Hadiza will be leaving today since the case had ended successfully, she wished she can stay behind and see how her brother's love story begins and end but no she has her own love story waiting for her "Sister In law" Hadiza teased Tehzeeb and winked at her
"Oh God Deedee am going to report you to Marmie" Tehzeeb complain with frowned face
"You see, you're not even shy you want to go and report me to your mother-in-law. The world have come to an end,no more shyness between daughter in law and mother in-law again" Hadiza continue to teased while Hajiya Kaltumi was just smiling because she's hearing everything they were saying even though they tried to say it in a hushed voice
"Am going back inside since you don't want me to escort you again" Tehzeeb turned to leave but Deedee quickly hold her back
"Haba my lovely sis and friend. Why would you get angry with your lovely sis or am I not your lovely sis?" Deedee asked smiling wickedly at Tehzeeb
"Deedee leave my daughter alone and start going. Your disturbance is too much" Marmie comes to Tehzeeb rescue which she was glad despite she was still shy of her
"You're chasing me because your daughter is closed to you now, no problem" Nawal run out from the room jumping on Tehzeeb "ooooo you too have joined the club, don't worry I will just leave you here and go" Deedee said
"I will be glad if you do that atleast I won't be bored" Tehzeeb answered which Deedee went closed to her ear
"Then hurry up and give us one, so you won't be bored" Tehzeeb hit her on her hand before she covered her face standing up leaving the parlour immediately which made Hadiza and Marmie to laugh harder
"Deedee leave Tehzeeb alone or I will stop you from coming here unless you go to your mummy's place" Marmie speaks in between laughter
"She's just too shy that's all. Don't worry you both will missed me"
Tehzeeb hurriedly walk to her part and entered without looking at her front untill she collide with a strong wall, but wait walls don't move she raised her head and saw AA looking at her, she was about to move back when she tripped and he immediately hold her by her waist. They both were lost in each other's gaze staring deep into each other's eyes to see what's secret there eyes hold from the outer world. They were busy with that without knowing Hadiza came in she snap them before she clears her throat and AA drop Tehzeeb which she fell hard and she screamed which made Deedee to stiffen her laughter "Sorry sis" Deedee said helping her up while AA scratch the back of his head because he didn't intend to make her fall. Tehzeeb get up with Deedee's help but she was glaring hard at AA which made him to walk out
"Your brother is so heartless. He wants to kill me already before my time" Tehzeeb complain holding her waist
"Sorry, I know he didn't mean it and it's all part of love don't you think?" Deedee winked which made Tehzeeb to fling her hand from her body "sorry babe. I won't say that again"
"It's okay. Are you leaving already?" She asked even though she's in pain but was trying her best to conceal it so Deedee won't be worried which she succeed
"Yeah, came to tell you that, but you can rest" Deedee peck her which Tehzeeb smiled and peck her back on her cheek
"Safe trip dear" Tehzeeb said
"Thanks sis inlaw. You don't know when you will fall in love so don't fight too much" Deedee laughed before she left. Tehzeeb smiled because she didn't know Deedee was this playful.
Tehzeeb thought the pain was just for a while until she get up to walk inside the room and felt a sharp pain which made her to winch in pain. She sat and get up gradually. She was walking towards the room like a new baby trying to walked that she almost slipped again but AA was quick to hold her because he felt bad for her earlier. Tehzeeb turned "get your hands off me. You caused it all" Tehzeeb shouted trying to push AA away but his grip was tight on her which made her to take in sharp breathe because of the pain she felt "you're hurting me" AA released his grip alittle but did not say anything before she knows he picked her up in a bridal style which Tehzeeb was hitting him in his chest flinging her legs like a baby. He didn't drop her anywhere until he reach the bed side
"Next time know how to speak to me and don't shout. I hate being shouted on. Do I make myself clear?" AA said which she didn't answer him"did I make myself clear?" He said in his husky voice which made Tehzeeb to nod her head because she was terrified no one has used that voice on her before
Tehzeeb nurse herself for somedays before she was back to her feet. They we're always at each other's neck because AA always helps her when he sees she's finding it difficult but Tehzeeb being who she is didn't appreciate. She's tired of seating at home so she decided to talk to Marmie about her work. She ambled straight to her apartment and entered the parlour but almost turned back because of who she saw there which is none other than Ibrahim. "Tehzeeb please wait" Ibrahim pleaded which Tehzeeb have no other choice than to give him a listening hear "Tehzeeb am sorry. I know have caused you alot which if you said you're not going to forgive me I won't blame you, but I beg you in the name of Allah to give me a chance and show you that am changed person. I hope you find it in your heart to forgive me" Ibrahim pleaded
