Kyle's POV;
I opened my phone and was going through my photos and i saw her. She was eating her ice cream like she never had anything better. She looked so innocent and not wearing clothes that showed her cleavage
What have i done?
"Kyle!!" I hear my mother scream from downstairs and i immediately press my home button out of shock and then took a sigh of relief realizing that she wasn't in the room.
I didn't bother answering her because if it was important she'd call me twice and i don't hear a second.....
"Kyle! Get yourself here right now!" She yells again
Damn...she's using her command voice,i wonder what i did now
I took my time walking down the stairs and i found her standing beside the door with Emily on her left side
Oh...we're doing that happy family façade again
"What took you so long" she glared
"I was busy. I'm here now aren't i?"
"The senator is coming over for a visit today and he's bringing his daughter"
"My future sister-in-law" Emily said and i waved away the idea
She's good as a side bitch because no one will tie this tiger down
"jokes on you cause I'm never getting married"
"Both of you shut up,they are approaching the door!"
"Good afternoon Mrs Matthews and little Matthews" mr Stewart said and his daughter hiding behind him
Old people are so ughhh...
Lunch was quiet the only things we could hear were the sound of our utensils touching the plate
I looked across the table and saw Penelope staring at me,not that i mind but it was getting obvious
"Can you stop?" I said rudely rolling my eyes and she was embarrassed and started looking at her skirt
"Thank you" i said loudly. "What was that,i told you to be well behaved and no shenanigans,remember?"
My phone started buzzing and it was the Ash,he wanted to face time me
"Excuse me,I'll be leaving now"
"Sit back down,young man"
"It's okay,just take Penelope with you. I think she's getting bored as well" and she looked up at me

"And I'd love for her-to accompany me to my friend's house" i gritted my teeth
"Splendid" her father smiles
She walked over to me with her head down till she finally looked at me and her hazel eyes sparkled
For a shy girl she could really get wild
"I have no interest in having sex with you" i said breaking the silence
"Uhhh....?"
"You've got that look in your eyes,wild cat eyes"
she chuckled and shook her head
We got into my sports car and zoomed off,Penelope was cool,she sang to
the songs that came on. If Alexis wasn't on my mind i would have given her a chance
We got to Ash's house and went inside and straight into the game room knowing that he'd probably be there and he was,he was there with Brian
I entered the peach colored room and found both playing WWE 2k19 and paused it as Ash spotted me and hit Brian with his hand on his chest
"He's here" Ash says to him
"Kyleeeee" Brian said walking to me and stopped seeing Penelope behind me
"And pretty girl i don't know" he gestured to Penelope
"Penny.Penelope." she said with her soft voice
"Hey Penelope" Brian said smiling while Ash raised a brow to acknowledge her and she smiled in return
"Have a seat,penny" brian showed her a beanbag.
"Thanks for the welcome dude" i raised a brow at him
"So kyle,we have a surprise for you"
"Hit me"
The all pointed to door behind me and there stood Alexis looking good enough to eat and i was confused and asked how?
" I'm not here for you" she hissed
And i am still confused and waiting for someone to explain what the fuck is happening here
"They told me to come over and help with school work but i see that it's clearly a lie and they did all this just so we could meet" Alexis narrated
"Yes, i did this,but i liked seeing you and kyle together and don't want to be the cause of the breakup because of that stupid bet"
"Whatever" she muttered and turned to leave
"What tha hell dude" i say angrily and Brian comes in between us and holds my chest back and said the words "chill"
"She's leaving,and you're not trying to tell her to forgive you?"
"if she was angry at me before now she's furious and won't forgive me" i sighed and took a seat just realizing that Penelope has been seeing everything
"Do you like this girl?" Penelope asked looking directly into my eyes and it took me a second to process what she was saying
"N...ooo.." I answered her. "Then why do you care if she's just another girl?" She asked again and i started thinking
"I don't care" i said pulling Penelope and storming out of the room and the house
And drove to my house to drop Penelope and drove off to no particular destination but i kept driving,

Was what i kept saying to myself and remembered the waterside i had gone with Alexis,it was quiet and no one would bother me
I reversed my car and drove into the evening and Parked my car and walked into the beachy park and i could already hear the water splash on rocks
Walking closer to the beach i see a petite figure sitting on the sand but the clothes looked familiar,i went closer and saw HER
