Chapter 30: Chapter 30

Terry's pov:

I get to the kitchen door and with a smile still on my face I head in. My mom is at the stove cooking breakfast and not caring what any of them think I head over to her and put a kiss on top of her head, I can do that now being I am more than a foot taller than her now, and give her a big hug from behind and tell her good morning. She starts to giggle and tells me to sit down breakfast will be done soon.

I go around the island and grab a stool next to Mark who ends up punching me in the arm with a shit eating grin on him face. I just give him that look that tells him to keep his mouth shut.

My mom turns to me and hands me a plate that has three fried eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns and toast on it. She smiles at me and asks "what has you in such a good mood this morning? Did you sleep good last night?"

Before Mark could say anything I blurted out "yes, just happy that school is almost over" and then I punch Mark in the leg. Looking around and not spotting them. "Where are Bryar and Chris this morning?" I ask Mark.

"They are on the training field, they wanted an early workout this morning" he replies

"Why do they have plans today?"

"No, I think they wanted to stay in and play games all day. You know those two"

"Yea, well get a hold of them when you are done eating and meet me in my room"

"Yes alpha" he replies, I never let anyone in my room unless it is for a meeting not even the omega's. I clean my own room, I like my privacy. So by telling Mark to meet me there means it is business which friendship gets put aside and I am now there alpha.

We get done eating and I get up to put my plate in the sink but my mom takes it from me and looks at me and asks "son is everything okay?"

I smile at her and answer "yes mom, just going to go over the list for the party and make sure everything is set"

She smiles back and says "okay." With that I head out of the kitchen and up the stairs to my room. I get my phone off my nightstand and see that rogue Harry's phone number right by it so I grab it and head to my desk to set up a time when I can meet him.

I sit in my chair and punch in the number's to this Harry guy and wait for him to answer. He finally answers with a "hello" and I respond back "hello is this Harry"

"Yes, it is sorry about that but my hands were wet"

"That's okay my name is alpha Terry Moon of the Full Moon pack. Do you remember me?"

"Yes sir, how may I help you?"

"Well I was wondering if you could answer some questions for me."

"Sure, if I know the answers"

"Can we meet I don't want to do this over the phone" I can feel him hesitate and I hurried up and added "This is not a set up. You have my word on that sir. I just have some simple questions I was hoping you could answer."

"Sure what is a good time for you?"

"Well I am out of school now so anytime is good for me"

"It so happens I am off work today so say one hour at the cafe for coffee?"

"Sounds great and thank you Harry" with that we hung up. About the time I put my phone on my desk the boy's came in and I motioned for them to close the door and have a seat.

"What's up man?" Bryar plops in a seat asking

"How much has Mark filled you in on our suspicions about all the new people moving into town?"

"I did not explain much, I was waiting for you to tell them" Mark says

So with that I go into my suspicions about what I have observed going on in our town and that I want them to keep their ears open and maybe see if they can ask around to see if they can get a better feel for it.

"Just make sure no one knows what you are up to. I have not gone to my dad right now about anything. I am thinking he already knows and if he does this will be a good lesson for us and if he does not know this will get us ready for any kind of trouble if there is going to be any."

"Are you going to tell them the rest?" Mark asks me

I give him a questioning look and he gives me one of those you know what I am talking about looks. Then it dawn's on me what he is referring to and I give him one of my meanest stares. We stare at each other for a little bit before Chris specks up "All right you two spill it"

So with some thought I proceed to tell them about what happened to me last night, again nothing about her white wolf.

"Man that don't sound right what if she is a witch and she is setting you up for something" with that said Chris gets up and starts pacing back and forth.

I calm him down by telling him "hey if she was going to do something to me she would have done it a year ago she has perfect opportunity to do anything she wanted to me."

"I still don't like this you need to tell the alpha about this" Chris say's

"You will say nothing to anyone and that is an order" I stand up and yell at him. "You don't think I am smart enough to know if I am in danger or not besides Dakota says the wolf is his mate and I am sure he is not going to let something happen to us" with that said I sit back in my seat and stare at him waiting for him to say something to that.

I really don't want to fight one of my best friends since birth but this is my mate we are talking about. And nobody is going to mess with her now or ever.

Chris sits back down and sigh's "Man why didn't you say that in the first place."

"Well I kind of thought I could probably leave some of my private life private. But I guess not with you jerks around me" I say laughing at them.

I go ahead and tell them about my meeting with this Harry character and for them to go get ready we are going to go to town and check things out. After that is said everybody heads out of my room to get ready to go to town. That leaves me alone for a bit to think about last night and how much fun I had chasing my mate in the woods and then snuggling with her and her wolf till we both fell asleep.
