Swati's POV

My Sagar bhai was getting married today, I was most excited to see Damini bhabhi. I hugged her and said that she was looking extreamly beautiful. She smiled at that. We all complimented her and teased her that Sagar bhai may elope with her even before the wedding ceremonies are over.

Just than there was a knock on the open door. Samar ji came to get her for the Varmala.

" You are looking very beautiful Damini.... " He smiled and hugged her lightly.

" You are also looking very handsome. "

" Thanks ... You are so sweet.. I really wanted you to say that in presence of so many beautiful girls...."

Everyone laughed at his comment.

But somehow my heart was behaving In a strange way. I was getting drawn towards him everyday.

The way he makes us smile and takes care of me, makes my heart beat at a higher rate.

I remember he used to come to our place, when I used to come for my vacation. He was as tall and good-looking as my brothers. I kind of liked his personality. He always had a soft smile when ever he looked at me.

I noticed that he was a foodie. He used to appreciate my mom's cooking. Sahil bhai always made fun of him for him being crazy about food, but he always just smiled.

This time I was happy to see him at airport with bhai. We even came back to Chandigarh together.

He was looking more handsome and well built now. I just wondered that he eats alot then why he is still so fit ?

I would never accept it in front of anyone, but I started doing cooking because, I kind of wanted to make him happy and impress him.

Whenever he ate anything made by me, he always smiled. My heart skipped a beat.

I loved it when he selected the dresses with me when ever we went for shopping. I loved the way he talked so sweetly with me.

But I was a bit apprehensive too, what if he likes Manu? After all he was very friendly with her as well and she is was a much better than me.

I was surprised when he asked manu to teach him cooking as well. Why does he need to learn, when I could make it for him?

But that meant that I could spend more hours with him. I was shocked when he asked manu to get married and settle down in Chandigarh. Was he talking about himself ?? Was he interested in manu?

No... that can't happen. Manu was supposed to be with Sahil bhai and I wanted.....

That day when we danced together in the club, I really felt very good being in his arms. My body got tingles all over. He kept telling me about some of the interesting and funny stories about his college days.

We had a beautiful time that day. I still had a doubt that if he liked Manu or not. But I saw him smiling at me even when manu was around. I felt his eyes on me. I saw him stealing some glances at me.

Even while we cooked the food together, I felt his eyes on me all the time. My heart was beating frantically with his just his eyes following my every move.

His gaze held something that told me that he felt something too.  My feelings for him were getting more intense.

On the day of sangeet ceremony he danced on that sweeheart song looking at me. But still manu was also sitting there beside me.

I was confused as hell. I wanted to clear that confusion but didn't know how to ask him.

But on bhai's wedding, he looked as if  he was more free,  as if some kind of burden was left off him and he wanted to say something. He kept looking at me while having food and even forgot to eat.

I was blushing at that but he kept looking with a smile. My cheeks were getting red and I was a bit uncomfortable as Sahil bhai was sitting next to him. What if he saw him looking at me?.

But there was still a tiny doubt in my mind that if he was looking at me or Manu, as she was sitting besides me. I wanted to ask him so I was looking for a chance to ask him.

I got the chance when I was going with Mohit ji and Manu and Samar ji said that he wanted me to come with him.

I nodded and went away with him.

We were going towards a food stall as I knew he must be very hungry. He ate something and asked me to share it.

After he had some food. I decided to ask him.

" Samar ji can I ask you something? "

" Yeah, ofcourse anything you want..."

" I just wanted to ask if you like Manu? "

" What??.... " he looked surprised.

" Samar!!! come they are calling you for some ritual."  Sahil bhai was saying coming towards us. Samar ji looked at me and closed his eyes.

" Yeah, coming... " he said looking at me.

" Come Swati, mom is looking for you. " I looked at Sahil bhai. He really looked upset. But why??

We all came back to our bunglow. After all the post wedding rituals, my mom sent Damini bhabhi to her room with Manu and l.

Her friends teased her so much that Manu and I were embarrassed. We all came out and saw Sagar bhai coming.

He wanted to go into his room but we wanted our neg.

He teased me that  he would give me a groom, as he  found a very nice guy for me.

I was tensed as hell. I told him I didn't want any groom. I wanted some gift.

He said he would gift wrap him. Seriously? My bhai had gone crazy.

He looked serious to me. Then he said he would give me a latest phone with his picture and phone number in it.

It can't happen.... Should I tell him about my feelings for Samar ji??

I will talk to him tomorrow after I talk to Samar ji. What if Samar ji likes Manu or someone else ???

I could not sleep after what bhai said.

I don't know why,  but even manu looked sad. Sahil bhai was also upset...

All the friends of Sagar bhai and their wives were gathered in a room and planning something. They asked me to call Sahil bhai too.

I went to call him and he said he didn't want to come and wanted to be alone. He seemed in a very different and bad mood.

I could not leave him like this so I told him that all Sagar bhai's friends were planning something for tomorrow.

He came with me reluctantly.

His friends made a program to go for a picnic. Gautam bhai was sure that Sagar bhai would try to run away with bhabhi just like he did to avoid every one else. So they planned to catch them red handed.

They told us to be ready by early morning. We made the plans of visiting various places.  It was very late but still everyone was so excited with the plan.

Sahil bhai was looking around and was somewhat restless. He was not even paying heed to the plan.

After making the plans we all went to our respective rooms to rest for a few hours.

I was going to my room when Sahil bhai stopped me, " Where is Manu ? "

" I don't know, she must be in the room."

" Why didn't she come for this planning? "

" I asked her earlier to come but she said that she was very tired and wanted to sleep. I wanted her to come with me but she really looked tired. She must be sleeping by  now. "

" Ok, bye good night. " He said and hugged me.

" Good night bhai... " I said and went to my room.

I saw, Manu was sleeping on her stomach with her face hidden in her arms.

I also changed and washed my face and went to sleep but kept thinking about Mr Charming foodie...

I wish bhai had not come when he did. Samar ji looked surprised that I asked that.  What could that mean ?? He was surprised that how do I know?? Or he was surprised that how did I even thought about that??

Tomorrow I would ask him at any cost....
