The day Tehzeeb had been anticipating is here. She's going to start her IT today which is Monday. She's fully dressed, but checking her self out for the last time before she walks out of the room. Tehzeeb walk out and saw both Mama and Umma sitting down "mama how did I look?" She turned asking Gogo Ramatu to check her dressing out

"Beautiful like an angel" comes Gogo Ramatu's reply

"Awwn that's my Mama"Tehzeeb said hugging her "Umma what do you think?" Tehzeeb asked her mother

"I don't think my opinion is needed, since your mama have already answered your question". Replies Mrs Habiba

"Okay. Where is Baba?" Tehzeeb asked turning around to see maybe she will see her father in sight but she didn't.

"Check inside the room. I think his still inside" comes Umma's reply

"Okay" with that she ambled to her parents room to check on her father. She said Salam before she entered inside. "Baba" comes her voice faintly.

"Yes daughter. Are you ready already?" Mallam Audu asked her

"Yes, I am. Aren't you going to work today?" She asked out of curiosity

"Of course I will but that will be later. I want to have a nap before going out"Mallam Audu respond

"Are you sick?" Tehzeeb asked her father alert

"Am not dear. Just don't feel like going now"

"Okay. Till I come back"

"All the best dear. Becareful and thank are of yourself please"

"I will In Sha Allah" Tehzeeb not thinking about her father look which she thought he might just be tired

"Good. Get going before you're late" and she walked out to meet Umma and mama outside talking. "Am off Mama and Umma" she said to them both

"May Allah protect you child" Gogo Ramatu prays

"Ameen" she replied

"Becareful and don't interfere in what is not your business" Umma warned

"In Sha Allah. I will, see you both when I come back" and she walks out of the house to get a ride. She stops a Keke

"Where are you going?" Asked the keke driver

"Ladan's Company at River Basin"

"Okay Hajiya shiga muje(enter let's go)" and Tehzeeb entered the ride after supplication. The man drop her at the front of the company, collected his money and left, leaving Tehzeeb all alone busy watching the building in her front. After feeding her eyes she walks inside

"Mummy am off to work"comes Ibrahim's voice from the door side

"All the best son. Please tame your anger and be good to others. No firing of people anyhow" said Hajiya Kande warned because she knows her son very well.

"Okay mummy. See you soon" and he walked out to his car and drive off to work. Ibrahim alight from his car and walk inside the company.

Tehzeeb is still searching for where to go and was looking around when someone bumped into her. She turned around holding her forehead "am sorry" comes Tehzeeb voice before she looks at the person she bumped into. Before she could talk the person speaks

"What a pleasant surprise"Ibrahim said sarcastically "I should have know it's will be you. And what the hell are you doing here?" Ibrahim asked Tehzeeb who is busy thinking of where she knows the face, then it's finally clicked in her head and recall where she knows him. Tehzeeb immediately change her facial expressions but she did not say anything because she knows she will be wasting her time with him

"Am talking to you, which I need an answer this instant" Ibrahim shouted which made his voice to boom in the hallway where people where passing

"Am sorry" Tehzeeb said and walkout on him

Ibrahim was just standing there staring at Tehzeeb retreating figure, he could not believe such a girl have the guts and audacity to walk out on him. Ibrahim was shocked on what just transpired between him and her. He walk to the conference room where he is having a meeting patterning to his trip.

Tehzeeb finally reach her destination and knock on the door and someone replied from inside

"Good morning ma" Tehzeeb greated

"Morning young lady. How may I help you?"asked the woman at the desk

"Am an IT students. I was directed to come and meet you"

"Oh! Welcome to Ladan's Company"

"Thank you ma'am"

"My name is Mrs Mary"the woman said stretching her hand out for a shake which Tehzeeb respond by shaking her back

"My name is Tehzeeb"

"Please to meet you. You will be working under Mr Ibrahim since he deals with the processing and packaging department"

"Okay ma"

"But his currently in a meeting, so let me finished with what am doing to take you sight seeing, so you could get acquainted with the environment" Mrs Mary said smiling

"Thank you ma". Tehzeeb sit down to wait for escort. Immediately Mrs Mary was through with what she's doing she asked Tehzeeb to follow her for the sight seeing. Mrs Mary tried her possible best to show her the necessary building she needs to know for her IT program.

Ibrahim was busy trying his possible best to explain to his Co worker about the project that took him to USA in every possible way. He still couldn't believe she have the guts to walk out on him. But promise to find out what brought her to there company and treat her F**k up because he can't let's her go easily.

