TALIA'S POV

I pack my car beside a massive building, at the address Ivy gave to me.

So this is where, billionaire Cherry lives. Wow! Just wow! She's this rich and still trying to snatch my man. What a nerve!

Well, that's the least of my concern now, I don't care about how rich or wealthy she is, I' just here to kill her and leave quietly.

Walking in, I press the button as the little door by the electric gate opens, and I see a man standing outside, security I guess, but I'll get last him, ice already planned my words and everything I'm going to say.

"Hello." I greet waving at him and smiling sexily, bit that it's going to help me in this case, but that's what I've got at least for now.

"Yes ma'am, how may I help you?"

"I'm here to see Cherry. I'm her friend huh." I reply innocently smiling and make a show of checking my pockets, to avoid him seeing my eyes and maybe spotting my lies.

"Oh, okay ma'am. When you get to the entrance just knock quietly, you'll be attended to." He says and I mutter a thank you as I smile at him again and he reciprocates the smile back at me.

Walking into the compound, I look round at the magnificent and big mansion and conclude that she's quite a catch.

I see a beautiful fountain in the center, well manicured garden, a swimming pool and a nice garage filled with various exotic cars.

Ranging from Rolls Royce, Honda, Lamborghini, Aston Martin's and many others I can't count or seem to remember their names.

The place is classy, and I see various ladies whom I assume her her maids trooping in and out and no one seems to take note of my presence.

In no time I reach the entrance. I don't knock as I was told, instead I open the door gently not wanting to attract any attention, I quietly enter the large and spacious living room, coming face to face with a large black and white portrait of her and another girl I assume might be her sister, relative or friend.

I'm still looking around, walking slowly, when a maid stops me and asks, "Good evening ma'am, who are you here to see?"

All this unnecessary talks again, I sigh inwardly but I tell her my well practiced lie, "I'm here to see my friend, business woman Cherry Collins right?"

"Oh, yeah you are right, welcome, do you need anything while you wait." She asks me.

While I wait! Gosh! I'm here to do a quick job and vanish.

"What do you mean wait? Can't I see her right now, perhaps in her room or elsewhere?" I ask.

"Um, actually at the moment she's not at home, she went out." She replies and I become disappointed, but I don't show it out. "Oh, where did she go to again?" I ask impatiently...

JEANNE'S POV

I'm getting ready to go to the mall.

Almost done, I wear a dark blue jean trouser, and a tank top.

Walking out of my room, I go downstairs, and meet Maria talking to a stranger, a lady at that.

Who's this? One of Cherry's friends or what, well, I know all of Cherry's friends and this is not one of them.

Or is she here for business, I think to myself, looking at her but her attire and posture doesn't look like someone here for any office business.

I listen to their conversation, trying to see if I can decipher what she wants here, or if she's in the wrong address.

"Where did she go to?" The strange lady asks Maria and she replies telling her, Cherry is at the nearest beach with Jayson and I have a gut feeling that something is not right here, because as soon as she hears Jayson's name, her posture immediately changes and she twitches.

Her face looks hurt, and angry and Maria doesn't seem to notice.

I shake my head, closing and opening my eyes telling myself I'm overthinking, but the thought doesn't go away.

Suddenly as if confirming my fears, the lady yells, "With Jayson, oh my God!" She exclaims and makes a dash outside running like a mad person, and that's when I see it.

That's when I see the fucking gun, at her back pocket, I start to tell at her, but the door is already opening and the security man is looking at me like a mad person.

Oh God! I need to call Cherry or Jayson, no I need to call the police first.

Fuck! I'm lost on what to do as I run inside to get my cell phone.

Let this not be what I'm thinking.
