Chapter 47

"Why are you not talking?" I asked before Trevas spoke and just stared at me. Suddenly I became nervous, what could he see in my memories so that he would stare at me like that.

Instead of answering, Trevas just smiled at me. His eyes stared into my eyes as if shining because of the reflection of light coming from the lake.

We are now sitting on the grass next to the lake, the goddess of tears disappeared earlier so I'm sure Trevas already knows everything, he already knows why I disappeared when he was poisoned and he already knows all the secrets not I confess to him. What I just don’t know is if he already knows how I feel.

Trevas approached me before pulling my hair out of my ear so I looked up at him. His smile widened even more and I still don't know why he seemed so happy.

"Don't you have anything to say about what you saw?" I asked but I was even more surprised when Trevas blinked before laughing when he saw the frown on my forehead.

“Really? You don't have- ”I suddenly interrupted when Trevas touched my cheek before we pressed our lips together.

I stiffened in my seat and couldn't react immediately but I also slowly closed my eyes when Trevas wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer.

I grabbed her chest as she tilted her head and deepened the kiss even more and I didn’t realize how long I had been drowning in the strange emotion I was feeling.

I crawled my hands into her hair as I allowed myself to accept everything she gave me.

Trevas's grip on my waist tightened even more as I combed my fingers through his hair and deepened the kiss.

I don't know how long we've been in our place as long as all I know is that I was gasping for breath when our lips parted.

Trevas pressed our foreheads together and I could feel his hot breath which made my face even hotter. He stared at my lips before shifting his gaze to my eyes.

He stared at me intensely and I could hear the fast beating of his heart but I didn't know if it was my heart or his.

“I love you”

Trevas' smile suddenly widened at what I said and even I smiled too because finally, I was ready to gamble.

Trevas rubbed his lips against mine again but that didn't last long either because we couldn't stop the smile forming on our lips.

“I love you too”

When Trevas and I got back to the courtyard we caught up with Lina and Lieutenant Jared who were in the living room and laughing with Sergeant Min that I didn’t know when kealn came. It looks like Lina and Lieutenant Jared have already said goodbye.

“Oh! Speaking of the devil ”said Lina when she saw us enter but she suddenly stopped when she saw Trevas' hand wrapped around my waist.

"Oh my goddess" Lina said before holding her mouth.

I scratched my head because even I was still shocked by what was happening.

"Finally General, you're getting more masculine" said Lieutenant Jared before leaning back on the sofa. Sergeant Min laughed at what he said but he also stopped when Trevas looked at him badly.

“Is that true?” Lina asked as Trevas and I looked around.

Trevas's grin widened before I felt his grip tighten on my waist and pulled me closer to him.

"Mine"

Lina and the two generals looked at each other before they said ‘oooh’ at the same time, which is why my face turned even redder. I'm not used to this, if then I just laughed at them when they teased Trevas and me, now I can't laugh anymore because it's true.

I slapped Trevas' hand that was wrapped around my waist so he was released. I looked at her first before ‘make face’ and walked towards the stairs but suddenly Lina pulled me onto the sofa and held me tightly by the arm so that I could not leave.

"Where are you going? We’re planning for a celebration here and you have no choice but to come ”said Lina.

Trevas stepped aside next to me then he leaned towards me and whispered, “You can’t run away from me”

"I'm not" I said before I slapped his thigh but he just laughed at me before wrapping his arm around my waist again.

“So, as I was saying. After all, the villain will disappear from our lives ”Lina began and I am more than 100% sure that she is referring to Vivian.

"And babe Jared noticed me again" lina added before raising her eyebrows in the direction of Lieutenant Jared who in turn grinned and we all laughed.

"AT…" Lina interrupted our laughter "We have a new SHIP that sailed, which is the Trelissa Ship that took a long time before it became official"

I was stunned by what Lina said but I couldn't help but smile especially when I heard Sergeant Min's loud laugh.

“Happy Sergeant Min? Is it really like that when you're single? ” this time, it was Lietenant Jared who almost died of ridicule because Trevas would say so.

“Just you wait, YOUR HIGHNESS. I can find it too. ” said Sergeant Min before nodding and crossing his arm over his chest.

"So what's the plan?" I asked Lina because we were slowly losing the topic.

“Oh right. in short, since so many great things have happened in recent days, it’s only right that we celebrate. It's also like the celebration of Trevas' crowning, which was ruined because of his demonic mother. No offense Trevas ”

"Do you have a plan on how to hold the celebration?" I will ask.

"No need to worry Alissa, we've already planned everything while you and Trevas are doing well"

"What's wrong?"

"And we can have the celebration tomorrow night" said Lina, ignoring my question.

It's true what Lina said, I don't have to do anything because everything is ready and the next night we will go straight to the training camp because the celebration will be held there. Which is weird because celebrations are often done in palace halls but I just let it go because I know Lina, I know she likes something weird and she doesn’t follow the trend.

I could wear anything so I only wore simple white robes and Trevas wore violet. We are the only two in the carriage now because Lina and Lieutenant Jared are already ahead because they still have something to fix for the start of the celebration.

I leaned my head on Trevas’s shoulder as I looked out the window and overlooked every building we could pass. Some stop to look at our carriage and bow in respect.

I looked up at Trevas as he folded our arms and I saw him staring at me earlier. "Why are you staring at me?"

Trevas shook his head before smiling. “I just felt so lucky to have you”

I smiled but that smile suddenly disappeared when Trevas bent down and pressed our lips together.

"Stop smiling at me like that, It's crazy"

I laughed at what he said but his forehead furrowed even more and he pulled me to sit on his lap before we pressed our lips together again.

He ran his right hand around my neck and the other one wrapped around my waist and pulled me closer to him, still not parting our lips.

I placed both my hands on his shoulders before focusing attention on his lips. I sucked his lips as his hands tightened in my hair.

I no longer knew what I was doing and just let myself fall into the heat I was feeling but I suddenly woke up when Trevas pushed me slightly and gasped staring at me.

"We can't," he said. Maybe I was stunned for a few seconds before I realized what he meant.

For f*ck’s sake we are in the carriage now and the window is still slightly open but what are we doing.

Trevas laughed when he saw my reaction before he hugged me. I buried my face in his chest, still sitting on his thigh.

"You're so cute" Trevas whispered while combing my hair.

"I know" I said with a smile but he didn't see it because my face was still sunk into his chest.

“I love you”

My smile widened. “I know, and I love you too”