"It's okay Ibrahim, have forgiven you since, if not because of everything but because of Your parents and you being Hafiza brother" Tehzeeb dares not refer to AA as her husband because she's yet to accept him
"Thank you Tehzeeb. You're truly a gem and you have the heart of gold. Thank you so much for everything I hope we can be cool with each other now?" Ibrahim asked
"Why not" Tehzeeb smiled because she had long forgiven him, she's not the type to keep someone at heart. We don't know when we will die, so why hold grudges against each other. They chat for a while like long lost friend before Ibrahim left since AA is not around. Despiting being on holiday he still go to barrack here in Abuja. Marmie came out a little while after
"Daughter why are you seating here all alone? You should've come inside"
"It's okay marmie. I was gisting with Ibrahim that's why"
"Okay that's good" and Tehzeeb keep quiet not knowing what to say to Marmie which she noticed "Daughter what's the problem? I can see you have something to say" Marmie asked
"Hummm" Tehzeeb could not speak because she's still shy of her
"Feel free and speak up" Marmie encourage
"Hummm I wanted to tell you that I want to resume work" Tehzeeb said
"Oh that. I think you should talk to your husband, you see his the one that has right over you now. Don't worry and tell him. I know he would allow. But you will help me and manage the mall now because I can't allow you to continue with your former post" Marmie said which Tehzeeb didn't like what she said because she doesn't want to talk to AA
"Okay Marmie I will inform him" Tehzeeb said
"Good. Hope you have eaten?" Marmie asked
"Yes thank you. That's remind me, Marmie I will be cooking for us since it's just me and you" Tehzeeb said
"No, you won't do that. Let's Talatu continue with the cooking"
"Please Marmie let me do it, I get bored without doing anything" Tehzeeb pleaded
"Fine, but when you don't feel like cooking you won't, I don't want you to stress yourself especially now that you want to resume work"
"Don't worry, I won't over stressed myself"
"That's good to hear. That reminds me when will the registration for your NYC start? Marmie asked
"Not now Marmie there's still time"
"Okay make sure you keep updates"
"I will. Good"
"Let me make some snacks for us"
"Not today tomorrow is there. Go and rest it's late already" they chat for a while before she walked back to her room. AA was still not back so she entered the toilet to take her bath before he comes back. She came out of the toilet with towel wrapped around her chest not knowing AA is in the room till she fully entered and saw him seating on the bed she screamed using her hand to cover her chest and trying to draw the towel down Cox the towel was too small
"What wrong with you with this shouting and screaming all the time? Don't you get tired or you want to block my ear drum?" AA said because he was getting tired of her screams on every little thing. Tehzeeb quickly put on her hijab that was hanging on the door
"Why won't you make your presence known? Why will you just entered the room without Salam or knock?" Tehzeeb asked
"God! Don't you have respect or is it only me you're talking to like this?"
"I don't know. I want to change" she said
"This my room as you can see"
"No it's mine"
"Fine it's ours, but am not moving an inch from here, you better change Cox there's nothing in your body that I will like to see" AA said
"You won't see anything just go out or I shout" and he left the room because he can't withstand another ear piercing scream. she quickly changed into a comfy night wear before using her hijab to cover herself and walked to the parlour because she need to talk to him about her work she's tired of staying indoor without anything doing. Immediately she reach the parlour she sat opposite him before she writes on the paper she was holding. After scrabbling what she wants to say she hand it over to him which he collected "I want to resume work tomorrow" he reads before dropping it and continue with what he was doing she wrote another one which he collected"you did not answering me" he reads again but still yet he drop it aside without taking a glance look at her. Tehzeeb was about to burst because his not replying her so she ought to talk
"Don't you get what am saying?" Asked Tehzeeb
"Oh thought you're mute to talk, but I guess you can when you want to shout" he answered
"Oh! You want me to talk that's why you're ignoring what I wrote right?" She asked
"Yes, because last I check you were not mute"
"Whatever so answer me about what I said"
"You haven't said anything yet and you want me to answer you, how is that possible?" AA feign ignorance pretending not to get her message since she's not going talk which made her more angry
"But you read what I wrote so how would you tell me I haven't say anything"
"Because it's was on paper, you didn't used your mouth to say it"
"You know what you can keep pretending not to know what am talking about but know one thing is for sure,am going to resume work, you like it or not"
"You won't dare"
"Try me and see" she huff and left angrily, she don't know why she's always in an argument with him. She don't know why she always get trail up when there talking. He get on her nerves easily which annoyed her most
