The bell rang alerting the students that they were ready for another round of boring hour. Viona was seated one desk away from Alaric. She had her eyes settled on the board above not caring about the meaningful glances that she received from Alaric. She didn't hate him to not disclose his real identity. But something nerved her decision. She wanted to stay in a safe distance from Alaric. This man had the extraordinary motion powers like Vampires though she wasn't sure of it. In the realms of underworld, there were numerous creatures with this power.
Alaric glanced at her unbothered expression from time to time. Though he predicted that she would choose to distant herself from his proximity, he felt upset.
He wouldn't have acted like this way!
A frustrated sigh escaped from his lips as he dipped his head down in an attempt to reconcentrate on his studies.
Viona was definitely aware of his constant glances. She swallowed hard before leaning herself up to write down the note. Suddenly a wave of pain shot through from her lower abdomen. She frowned hard, understood that what was coming out next. Her back stiffened as she started to become uneasy. Soon after a warm flued sprawled her skinny jeans and she prayed that she would die in that spot.
She kept sitting down unmoved and didn't know how to act on this situation. Then those cramps were back and started to burn her entire lower abdomen in pain.
Viona whinned lowly in pain and started to feel exasperated. Before she could stain the entire spot, she spoke standing up uneasily and kept her thighs folded together,
" Excuse me, Professor. I have to be out of lesson today."
The professor didn't make the decision harder for her. Perhaps he understood something and permitted her to skip the lesson. Under everyone's taunting eyes, she made her way towards the ladies Washroom hurriedly.
After entering, she checked on herself and cursed eternally. Her period had come one week earlier unexpectedly. Worst of all, she didn't bring any precautions with her.
Shit! How on earth she would go out! Besides, she had no other friends except Alaric who could help her out.
She started to feel worry and shame eventually. Waiting inside the washroom,she waited for any girl to show up but no one had entered at that moment.
Waiting for nothing but a hopeful redemption, Viona laid across the toiletry. Soon footsteps started to approach inside the washroom.
Viona's eyes shone in relief as she shouted yearning for a little,
" Is there someone here? Please talk to me. I need a little help."
She waited for answer but that didn't happen soon. After an inner battle, Alaric opened his mouth pressing himself hardly against the door,
" Viona..It's me..Open the door partially.."
Viona was baffled out for a while. She didn't expect to meet Alaric in Ladies washroom. She pressed her lips together, uttering out disbelievingly,
" You..why did you barge in Ladies washroom? You can be expelled Alaric if you get noticed by the principal or any of Professor."
Alaric didn't care about anything else. He sensed that Viona was in trouble and replied with an arrogant snort,
" I will see who have the guts to expell from this university. Now please open the door and take this things."
Viona hesitated before pushing open the door halfly. Alaric extended his arm and passed him a brown bag swiftly. Looking down into the staffs, Viona froze before turning red like tomato in shame.
He had actually brought sanitaries for her? Not only that, she could see few pair of white panties.
What the fuck!
She couldn't help herself from uttering such blatant words. Considering her own poor state, she accepted the bag and thanked him shyly,
" Umm..I..I.. Thank you..Alaric.."
Alaric shrugged off his shoulders and replied with a smile,
" I am glad that you are talking to me finally. By the way, I..I didn't know your size..So I bought them all.."
Viona felt like she should jump off the cliff now. Finding about her period was already embarrassing enough.
Hearing nothing from her mouth, Alaric didn't continue the topic longer. He scrubbed on his head awkwardly and spoke before taking her leave,
" Aah..I am waiting for you outside, Viona."

Fifteen minutes spent in embarrassment, Viona finally found her courage to step out awkwardly. After throwing the extra staffs into the dustbin, she headed off the washroom and met Alaric outside.
A smile formed on his lips when he saw Viona in her comfortable state. Viona started to feeling shy and spoke in an embarrassing voice,
" Alaric..how..how did you know.."
Alaric hussed with a half smile,
" Don't be shy, Viona. All the ladies goes through this phase of Life. It is our responsibility to take care of our girls. Anyways let's cheer up your mood. The lessons has been posted due to basketball match after two days."
Viona's features relaxed after his words. She wasn't really feeling well and mood kept getting worsened slowly. She asked looking through the shining blaze of his eyes,
" But where are you planning to go?"
Alaric sounded mysterious and replied dragging her by her arms eagerly,
" We have a forest behind the university. Let's stall around the trees for a while."
Viona didn't show any protest. At least, she didn't need to join the boring lecture anymore.
Alaric took her into the forest behind the university. The weather was nice here and seemed very refreshing in her eyes. Grateful that it wasn't crowded like other places of town, Viona relaxed and heard the chirping of birds.
Alaric smiled shooting her a deep glance,
" You like it?"
Viona's smile broadened before forming into a satisfied smile,
" I love it."
Alaric grinned before passing her a chocolate bar,
" Here, have some! You look so pale. Hopefully it will lift up your mood."
Viona took the chocolate with a faint smile and thanked sincerely,
" Thanks for taking care of me, Alaric."
Alaric smiled back before replying in a deep voice,
" It's my responsibility to take care of you, Viona."
