Immediately the car parked Hajiya Kande hopped out of the car and bid Tehzeeb farewell where by Tehzeeb was busy looking at the house because with no doubt this Hajiya Kaltumi's house but she can't entered since she had not close yet. So she taught maybe they are friends or something else. The driver drove off and took her back to the company

Hajiya Kande said Salam and entered before she started calling Nawal's name

"My Little princess where are you?" Hajiya Kande said in a sing song voice which Nawal run out of her mother's room upon hearing Hajiya Kande's voice

"G.Ma" Nawal said excitedly and jump and hug Hajiya Kande which she pick her up twirling in the parlour laughing loudly which brought Hajiya Kaltumi, Gogo Ramatu and Hadiza out of there rooms because they know Hajiya Kande will look for no one when she have seen Nawal. They were still busy laughing and twirling when Hajiya Kaltumi speaks up

"We should atleast great since you have seen your grand daughter" Hajiya Kaltumi said smiling

"I didn't come here to great or see anyone else, am here for my little princess" Hajiya Kande said seating down with Nawal on her lap who placed her head on her chest

"Welcome Mummy" greated Hadiza

"How are you dear?"

"Am fine thank you"

"Good to hear. Atleast am happy you brought my princess I could have send you back" Hajiya Kande said teasingly

"Mummy yara(children). Where is my son?" Hajiya Kaltumi asked looking for any sign to see Ibrahim "don't tell me his already in son's room?" Hajiya Kaltumi asked when she did not see Ibrahim in sight.

Hajiya Kande sighed before she speaks " that son of yours I don't know what to do with him Allah" Hajiya Kande said before she continues to kiss Nawal all over her faces and head

"What have he done this time again?" Asked Hajiya Kaltumi

"My dear, you know him. I just don't know what's wrong with him, have tried my possible best but I don't think Ibrahim is ready to change" comes her reply "let's forget about your son now am not in the mood to talk about him rather am here for my princess" Hajiya Kande said smiling. She brought the shopping bag out from her side before she hand it over to Nawal.

"My princess here is your gifts" Nawal immediately collected bag and open it. She started bringing out the things from the bag which contains chocolate, teddy bears, drinks, biscuits and so on. Nawal happily jump up and down on her lap "thank you G.ma. You're the best" Nawal said raising her thumb

"Nawal will you stop that, did you want to break mummy's leg" Hadiza scolded

"See me see trouble. Deedee is it your leg?"asked Hajiya Kande "Kar ki takurawa jika ta fa(don't disturb my grand daughter)" Hajiya Kande said to Hadiza

"Sorry mummy" Hadiza said smiling. She's always happy whenever she see her family members all over her daughter, it's reminds her how lucky she's to be one of them. Nawal stand up and rush to her mother's room with her shopping bag before her mother follows her. Gogo Ramatu come out of her room to great Hajiya Kande because when she comes out and saw her playing with Nawal she turns back to her room

"Good morning Hajiya" Gogo Ramatu greated which Hajiya Kande that was still smiling turned to see who was greating her

"Good morning"she replies trying to figure out where she knows the face before she could Hajiya Kaltumi speaks

"It's Gogo Ramatu the one that lost her daughter some months back" Hajiya Kaltumi reminds her

"Oh sorry. I totally forget" Hajiya Kande said smiling

"It's okay" and they exchange some greetings before Gogo Ramatu went back to her room.  Hajiya Kaltumi and Hajiya Kande were busy talking about business when Alhaji Abdullahi Ibrahim's father came in with Salam. Which they replied

"Jika ta(my grand daughter)" shouted Alhaji Abdullahi which Nawal Sprinted out of her room immediately she heard his voice which in return Alhaji Abdullahi was already kneeling down, his arm wide open waiting for her to jump on him which she did laughing happily "that's my favorite grand daughter. How are you princess?" He asked still hugging her

"Am fine Grand pa"

"That's my angel" Hadiza comes out frowning "Pappy you forget about me because you have seen Nawal, when am your daughter" Hadiza said grumpily

"Haba daughter, you know your my lovely daughter but I missed my Angel most" he said which made Hajiya Kande and Hajiya Kaltumi to laugh

"Pappy you see there laughing at us"  Deedee complain

"Don't mind them daughter. No one can come between us, they're just jealous of you" they continue to make fun of each other before Alhaji Abdullahi talks "Deedee call one of the maids to go and bring out Nawal's shopping bags from the booth"

"Pappy not you too. You mean you didn't buy anything for me just for Nawal" she asked raising her eye brow

"Stop being grumpy Deedee. I bought one for you, now get them so I won't be late for my meetings" Hadiza went to call Talatu which she asked her to go and bring out the bags from Pappy's booth

Alhaji Abdullahi was about to leave but Nawal said she's following him "Angel I have meeting"

"Humm humm I will follow you Grand pa"

"You will be bored if you follow me" Alhaji Abdullahi tried to talk her out but Nawal insisted

"Will you stop that and allow him to go. Pappy will come back later for you" Hadiza said in a Stern voice which made Nawal to cry and release her hold on her Grandpa clothes

"Haba Deedee, why will you shout on her like that. She's just a child" Alhaji Abdullahi complained when he saw Nawal crying which he don't like. Hajiya Kaltumi and Hajiya Kande were just looking without interfering because if they do then he will give them an ear full, so they keep mute

"Angel come let's go. Wipe your tears don't mind your mummy, I won't take her out" Alhaji Abdullahi said cleaning Nawal's tears

"Grand pa am going with the teddy you bought for me"

"Okay go and get it and let's go" Nawal hurriedly pick it up and follow her Grandpa which she wave at them happily and left

"Every body just forget about me" Hadiza said childishly

"Don't mind them daughter. You're my Angel to since all of them choose there granddaughter over you" Hajiya Kaltumi said

"As big as you are, you want us to be treating you like a baby when our grand daughter is still alive" Hajiya Kande said teasingly which made Hadiza to pout.

