Chrystal pov:
I sit there and let everything she has told me go through my mind. I still can't get over the fact my mom is the moon goddess, I mean really how great is that. Wait she said my father and mate. I found my mate now what? Whose my father wait is he on earth with me where's he been does he not want me? Was I disappointment to him because I was born a girl,oh no my father does not want me now what do I do? Seeing the distress all over my face and tears starting to form in my eyes again she gently squeezes my hands and with a frown on her beautiful face she asks me "What's wrong my child? What has you in distress?"
I turn to her and ask “who is my father? Does he not want me? Am I a disappointment to him?"
She smiles and gives me a gentle hug before responding “No my dear child he has been with you your whole life protecting what is his, his little princess”
Then it dawns on me "his little princess" why he is so protective more than a body guard should be I thought Thor. Thor is my father, the pride I sometimes catch in his eyes as I catch him watching me now it all makes since to me. I have loved Thor ever since I could remember I always put him in the category of the father I could not remember and it was him all along.
“What are my powers?”I ask. Boy for someone who could not figure out in the beginning what kind of question's you could ask the moon goddess I sure have a lot of them.I mean come on I am sitting here on top of my favorite cliff over looking the river talking to the moon goddess who happen's to be my mom how cool is that.
She starts to laugh at this question.I scrunch my nose up at her and ask her "what is so funny?"
“Oh my little one I would love to tell you but I promised your granny I would not tell you. You see your granny was my best friend growing up. She is the one that helped to send our bodies to the moon goddess; she is a very powerful witch as you know and she was really heart broken to find us dead.You see she also lost her mate in that war and when me and your father brought you back down to her she vowed to take care of you as if you were her own. I knew she would she is the only one I have ever trusted with my life and I could not think of anyone better to leave my baby girl with. Besides she is having too much fun raising you and loving you. She gives us blessings every night for us giving you up to her. You know she has never had a child of her own, you are her child and I gladly share you with her. Know that you have been loved your whole life my daughter not just by granny but me and your dad also. We are so proud of the young lady you have turned into.”
I sit and think about this answer and it figures granny gets her way again more cryptic answers. But I am happy still with these answers. I also got to meet my mother the moon goddess. Don't forget my dad Thor wait till I see him again.
Thor stays away from us when we are on the mountain. Granny always told me we only need a body guard when we travel and I never questioned her on this.
“It is almost time for you to go back do you have any more questions for me?” she says as she brings me out of my thoughts.
Do I have any more questions I am thinking to myself? No, but I remembered something that happened to me, my mate. “I think I found my mate mother, maybe not cause I am still young” why did that feel so right to say? She quickly hugs me with tears in her eyes again.
When she finally lets me go she looks at me serious this time and says “I am glad you found your mate and I approve of him, yes I know who he is I am the moon goddess I gave him to you remember, but Chrystal your training has not finished and you need to have your full powers in order to be together and as you said you are still young. Both of you have some growing up to do before you come together. You two came together before it was time seems Kia is more powerful than I thought.”
“How do you know Kia?” I ask her.
“I know all the wolves now that I am the moon goddess and she choose to go to you to protect you and your soon to be pups. There has not been a white wolf for thousands of years. They are very picky about the humans they chose to go to. They were the strongest and most powerful wolves back then and they were hunted down and killed for that fact everyone was afraid of the power they had. So this is why I let Kia come to you. They have witch powers which is why you are also a witch, plus I had to give you something of your granny and when I told her what I have done she was so honored that I thought giving you the white wolf was only fitting.”
