Chapter 62: Chapter 62

All of this was done by the Power brothers who were then accused of their involvement in the crime of tax embezzlement, then with money laundering, threats, bribery, blackmail, then, in addition to forming a gang.

What initially, there was no physical evidence linking John and Ramsey, and the murder, and physical evidence found near the body of Joan Bennett suggested the presence of an unidentified person in the Ramsey house, and one of the killers, but that later found the DNA of the Power brothers.

Initially, there was no plausible reason for the Ramseys to kill their daughter and the wife's disappearance and ransom demand.

Douglas considered the hypothesis of bedwetting as unprecedented as it bordered on absurd and, furthermore, incompatible with the established behavior of Patricia and that one involved in the case was a mysterious third person.

At the beginning of the investigation, there was no evidence of physical abuse, neglect, sexual abuse, or serious personality disorders in the Ramsey family, and prior to the murder, a combination of which are associated with most cases of children killed by their parents.

The behavior of Carter and Joan Ramsey after the crime was consistent with that of parents of other murdered children, insofar as it was inconsistent with known cases of parents killing their children, and of kidnappings and subsequent kidnapping victims.

I was noticing that one of the large percentages of homicides are committed by the victim's parents and family members, was when Douglas does not blame the original investigators for the suspicion about the Ramsey family.

Knowing that Douglas, however, criticizes authorities in Boulder for what he described as a deeply flawed investigation, for example not guarding the crime scene, which has been further hampered by internal political disputes and refuses to ask for outside help. .

When the Boulder police normally handled one or two homicides a year, and had little experience with anything like the Ramsey case.

He cites several other cases in which the FBI has assisted in the investigation of other locations and helped authorities at different locations solve puzzling murders outside of their usual experience.

Douglas also concluded that it was unlikely that anyone would solve the case.

The most likely scenario based on the evidence, Douglas speculated, is that Joan Bennett was killed by a young, inexperienced criminal who was sexually obsessed with child and frail women and/or who wanted to extort money from her wealthy family.

All of this happened between Luthor's bank robberies, which requirements were uncovered, and that the parents worked in the Power brothers' banks and refused to help them rob the bank, and facilitate their entry.

He suspects that the ransom note was written before the crime, which could have been a wrongful kidnapping attempt.

That particular ransom note, Douglas noted, was peppered with what appeared to be borrowed phrases from films like Ransom (1996) and Speed (1994) that, he speculated, inspired the author.

Tsuky Miki went to talk to the detective in charge when Louis Smith, an experienced detective, who came out of retirement to help Golden Valle authorities with the case in early 2020

Knowing that he originally suspected the parents, but after evaluating all the evidence that had been gathered, he also concluded that an intruder had committed the crime.

In the meantime, when Douglas writes he disagrees with some of Smith's interpretations but agreed with Smith's general investigative tenor.

In that their conclusions, and that they were somehow chasing the Power brothers regarding suspicious documents that were in the brothers' safes and bank drawers that were robbed, specifically, were not just any drawers.

In that investigation, when Douglas particularly praised Smith's discovery in autopsy photos of what appeared to be previously overlooked evidence of a stun gun.

Since there was evidence that could not say otherwise the Power brothers' guilt, all this, when it was used to immobilize Joan Bennet, who were delivered by Luthor to Tsuky Miki, when Luthor gave them and with that.

With so many documents and stolen boxes, towards the authorities, that's how the Power brothers, afraid of being killed by the criminality that guarded their products, ended up fleeing...

Imagine you owing money to each criminal, who trusted to keep it in your vaults, promising then your bank is robbed, it doesn't come..., no one will find you anytime soon...

Even though no longer an official investigator, Smith continued to work with the case, when shortly thereafter he went until his death in September 2020...

What did he know, when Stephen, who was a journalist, a singular investigative, and the author of the book Presume Suely, was taken off the job and discredited...

In the course of his investigation into the Joan Bennet and Carter Ramsey and Porn Media and Culture case, it all suggests the existence of a link between the murder and the child pornography industry.

Even though he refers to consultations with cyber-crime experts who believe that Joan Bennet, and that due to her experience with beauty pageant, was the perfect type of kid.

There was all sorts of evidence hidden in those boxes, which when they came to light, leaked, became bargaining chips among dark hustles, but no one there was dumb.

If it was daylight, and whoever stole it, got his hands on that evidence, started blackmailing every single criminal.

Should they reveal themselves, these documents would make them a target, at the same time a source of gold, in addition to blackmail and bribery, they were nothing more than a target and would soon be killed.

Those who have stolen documents and objects have all the wealth that the moon of the day could not come, if they do, he could put the test to the test and find out about the whereabouts.

She could be dragged into the world of child pornography and was a natural candidate for attracting the attention of pedophiles and so many other criminals in general.

Those that were a wave of robberies in Golden Valle and Lovecraft County in all their heroic cities, to which there were more than 100 banks, which incidentally, in my opinion, should be exterminated from the face of the EARTH, or well hidden.

There were the protests that were more a super support for the death penalty for pedophiles, some documents came to public leaked towards the internet.

Not all of the stolen evidence came to the public, some of it came to the public, and with it came such contradictory evidence, a grand jury failed to indict the Ramseys or anyone else in the murder of the Bennett and Ramsey family.

What wasn't too long after the murder, the parents moved to a new home in Atlanta before they were found dead, all of which, in which two of the lead investigators were resigned in the case, one because authorities believed the investigation he had incompetently forgotten the possibility that he had been an intruder.

At another time than the other because, he believed the investigation failed to successfully prosecute the Ramseys and Carters and the Bennets and even Luthor, but the only one involved who is alive is Luthor, who fled.