They called Hadiza Deedee because that's the name of the person they name her after which is there grandmother Hajiya Deedee, that's why they hardly called her Hadiza because of the respect they have for there mother inlaw and grandma

Alhaji Abdullahi was looking for who to give Nawal to because he knows she will be bored if he take her inside the meeting room. He was about to turn when he saw Tehzeeb "hey, come over" Tehzeeb heard him and turn. Immediately she saw who the person is she hurriedly walk closer to him

"Which department are you?" Alhaji Abdullahi asked

"Processing department sir"

"Good take care of her. I will come and pick her up when the meeting is over. And mind you don't make her to cry" Alhaji Abdullahi warned

"I won't sir"

"Good" he turned to face Nawal "Angel stay with her and I will come and pick you up when the meeting is over. Be a good girl okay"

"Yes grandpa" and he left after giving Nawal a peck at her forehead. Tehzeeb was awe struck because the way he saw him today, you will not think his this calm and lovely like this with children, but perhaps she thought maybe it's because of what Ibrahim did. Tehzeeb kneel down to Nawal level

"Baby what's your name?" She asked

"My name is Nawal Usman"

"Woow nice name Nawal. Should we go to my office or you want to play"

"I want to play" she said excitedly which makes Tehzeeb to smile.

Tehzeeb hold her hand and walk out to the resting area of the office. She played and sing for Nawal which she was dancing with her baby's moves which makes Tehzeeb to laugh and smile because the girl was happy and free of all worries, at a point Tehzeeb forget about her problems and enjoyed the moment while it's last. Tehzeeb check the time and when she saw that the meeting will be over by now she asked Nawal to follow her back inside so that they won't search for them. Luckily enough the meeting was over and Alhaji Abdullahi walk out and walk straight to them.

"Thank you" he said which Tehzeeb was surprised because she didn't expect that from him, since she's working under him and his just like a father to her

"Aunty if I come tomorrow will you play with me?" Comes Nawal voice when Alhaji Abdullahi was about to pick her

"Yes I will"

"Yeah then I will come tomorrow, so that you will play with me"

"Okay" Tehzeeb said smiling which Nawal hurriedly went to peck her on the cheek before she runs back to her Grandpa

"Bye bye" she said waving her little hand to Tehzeeb. Alhaji Abdullahi was just smiling because he knows Nawal very well to get acquainted to people on time

Tehzeeb immediately walk inside her office to pick her bag up since it's closing time already and she needs to go to the hospital to check on Umma's condition. She was in the lobby about to walk out when she saw Ibrahim coming she knows he is up to no good before she could predict what will happen he slapped her, which Tehzeeb raised her blood shot eyes to look at him deep in his eyes her hand on her cheek. She was speechless for a while but muster the courage to talk

"What have I done to you? and why did you hate me so much?" She asked and continue "why are you trying your possible best to inflict pain on me, did you for once sit down and think what have done to you for you to hate me this much" Tehzeeb asked not blinking her eyes or moving it from his

"You want to know?" Ibrahim asked "fine I will tell you. Have you forgotten the slapped and humiliation you caused me?. Have you forgotten what happened not long ago?" He asked furiously

"How can you blamed me on that, do you know that anger doesn't solve anything, it's build nothing but it can destroy everything which it have already started to destroyed you. Never be a prisoner of your past. It was just a lesson, not a life sentence. Wiped hatred from your heart it's a virus. You're still taunting me just because of what happened years ago, haven't you inflict pain on me already that can satisfy you or do you want me to crumble before your satisfy. Do you think that those who are not on your level are doomed and not even worth reaching out to and helping them out! Always remember we all started somewhere. No one become pious, rich or poor over night. Let your knowledge and wealth soften your heart not harden it!, Because no matter how wealthy you are, you can't buy peace of mind and contentment. That can only be granted by Allah. How often did you stop and think how blessed you are? The constant desire for more prevent you from being truly contented with what you already have. Learn to be grateful for where you are in life right now.  The future is ahead of you. Stop hankering for what was and what you have left behind. Move on! Don't look back! Remember that everything happened for a reason. Review your past, learn the lesson meant for you. Be excited about what's ahead and what the Almighty has planned for you. Sometime you just have to ignore things to have peace of mind. The hatred you have for me won't heal you, so learn to forgive and forget. Respect is a reciprocal, you don't fight for it no you earn it. So let me be, and for the slap, i won't say anything because I think that's one of the things that will give you peace of mind and release some hatred you have for me from your heart. Thank you and see you tomorrow" Tehzeeb said and left because she don't want to waste any second with him again
