Damien didn't feel this kind of physical torture during the decades of his living. Even though they didn't mark each other, his attraction towards her body was unbelievable. Whenever their flesh collided with each other, a flame started to rise from the bottom of his stomach. His wolf felt restless and was giving him the urge to pound onto her body.

Despite his urge of ravishing her body savagely, he felt almost suffocated when she kept teasing his lower part. His teeth clenched harder tightly and blurted out impatiently,

" Viona..Shit..."

He cursed and wanted to slip away but at the same time, he didn't want to wake her up. It was a total mess inside his thoughts but he gave priority to her well being the most.

Lucky, the following moment Viona turned around and laid down on her back subconsciously. Damien sighed in relief but his face was stern again. He couldn't forget the name that she mumbled during his nightmare. But she needs comfort now.

Afraid that her nightmares would come back again, Damien hesitated before turning around to get closer with her back and tugging the whole person in his embrace tightly. Soon their breathing relaxed and for the first time, the couple had a goodnight sleep in their embrace.

Birds chirped around the mansion of Trevisan. Yellow sunlight was dancing on the floor and left numerous shadows on it. Unlike the other morning, Viona's sleep broke off with a horrified scream.

Her eyes were wide open as soon as she discovered Damien beside her. Without calculating anything, she just threw a powerful kick on his stomach. The man who was in deep sleep was startled and rolled down from the bed with the blanket around his body.

Before he could register what just happened, Viona's ferocious voice came out huskily,

" What were you doing on my bed? Did..did we sleep over.. last night? Wait..a minute.."

Viona's mind was floating with numerous thoughts. She gritted her teeth further and resumed with a roaring voice,

" Did..did you just take advantage of me during my sleep?.."

Damien whose face was deadpanned after her weird accusation snorted coldly. Hauling up from the floor,he replied arrogantly while patting the dirt off his buttocks,

" Oh come on..Viona..Did you think that you could have just woken so early if you had sex with me last night? Come on..I am the most desired Alpha of here in Rainford."

Viona secretly sighed in relief and grunted coldly at his confidence. She never imagined that their Alpha King could have such high skilled pick-up lines. Viona hissed trying to ensure that nothing had happened honestly,

" Put your pride away from me..If the Alpha king minds tell me what you were doing on my bed then?"

Damien smirked cunningly and replied with humour,

" Can my Luna first tell me why she was screaming out loudly at midnight? My pack members could have thought you were attacked but then..Boom..They would have found out that we don't sleep together."

Viona's face flushed with nervousness a little. With her fist clenching silently, she asked with a cracking voice,

" What..when.. when did I scream? You must be hallucinating."

Damien narrowed his gaze and tiptoed towards her dangerously. Viona who felt suddenly odd at his approach swallowed a little. Placing his one knee over the bed, he leant down to meet her nervous eyes and told something that scared Viona out of her witts,

" Then hearing the name 'Reth' from your mouth must be a hallucination too? What do you say?"

A shining layer of sweat gathered underneath her palms slowly. She didn't expect to spill out her buried secrets in the presence of Damien. But she was used to hiding her miseries from everyone. Maintaining a polite smile, she replied indifferently,

" What . what.. Reth..Oh Damien..How come you start taking seriously a sleepy woman's words?"

Damien was a little taken back after her answer. He glanced through those grey eyes one more time but didn't find anything suspicious. Indeed she was deep in sleep and probably spoke from her dreams.

Damien didn't pursue the matter anymore and hauled up from the bed silently. Changing the topic, he spoke with a mischievous smile,

" Ignore it. Now follow me around Miss: Rogers. You have your training session today."

He took a pause and added laughter,

" Btw you snore quite loudly."

Viona's face reddened in embarrassment and growled angrily at his leaving back,

" You.. idiot.. Don't ever come to sleep with me..Who asked your companion?"

Damien laughed loudly and pointed at his wrist watch in a threatening manner,

" Time for your practice. Catch me up on the racing field before 9. Or else ready to get punished like last time."

Viona's cheeks blushed when she remembered their awkward kissing inside the car. Damien who didn't pull his eyes from her happened to discover her blushing. He paused in his tracks and spoke with a mysterious grin,

" Or are you expecting one?"

Viona couldn't stop her blushing. She picked up a pillow and threw it on his way,

" Just get the hella out of here."

His laughter disappeared behind the door leaving her with full of blushing. She hated this feeling but she knew that she couldn't deny it due to their fated mate bond.

With a sigh, she slumped out from the bed and headed off for a warm shower.

The pack house was always crowded at morning. The members all had their breakfast together and the sight was always heartwarming.

As soon as Damien strode down emitting his dominant aura, everyone stood up to show their respect. With a signal of his hand, they sat back to their spots and started to eat as usual.

Ashley was sitting on the left side of Damien. A flattering smile quickly appeared on her lips when their eyes met. Damien sat down without much reaction and saw Ashley's eager voice while bringing the bowls nearby,

" Brother Damien..I have made your favorite pasta today. Give it a try."

Damien's aunt, Meredith joined to butter up more,

" She has been working in the kitchen since morning for you, Dami. This child.. really loves to work hard unlike some people who like to wake up lately."

Ariana who just came out from the kitchen rolled her eyeballs sarcastically. Even though others didn't pay attention to her words, Ariana knew that aunt Meredith was trying to pull Viona's legs in front of them.

Before the situation could stir up, they all heard footsteps coming down along with a sweet voice,

" Good Morning, Everyone."
