CHERRY’S POV

I dress in a short light orange gown, which brings out my curves, it has flowery decorations on it and it looks stunning. I turn around to look at myself in my mirror and I’m satisfied with what I see.

I pack my hair upwards in a tight bun, but later looses it and lets it fall down my back in lengthy waves, I apply some golden hairpins in it, wear my gold wristwatch, put on my orange pair of flat cover shoes then spray some body perfume all over myself.

Deciding to look natural, I put on a little shimmery lip gloss, rub my lips together, look at myself in the mirror once more and leave my room going downstairs.

I think Jeanne is not yet home, considering I left work early today and I’ve not heard her voice since I came, the house is quiet today and as I reach outside, Mark my driver opens the car door for me to get in, I decided not to drive today again.

“Hello Mark, here’s the address of the place you are taking me to.” I say to him, handing him a piece of paper containing Sanchez home address from the back seat, “Okay ma.” He responds while collecting it.

He brings the engine to life and soon we are on the streets, winding past vehicles, the drive is somewhat shorter than I expected and soon enough we are in front of a huge looking mansion.

Driving inside, I see maids trooping about, Mark heads straight for the garage and parks my car. Getting out I signal a nearby maid and she greets me.

“Good evening ma’am.” She bows with a smile, "Yeah evening... I'm actually here to see Sanchez." I say sharply.

"Oh you mean Mr Robin?" She asks me. "Yes." I say in confirmation. "Oh okay ma'am, this way please." She says as she directs me to the huge revolving doors at the entrance of the mansion.

"Permit me to say something, can I ask you a question?" I ask the maid and she nods listening to me.

"Your boss answers Robin, LC and Sanchez, I'm quite confused, what does the LC stand for?"

"Oh ma, well he answers to all of them, the LC is just his nickname or company name rather." She explains and I nod finally satisfying my curiosity.

We continue walking and she asks me, "Who are you anyways ma'am?"

"Cherry Collins." I say and she gasps, "Oh I'm so sorry ma'am, you are no longer a guest here, come into this chamber please." She says hurriedly and I become surprised, has he told his maids about me or what.

Looking around, the mansion is quite large with huge chandeliers, sparkling lights and glass decorations everywhere, it looks like a massive hotel though. Is this his house or..... I wonder in amazement.

She leads me to where I think is an appointment room, and tells me to sit and wait for him, "Ma'am Cherry, he'll be here with you shortly, if he doesn't you can just go to his room on your right when you walk upstairs, in the meantime should I get you refreshments or any other thing." She asks

"No thanks dear, I'm fine." I say and she takes her leave.

Sitting and glancing away at the beautiful house and taking note of its exquisite decorations, I look at the time on my phone and notice that almost 30 minutes has passed since i came here, feeling tired of waiting already, I think I'll heed the advice of the maid and go look for him upstairs.

I stand up and take the stairs, and my eyes catch sight of a huge gold door on my right, I immediately walk towards it and gently knocks, but I get no response.

Deciding to go in, I squeeze the door knob softly so and walk in only for me to be shocked by what I see, Robin is making out with a girl, I squeak slowly and he turns in my direction.

"Oh shit... I'm so sorry for interrupting, I'll just wait outside." I say covering my face with my palm and rushing out of the room.

Immediately I go back to the waiting room, take my seat and hold my rapidly beating chest, Oh my God! My heart is racing fast, I never expected commitment or anything from him, But what just happened?

ROBIN'S POV

What just happened!

CHERRY POV

I keep staring in to some fancy thing in the room, a lady I guess the one Robin was making out with earlier walks out, she gives me an icy stare and I give her one too as she walks out.

ROBIN'S POV

I take a shower quickly and freshen up, wiping all trace of female cologne from my body. Jeez!!

I had no idea she would visit me, I have totally failed.

What have I done, what will she think of me? All this questions and more I ask myself repeatedly, without any clue on how to answer myself.

I like her, I really do, I wanted her to be my girlfriend, but with what has just happened I think I should remove all thoughts regarding that out of my head.

Oh shit! This is really driving me insane right now! I put on blue shorts, a white vest and a black short sleeved shirt, I fly out the buttons, exposing my chest and walk down the stairs.

Slowly I sight her sitting down with her legs crossed and fiddling with my throw pillows. She has not seen me and I stand and watch her for a while, summoning courage I walk towards her, she looks adorable while playing with the pillows.

I stand in front of her, and she stands up to face me properly.

"I'm so sorry for what happened earlier, barging in earlier without respecting your privacy, hope you are not mad at me?" She says looking at me.

"I'm supposed to be apologizing and not the other way round, well I'm not mad at you, hope I'm forgiven too?" I ask.

Smiling she nods and hands me a bag, "I brought you something to thank you for the flowers and the date the other day, I couldn't just come here empty-handed."

Hmmnn! What could be in here, I shake the leather bag, but it doesn't make a sound and she laughs.

"You can open it when I leave, actually I'll be travelling tomorrow to LA, and being that you are now my friend, I came to inform you." She says sharply while winking at me.

She now calls me her friend, I'm so lucky.

She suddenly hits my arm. Ouch!!!

"Why didn't you tell me you had a girlfriend.

I thought she wouldn't ask this, "Well she's not my girlfriend, just one of my flings." I say.

"Oh cool, one of your many flings right, well hope I'm not one of them?" She asks and I laugh replying, "No, no you are not a fling, you are a friend I'm beginning to cherish so much."

"Oh wow." She says and blushes, her cute cheeks turning bright red, and I smile to myself.

I remember something too and say, "I'll ask be travelling to LA too, I have some unfinished business over there too."

"What a coincidence!" She exclaims and I just nod.

"Yeah, not actually a coincidence, because it's in three days time actually, so....." I trail off as she speaks, "Oh well, I'll miss you though."

"I'll miss you too." I say whispering into her ears as I draw her into a hug, her soft little body perfectly fitting mine, I'm beginning to love her company, God! What's all this?
