AA and Tehzeeb couldn't sleep throughout the night because of Tehzeeb constant throwing up, which made him worried that to blink his eyes was difficult for him. Even when Tehzeeb was sleeping he didn't thinking she might wake up. So through out the night even to wink was difficult for him. After Fajr prayer they both were able to get some sleep because she was so exhausted to even get up. So AA get a bowl and a water beside her so she won't be stressed out. "Baby" he said when he wakes up so she could eat which she only groaned because she's too weak to struggle "please stand up and eat something at least. You're not supposed to stay on an empty stomach. It's not good for your health" AA tries to reason with her which she takes her time before getting up. He had to bring her brush from the toilet for her to brushed her teeth because he don't want her to be stressed out. She ate a little bit and was about to lay down again when AA stop her "let's your food digest" he said which she put her head on his shoulder and slept off
The routine continue which AA was trying his possible best to be there for her Cox he no longer go to work rather he works directly from home, guess that's perks of being a General. They were seating in Marmie part when she speaks up "son I think you both should move to your room in here. It will be better and I could be able to assist you" Marmie said
"It's okay Babe just some days for her to go before she entered her second trimester" AA said
"I know but you see after all this throwing up she needs something to eat" Marmie tried to make him see reason
"Okay Babe if you say so, but you don't have to stress yourself. Arrange everything in the kitchen I will get it myself. I cant deprived you of your sleep"
"It's nothing son, am too excited to be worried about minor thing"
"Alright" all this while Tehzeeb was sleeping her head on Marmie's lap because she's no longer shy of her ever since this pregnancy sickness kicked in so she feel more connected and comfortable with her. She wakes up and stretch her body before she speaks.
"Marmie am hungry" was the first thing Tehzeeb said and pouted
"Okay daughter what will you eat?" Marmie asked using her hand to soothe her back
"I want moringa" she answered weakly
"Okay let me get it for you" Marmie said getting up which AA was surprised because he doesn't knows when Marmie started keeping moringa at home, shortly after she came out with it which Tehzeeb licked her mouth eager to get her hands on it
"Marmie where did you get this from and when did you start keeping moringa at home?" AA asked surprised
"Well I don't but since my daughter is pregnant, I took it upon myself to keep everything possible at home which I know pregnant women carved" Marmie said smiling at Tehzeeb who was busy eating her food.
Finally Tehzeeb was already in her second trimester and she's better than her first trimester stress because she no longer throws up or feel weak like before "my man I want to go and check on Umma" she said waiting for his reply
"Baby are you sure? Aren't you sick?" He asked worriedly
"Yes, its been long I saw her and I missed her" she said giving him her best puppy eyes because she knows ever since her pregnancy he has been finding it difficult to let her go far away from him
"Fine but please you have to be careful" he said not having any other option left than to let her go "I will drop you off and go to the office" he said which she jumped up on him happily "baby be careful, you can't be jumping up like that" AA warned
"Okay have stopped. Let me go and get dressed so we can leave already" Tehzeeb said happily going to the toilet to bath before she ambled out and dressed up quickly. "Am done my man let's get going" Tehzeeb said rushing out to bid Marmie farewell
"I can see you're happy to go out after three months" Marmie said smiling seeing how Tehzeeb was excited to go out
"Marmie you won't understand, it's been long I went out"
"I know, will check on you when am coming back to pick you and great Umma and Gogo"
"Okay then. See yah" and she left because AA was already waiting for her in the car. He dropped her off and gave her a strict warning to becareful before he kissed her and left. Tehzeeb ambled inside "Umma Mama" Tehzeeb shouted which they both come out of the room seeing how she was shouting
"Ya Allah when will you grow up?" Umma asked Tehzeeb shaking her head in disbelief because of her childish behavior
"Let my daughter be can't you see she's just arriving" Gogo said giving Tehzeeb a hug before she takes her to the room where they all sat and gist Gogo asking Tehzeeb what she will eat. Some hours later they heard a knock on the door which they all went out since Tehzeeb had been complaining of being in the room for a whole day and behold it was Mairo and Umaru that was knocking
"Well I can see you're surprised to see us" Mairo break the silence" don't worry his not here to cause another ruckus rather his here to apologize" Mairo said nudging Umaru which he got on his knees
"Habiba I beg you in the name of Allah to forgive me for what have done to you ever since you know me. I know have done more harm than good, but please find it in your heart to forgive me. I know am not worthy of your forgiveness but because of my brother and the Lord who made you and me forgive me" Umaru pleaded which Tehzeeb was just staring at him without any reaction "please Habiba forgive me, maybe I can have peace of mind before I die and for all this suffering to stop"Umaru said with tears on his face which Umma did not show any emotion at first till she saw his tears and see how remorseful he is
"Have forgiven you since you have learnt your lesson. It's okay, may Allah forgive us all"
"Ameen thank you. Tehzeeb forgive me for the things have caused you out and done to you too, even though you know nothing yet I put all the blame on you and make it's difficult for you" before he continues Tehzeeb stopped him
"Kawu it's okay everything has passed" and they settle everything which Mairo and Umaru spend some times before they left. Tehzeeb was preparing to go when Bashir came in which makes her to be surprised because she didn't know his still in touch with Umma
"Bashir" she said surprised to see him
"Yes sis. How have you been?" Bashir acted like nothing happened between them before which Umma was glad they put there difference aside. They were still talking and laughing when AA came in but immediately he saw Bashir the smile on his face vanish
"Good evening Umma. Good evening Mama" AA greated which they answered with smile before Bashir greated him and they did some handshake
"Am happy i finally gets to meet my brother in-law. Pleased to meet you" Bashir said smiling which AA tries to keep his cool because he still don't trust his wife around him. After the greatings they left which through out the ride AA did not say anything despite Tehzeeb trying to make up a conversation with him which was not possible and that's how they arrived home AA being all moody which Tehzeeb was confused why he was all worked up he didn't stop there instead of them going to Marmie's part he walks to there part which Tehzeeb had to follow him because she couldn't understand why he was moody. When she was tired she speaks up
"Why are you so moody?" Tehzeeb asked which he didn't reply and continue working on his system "for God sake am talking to you,I don't understand what's wrong that got you all worked up" Tehzeeb said Trying her possible best not to get angry but she could not and she did the only thing that will bring his attention to her. She closed the laptop and take it away from him "now answer me because I see no reason for you to get all moody"
"You want to know why am moody?" AA asked trying his best not to shout on her
"Yes I want to because I don't get you"
"Well fine. Am moody because I walked in there and saw you laughing and opening your teeth with another man who is not your husband" he leashed out
"Oh! Is this what all this moody attitude is coming from?"
