the hotel

After the fight many of the customers left immediately because of the noise while the ones who loves gossip remained to film the remaining things that will happen after Katherine's departure, in fact the whole palace was in disarray

"Shut up all of you!!" Paul screamed louder this time around and everyone suddenly kept quiet before turning to look at him

"The both of you, Julianna and Chloe are fired end of discussion the rest of you should return back to your duty post before you also get fired" Paul thundered when he finally got everyone's attention before turning to march back to his office

The scaredy cats among them quickly flew away to return back to their duty posts because they did not want to be fired also

"What? Fired? Why would Chloe get fired when she was not at fault it was all this stupid idiots fault so why would my Chloe be fired?" Alex yelled to the manger but he has already closed his door

Alex released herself from the hold of the chef and flew at Julianna again to pummel her but this time around Chloe stopped her

"Stop it Alex, I have already been fired I don't want you to also be fired" Chloe tried to stop the new tears that was about to come out of her eyes "I will be fine so please stop fighting" she pleaded with Alex again

"Find I will stop fighting with her but I can't allow you to get fired just like that for goodness sake this is your second day at and you did nothing wrong it's all Julianna's fault, let's go and talk to the manger" Alex took Chloe's hand and together the both of them went to the mangers office

When they opened his office his face was buried in his palms and Mia was there trying to comfort him

"Who is that?" Paul raised his head and asked when he heard the door of his office being pushed open by someone

"It's me Alex" Alex responded to his question

"What do you guys want?" Mia and Paul asked at the same time when they saw that Alex was not alone

Alex rolled her eyes at Mia's and decided to ignore her instead she turn to look at the manger causing Mia to eye her furiously "Sir please am here to beg on behalf of my friend Chloe sir please don't get her fired she has done nothing wrong it was all Julianna's fault for setting her foot in the way"

"I do not care I never want to see her in this hotel ever again, this is not my decision it came from the board so I have no other choice than to get her fired or I get fired instead and I cannot get fired because of this two nincompoops" Paul snapped at Alex

"Sir did you try explaining to them that it was Julianna who was at fault and Chloe did nothing wrong? " Alex was not backing down, orders from the board or not she was not going to allow her friend get fired when she did nothing wrong

"Are you questioning me? Or do you want me to fire you so that she can stay?" Paul jumped up from his chair and shouted pointing his finger at Alex

Chloe turn and ran out of Paul's office when she heard that Alex was also going to be fired if they did not drop the topic, she does not want an innocent Alex to be fired for standing up and begging for her. She rushed to the toilet to cry her eyes out, she was doomed

"Clam down baby so that you won't have a heart attack because of them" Mia said in a coquettish voice as she jumped up from her seat and rushed to Paul's side to help him back on his seat patting his back to console him

Alex stared at Mia with a disgusted expression, Paul was a man in his late forties and he was old enough give birth to Mia but she was dating him and having sex with him just so she can act like the boss in the hotel

It was not old news that Paul was married as his wife has been here for a visit a few times and one his daughter has been here also but that did nothing to stop Mia from being in a relationship with him

Alex turn and matched out to go and look for Chloe who she knew must be crying her eyes out by now

"Maybe you should also fire her together after all she is not needed" Mia told Paul after Alex has closed the door behind her

She had never liked Alex , Alex never paid her any respect even when she knew that she was dating the manager and could get her fired

All the other workers in the hotel was scared of offending her and always did anything she wanted them to do but Alex was different she was not scared one bit and always talk her down

She won't let any effort she see go to waste so when she saw that Paul was not making any move to get her fired she decided to push the topic

"Baby did you hear what I said? I want that Alex of a girl fired how could she beat up Julianna like that and she even tried to challenge you and tell you what to do" this time around she stopped patting him and the back as instead moved her hand and began to rub his chest

She knew that he hated it when someone tried to challenge his authority and tell him what to do so she told him so deliberately

Everything that has happened today was quickly forgotten and buried deep in his mind when Mia began to rub his chest and edge down wards "anything for you my darling" Paul's drew her down to him getting ready for some down and dirty

"That's why I love you darling" Mia laughed happily as she threw herself into his arms and kissed his thin lips
