"So I asked my staff one time in a meeting, If an old man and a child come near your car, what will you hit?" he starts off a conversation with Mr Williams.

"Hmm.. That seems like a tricky one, what did they say?" Mr Williams asked.

"Well.. They all murmured for a while and some said the old man or the child" he said and had a smirk on.

"So.. What did you say?" Mr Williams asked.

"I said No idiots!.. You are all supposed to hit the brake!.." he said and Mr Williams burst into a loud thunderous laughter.

"Hahahaha you're quite a funny person I must say" Mr Williams said to the young well dressed man sitting next to his beautiful daughter.

"Thank you sir" he responded.

"So how about your parents?" Mr Williams asked him.

"Ahmm.. I lost my mom when I was just 3 years old and my dad died three years later" he told Mr Williams.

"Oh.. My! I am so sorry for the lost" Mr Williams told him.

Just as he was about to say something his phone rings and he excused himself to take the call. "I beg to be excused sir" he said as he stood up.

"Yeah sure why not" Mr Williams told him.

Mrs Williams walking down the stairs of her beautiful home, she went straight to give her husband a lovely kiss on the cheek.

"What took you so long honey?" he asked his wife, looking all dressed like she was waiting to see the president.

"Well you know, women and how they prepare, I didn't want to disappoint." she told as she winked, he chuckled.

"You look beautiful by the way" he complimented her. "Oh.. Thank you darling" she said.

"You shouldn't let this beauty go to waste you know" he said and winked at her.

"Oh My Goodness darling you are so naughty" she told him.

"Well you know I am only naughty just for one woman" he said making his way to hold her waist. "We have a guest darling, we can deal with this later" she said to him.

"Hmmm.. If you say so" he said and got interrupted when his daughter's voice was heard coughing.

"Where's the young man and my daughter?" she asked.

"Your daughter is in the kitchen trying to get dinner ready while the young man just stepped out to make a few calls and he will be back" Mr Williams told his wife,she immediately stood up to go join her daughter in the kitchen.

Just as she left Nathan stepped back into the house, he apologized for taking too much time on the phone, Mr Williams who finds him really interesting had no problem at all with what he did.

Just then Adriana announced that the food was ready and everyone should move to the dinner table, Mrs Williams and Adriana were already having a daughter _mother's conversation about her husband to be while Mr Williams and Nathan talked about politics and business as they approached the table.

In slow motion Mrs Williams raised her hand to behold the man in front of her, to know who this person had given her daughter a reason to smile so much and who she wanted to spend the rest of her life with.

From his voice she knew she was doomed, she knew this was bad luck for her daughter already, she knew Nathan wasn't the right person for her daughter,Nathan and Mr Williams sat beside their women.

So.. mom this is Nathan Jackson my fiance."she said and as those words came out from her mouth, Mrs Williams choked she began to cough and immediately took on her hills, heading upstairs and straight to her bedroom.

Honey are you okay? "Mr Williams asked but she didn't say a word,after he excused himself from the dinner, he ran behind his wife to go find out if she was fine,after some time Adriana excused herself from the dinner table and headed upstairs.

Just as Mr Williams entered the room.

Adriana must not be allowed to marry that boy" she said,Adriana who was already at the door, she heard what her mother said.

"And why is that mom?" she asked as she slammed the door behind her.

"Why?... What reason do you have?" she asked, looking her mother dead shot on the eyes.

"He is bad luck, the very moment I saw him, see me coughing, that's a sign of bad luck" she said trying to make a point but the shock on her daughter's face makes it impossible to do that.

"How could you say that Sarah?, you barely know this man and you don't like him" her husband said.

"C'mon, if you ask me I'll say he's a nice guy" he continues. "Well… am her mother and I know what's best for her" she replied.

"Well I love him mom.. I love him and I will marry him"she told her mother. " You dare not," Mrs Williams told her daughter.

"You will not marry that boy and that is final" she said with an unreadable expression on her face.

There was a quick silence in the room before Adriana walked out the room banging the door began on her.

"Why?... Why?... Sarah, must you always have it, must you always have it your way, why?" he questioned her.

Without saying a word to her husband she walked out the door, leaving her husband in his own thoughts.

She has said what needed to be said and that was final.