"Yes it is, because have told you time without number how jealous I could get to see you with other guys or even smiling with them talkless of your so called ex" he shouted
"I don't know where all this are coming from. But could you please just stop it. what's all this about. I don't think that warrant all this moody attitude of yours for God sake" she shouted too
"Oh is that what you will say. Fine do whatever you like but mind you I should not see him with you again. Am a man and I know how difficult it is for your ex to get over whosoever they love so dearly, so for peace to reagin between us I don't want to see him any where near you, because believed me I can do anything"
"You're taking this far, his just like a family now. I had nothing left for him and so does he. So please just stopped it already"
"Have tell you my mind and that final" AA said before stomping out of the parlour leaving Tehzeeb mouth agape. She couldn't believe what just happened, how could he think so low of her. She packed the necessary things she needs and left for Marmie's part
After everything AA felt bad for shouting at her like that but he couldn't help but leased out on her. He's the jealous type because he loves her very well and he's trying his possible best to control it all the time but he just can't. Marmie and Tehzeeb were watching zeeworld but immediately Tehzeeb inhale her husband perfume she pretends to be sleeping which marmie had been noticing how they were playing hide and seek with one another but decided not to intervene. She just hope they settle there difference themselves.
Like joke Tehzeeb and AA were not talking for two days now. And Tehzeeb missed him so much but because she wants him to have trust in her she's trying her best not to reach out for him. She thought he has full trust in her but after that incident she knows she had not gotten his full trust which hurt her the must. Khady called to inform her she's coming which she was glad at least she will have someone to talk to and forget about him for a while even though she knows it's will be impossible.
Khady came and Tehzeeb tried her possible best not to break down but she couldn't so she started crying "Innalillahi Kawa what's happened? Why are you crying?" Khady asked worriedly because she see no reason why she will start crying just like that
"I missed him so much it's hurt" Tehzeeb said which Khady embrace her in a hug
"Shhhh tell me what's wrong" Khady said
"It's my man kawa" Tehzeeb said in between sobs
"What happened to him,did he travels?" Khady asked because she was confused on what her friend was talking about
"No he didn't"
"Then what? You're keeping me in the dark"
"He don't trust me, he thinks Bashir still has a thing for me"
"What, but how?" Khady asked more confused so Tehzeeb told her everything "kawa you shouldn't have gotten angry too,at least one of you should be calm. You know how men tends to get jealous of there wives especially when they're in love. They are more jealous than us. Please understand him. Moreover his not the only one suffering you yourself is suffering from the same thing" Khady said soothingly
"I know but he should have come to me" Tehzeeb whined
"You didn't give him a chance to, you're always running away from him that what you said, then how did you think he will have the chance to reach out for you"
"Have heard you" Khady spent some time before she left but Tehzeeb was surprised seeing Ibrahim and Khady smiling at each other so she drag Khady to the side "what's happening between you two that you're not telling me?" Tehzeeb whispered eyeing her, which Khady blush"tell me it's not what am thinking?" Tehzeeb said which Khady nod "oh! You don't see it deem fit to let me right. Good of you, I can see where I stand for you now. Goodnight" and Tehzeeb was about to leave when Khady hold her back
"Am sorry I kept this from but please don't take it the other way round. I wanted to tell you today but the way I met you makes me think otherwise" Khady pleaded
"It's okay" Tehzeeb pretended to be okay which Khady could see through her
"I know you're not, but I promised to tell you everything" Khady said which she explained everything to Tehzeeb before she calms down and smile
"At least you're in a relationship which am happy to see that" and Khady left after settling there misunderstanding with Tehzeeb following Ibrahim to his car who is going to drop her off at home
