“ Okay I heard you, But Please you should have a rethink.” Vanessa turned off the dryer and put it down on the Table. “ Derek, I’m going there to confess to Alfred I love him too” She said for the fifth time that day. “ I’m Not against it but What would happen between the two brothers? That’s what I’m scared of” Derek was so worried. “ I don’t care, all I know is I love Alfred and I’m going to his house to tell him the truth. Jonah’s return is what gives me the confidence” She opened the closet and brought out a set of clothes. “ This will do right?” She asked him smiling. “ Yes Mummy, you’ll look so good in it” Mara said Happily.

Mara has been so happy ever since she heard Vanessa telling Derek that she was going to confess her love to Alfred that morning. She was so glad her Mum and Dad would be back together again like before when she was the happiest Girl ever..

“ You Two Should go out of the room, I want to dress” She said pointing to the door. “ Okay Mummy” Mara said and ran out of the room. “ And you?” She asked Derek. “ I’m not going anywhere, I won’t let you go out of this house” He said and Vanessa shook her head. She put down the clothes on the bed and pushed Derek out of the room and locked the door. “ Vanessa, open that Door” He knocked the door but she ignored him. “ What’s this girl trying to do” he tapped his forehead and sighed deeply.

Few Minutes later, Vanessa unlocked the door and came out all dressed up. She was wearing a blue pleated short gown, black bag and a black shoe. Her hair was curled and left dangling on her shoulder. Her Scent filled the air when she entered the sitting room. She had a braid smile on her face which she had applied a little makeup on.

“ Wow! You look so pretty. My Daddy would fall for you” Mara said Giggling excitedly. “ Awn Thanks Love” she smiled at Mara. “ My Bay is so happy Today. And what about you?” She asked Derek who was just staring at her. “ You look pretty but Please don’t go” He pleaded again. Vanessa sighed, she shook her head and went out of the house. “ Vanessa” He called but she ignored him and he followed her out. “ Just take care of My Baby, I’ll be back later” She said waving at them. “ Let’s Go in Uncle Derek, Just wish my Mummy luck” Little Mara said.

Vanessa went to Alfred’s mansion, She was let in by the security man because he already knew who she was. She knocked on the door and adjusted her dress to appear Beautiful in front of Alfred. Abby was the one that opened the door, They stared at each other Confusingly.

“ Who are you?” Vanessa asked and Abby chuckled. “ I should be asking you that question” She said back. “ Oh you don’t know me and I don’t know you either. I once lived here” Vanessa said smiling. “ Oh, who do you want to see?” Abby asked her. “ Alfred” She said. “ You mean the Boss?” Abby asked her and Vanessa nodded her head. “ What are you with the Boss?” Abby asked her again. “ You ask too much Question, Let me in” She tried to enter but Abby blocked the way. “ Excuse me ma’am but we don’t allow Strangers in to the house” Abby said and Vanessa sighed. She didn’t want to spoil her mood that moment but Abby was already doing it for her.

“ Abby, what are you doing there?” Came Mary’s voice. “ Someone’s trying to enter the house” She said and Mary came to the door to see who it was. “ Ma’am Vanessa” Mary said Excitedly. “ Wait, you know her?” Abby asked with a smirk. “ Get out of the way” Mary pushed Abby aside. “ Please come in ma’am, Don’t be offended. She doesn’t Know who you are” She offered Vanessa a seat and dragged Abby to the kitchen. “ The Boss will fire you when he learned about this” She said. “ About what?” Bella asked. “ Ma’am Vanessa is here” Mary said and Bella’s eyes brightened up.

“ Wow! Did she come with Mara?” Bella asked trying to go out of the kitchen. “ No, she came alone” Mary said. “ I’m going to see her” She left the kitchen. “ Who’s Mara?” Abby asked. “ The Boss’s Daughter” Mary opened the fridge, She brought out Vanessa’s favorite juice and went out of the kitchen leaving Abby looking so confused. “ Thank you” Vanessa said after taking the juice from her. “ Where’s Mara?” Mary asked. “ Oh, I left her at home. Where’s Alfred?” She asked them. “ You Should have bring her with you, we missed her so much” Bella said sadly. “ Don’t worry, we’ll soon move back here. We miss you guys a lot” Vanessa said smiling.

“ Wow Really? That’s so Good” Bella said excitedly. “ Where’s Alfred?” She repeated. “ Oh, He’s in the hospital” Mary said Sadly. “ The hospital? Why?” She asked. “ Grandma collapsed yesterday and she was taken to the hospital” Bella said and sighed. “ Which hospital?” Vanessa asked and the girls exchanged glances. “ Are you sure you want to go there?” Bella asked. “ Yes, There’s something I have to tell him” She said. “ But What if Grandma sees you?” Mary asked worriedly. “ Don’t worry about that, I’ll handle it” She said smiling. They gave her the address and Vanessa left the house.
