Chapter 47: Chapter 47
"E-ethan, someone is outside." I tried to stop him, but he didn't listen. He was out of his mind as he rocked me like a ravenous creature between my legs. He pursed his lips, taking his time to thrust. I was losing reign too, but the knocking on the door was tenacious. It didn't stop. I was embarrassed they might hear us, so I covered my mouth with the back of my palm, suppressing my wails of ecstasy.
"Hello! Is anybody there?" I heard a familiar voice shout outside the porch, then knocking and clicking the bell. My eyes dilated when I realized who it was.
Ethan must have recognized it also because his eyes took a side glance at the door, then clicked his tongue. He continued his thrust, but it was more careful this time. He positioned my legs more expansive, and my toes were almost touching the headrest of the couch. I can feel the air that's fondling my skin. The tension continued in my stomach as my legs shook in pleasure when we heard another loud thump coming outside.
"Hello! Did I hear noises, is someone there? We want to ask a few questions."
Good thing we locked the door because they tried to open it. Oh god, they sounded so persistent to come inside. But I know what they are here for. Ethan ended it quickly, unexpectedly, and I felt all of his semen flowing through my walls. He didn't waste anything as he cream-pied my wet vagina. I climaxed with him, my legs were shaking, and I was stifling my whines, scared they might hear me.
When he was done, he swiftly carried me then we went on the upper stairs, getting our stuff. I was about to wrap my arms around his neck when it hit the divider, making a loud thump. I parted my lips in pain, but Ethan quickly covered my mouth.
"Someone is inside, sir. They are not letting us in." we heard someone say outside. I closed my eyes in fear when Ethan continued to bring me to our room. He got me down to the floor and sealed the door when he ambled inside. He looks from his bear. His eyes are watching my face.
"We need to get out," he demanded, and I nodded. Ethan looked at the bed and saw Bobby, who was still sleeping. He swiftly went for his boxers and the pile of clothes on the floor. I picked up mine and then wore them. After minutes of fixing myself, I reached out to Bobby and then carried him. He was shocked when his eyes popped out and then looked at me.
"We're leaving this place," I told him. He didn't react. His eyes are still sleepy. I stroked his head and then let him fall asleep in my arms.
I glanced at Ethan, who was picking up our bags. He glanced around the house, and his eyes were saying something. I crossed the space between us and then reached for his cheeks. He leaned on my palm, closing his eyes. I can see the melancholy look in his eyes as if he didn't want to leave this place, but he had to.
"This house saw everything, from my birth trauma and how I met you." he let out a sigh, then clenched his hand. I smiled warmly at him, telling him I understood everything. I rested my temple on his chest, where his heart was beating, then listened to it punding against my ears like music blasting.
"Sometimes in life, we have to let things go even if it's unfortunate," I whispered. He didn't say anything. His arms wrapped around my waist then I felt a gentle kiss on my forehead.
"I'll protect you with all I have, Natasha. I don't care if it will drain me or kill me."
I paused when he said the last word. I hope nothing goes wrong, and his secret will remain in discretion. I couldn't imagine life without him. We found each other when we were both so weak and desperate in life. We are also each other's source of strength. Even though it's tough and destructible, we wouldn't leave each other's side.
We both looked frantically at the door when he heard footsteps approaching our room. Bobby woke up when he sensed some intruders. He was about to bark when Ethan stopped him because they would know we were still here if he didn't.
"We know you're in there. We have a warrant to ask permission about the picture the victim had posted. Is that you, Ms. Natasha?"
I stopped dead in my tracks and then looked at the door, and my eyes were fixed on it. I parted my lips, wanting to say something, when Ethan yanked me towards his body. He shook his head, looked at me as if I had grown five heads, carried all of our bags using his one arm without breaking a sweat, and opened the window. He peaked out, searching for something on the ground.
"Don't tell me we're going to jump?" I whispered to him, and he just sneered in response, then dropped off our remaining bags in the bushes. I held Bobby in my arms tightly as I closed my eyes because he positioned himself on the edge of the window, ready to fall on the terrifying height, when we heard a loud crash coming from behind.
"Don't look. Just closed your eyes and let yourself fall."
My heart accelerated, and I felt the chills run down my spine. I did what he told me, preparing myself. I felt the cold wind whisper in my ears, requesting my soul to set it free. When our bodies dropped into the air, and my spirit left my body, I heard the door behind us slam open as if someone had forced me to kick it.
"Sir! They are not here!"
Ethan turned into a wolf when I opened my eyes, running away with his claws thrusting on the ground. I glanced behind his shoulder and saw the window rolled down, and Allen was peaking through it. His eyes are scanning the surroundings looking for our presence. He looked confused, and I saw a yearning in his eyes simultaneously.
I know that looked. He's seeking justice for those helpless individuals who suffered under Ethan's claws. I understand he's just doing his job, but I can't surrender Ethan to him.
I know an apology wouldn't stop this chasing. It's not enough, and it can't bring back a life taken.
It took us an hour before we stopped and rested for a while. We ran into the woods so no other person would see us. I know we changed our physical appearances, but most of them would ask about our identification cards if we went to the city and took public transportation. We still haven't changed our individualism.
I glanced at Ethan, who was breathing shallow beside me. He was playing with Bobby, who was waggling his tail playfully. I couldn't help but feel emotional about our situation. We fought so hard for his freedom, but the consequence is that we have to change everything. Even I'm still processing this.
"Why are you crying?"
I stopped when I heard his gentle voice. I glance at them only to watch me closely with their concerned look. I hung my head low on the ground, wiping the tears away. I cursed inside my head, and I didn't realize I was crying in front of them.
"N-nothing." I looked away in another direction, but he held my chin and forced me to look at his fierce eyes. Our eyes locked for a minute, demanding that I say something to him, when I sighed in defeat.
"Everything's a mess, and this isn't the life I expected that would turn out to be with you-"
"You're leaving me?" he chimed in, but I shook my head in disagreement.
"It's not about that, Ethan. I wouldn't leave your side. I was overthinking things again. I'm scared to lose you from them. How long are we going to run away from the authority? I know we haven't confessed what you have done, Ethan, but what if they point a gun at us without hesitation?"
I panicked, and my voice toned up, almost yelling at him.
"They can kill you, Ethan. They can tear you away from Bobby and me." I motioned to Bobby, who understood what I just said because he lowered his head. His ears and tails are down.
"I can't lose you, Ethan-"
"Natasha."
I stopped mid-air when he spoke. His voice was calm, and his eyes told me to calm down because panicking won't do anything. I halted and then listened to what he said. He looked up at the sky, then raised his hands, trying to reach something from it.
"I was locked up, years, without anyone from my side. No one knows about my real identity."
Then he slowly looks at me.
"Aside from you and my family."