Ibrahim did not come out from the meeting room on time so he didn't get the opportunity to asked about what brought Tehzeeb to there company. Tehzeeb sat there for more than hours and was not opportune to see who she will be working for. So Mrs Mary asked her to go and resume work fully tomorrow which she's grateful of.

On her way going home she bought some fruits for her parents,since she had some money with her. She arrived home after the long ride because from the company to her place was a little bit far.

"Umma Mama Baba am back" Tehzeeb shouted immediately she entered the house

"Oh ni Habiba( oh me Habiba), when will you grow up for God sake Tehzeeb?. Don't you know you have grown up and no longer a child again or what?" Umma asked continuing with her work

"Leave her alone please. She's still a child" Gogo Ramatu defended

"That's my mama. Umma I don't know why you keep saying that all the time" Tehzeeb whined

"Okay continue since your mama said you're still a child. May Allah help you both" Umma prayed

"Ameen"Gogo Ramatu reply with a smile on her face. She hadn't forgetten about Aisha but seeing Tehzeeb always give her the peace of mind, because she thinks they have most things in common with Aisha which she always admired and make her to think of her daughter with joy.

In the night they were all sitting outside gisting when Mallam Audu cleared his voice before he speaks up

"Gogo Ramatu" he called. Which she answered "Na'am Mallam"

"I was thinking you should visit Hajiya Kaltumi since it's almost a week now after Aisha's fourty days, or what did you think?" Asked Mallam Audu. Gogo Ramatu sighed before she speaks up

"I have the intention to go, but just waiting for the right time. But since you have spoken I think I will try my possible best to go within this week or next week"

"That's good and thoughtful of you. At least she won't feel left out" Mallam Audu reason

"You're right and have though about that too" Gogo Ramatu said

"May we live to witness next week" Mrs Habiba prayed.

"Ameen they all answered" Tehzeeb being her normal gabby person whenever she's in the midst of her family speaks up

"No one even care to asked me how my day went?" She said feigning to be angry "and it's even my first day at my IT place" she continues to talk

"We're sorry. How was it?" Gogo Ramatu asked while Umma and Baba smiled because they know there daughter to get angry on petty things

"Hummm it was fine" she replied

"Why humming? Did something happened?" Gogo Ramatu asked her out of concern which Mallam Audu and Mrs Habiba were just listing to them without interfering since they learnt that no matter what Tehzeeb say or do Gogo Ramatu will never blame her that's why they tend to mind there business whenever they're talking

"Don't worry nothing much happened. Just that you did not asked me on time how my first day was, till I asked" she said pouting

"Sorry daughter. You know when you came back we were busy that's why" Gogo Ramatu said trying to make Tehzeeb smile

"It's okay since you have apologize"

"But you're not smiling which only means you're still angry. Don't allow Baba and Umma to laugh at us"

"Oh daga baya kenan(that's from the back) since we have already seen it" Umma chip in smiling broadly

"You see what am saying" Gogo Ramatu said looking at Tehzeeb

"Don't worry mama, am not angry with you" Tehzeeb said smiling at Gogo Ramatu before she hugs her. Ever since the demise of Aisha Gogo Ramatu's daughter Mallam Audu and Mrs Habiba have been trying there possible best not to make her feel lonely, that's why they let Tehzeeb to spend much time with her than she does with them like before. Gogo Ramatu knows that Mallam Audu and Mrs Habiba are trying there possible best to make her happy which she's greatful of and thankful for. But she don't know how to repay them back than to love there daughter like her own. They all went back to there rooms. Immediately Mallam Audu and Mrs Habiba entered there room Mallam Audu begins to cough vigorously which made Mrs Habiba alert

"Audu what happened?, What's wrong with you?" Mrs Habiba asked feeling alarmed which Mallam Audu could not reply because of the way he was cough. Mrs Habiba quickly went out to get water for him, which he drinks immediately it was given to him and he wait for a while before he speaks up

"Calmed down Habiba, it's nothing it's just a slight cough. So chill and stop panicking" Mallam Audu tries to comfort his wife

"First thing tomorrow we're going to the hospital and that's Final. Nothing more" Mrs Habiba said with finality.

"It's okay, if that's what you wish. So can we please sleep now?" Mallam Audu tries to act normal, so that his wife mind will be at rest. Mrs Habiba did not reply and just lay the bed for them to sleep on, not that her mind was at ease but she have to try not to show her emotion.
