Silence filled the house where Adriana, Nathan and Mrs Williams all stood perplexed and frustrated.

"Must you even be with her?" she asked unspeakably and silence collected the room again. "Ha… Ha.. Ha…" Adriana laughed out faintly.

"Somebody please wake me up from this bad dream, what is happening? Adriana faintly said and moved herself to the wall, keeping her full weight on it because her knees were already fading out on her.

"How long have you two been lovers.?..."she asked.

" I've told you, he's not good for you baby, forget him" her mother said to her sitting on the bed and behaving like nothing serious had even happened.

"Oh please don't patronise me mom!.. How long have you been sleeping with my fiance behind my back mother!.." Adriana said on top of her cracky voice.

"Behind your back!.. Did you just say behind your back!…" Mrs Williams said standing up to look her daughter straight in the eyes, Adriana could hardly breath, from everything that's happening right now, the air was choking her out, her lips dry and her heart racing, she could it deep down her eardrum,Nathan just stood there looking hopeless and worried.

"I should be mad, Yes!.. I should be the one mad here!.." she stopped to catch her breath.

"He has been with me for twelve years!..twelve whole years!.. And you!.. You showed up from nowhere and took him away from me!... And you stand here… to tell me!, that I went behind your back?!, behind your back!" she confessed and disappointment filled the face of Adriana, she lost her balance, immediately she made contact with Wall behind her, she needed air she was really choking out, Nathan stood next to her feeling all disgusting and helpless, Mrs Williams had no remorse whatsoever about what she had just did, immediately there was nothing to be said between them, the conversation had escaped the room, it was replaced with anger, disappointment and frustration.

"That means… You've been cheating… You've been cheating on dad for… For twelve years?!" Adriana managed to say and a drop of tears from her left eyes rolled down her cheeks.

"Hmmm… AnAnd I have no regrets" Mrs Williams said in no manner of at all to talk about, silence takes or place again, Adriana knew there was nothing else to say again, she slowly turned her back to face her mother and tried to leave the room she has always wanted to leave the very moment she entered, the first step she took, her knees failed her and she lost her balance.

Nathan reached out to help her but he knew that was a very bad idea.

"Get your hands off me!.. Don't you dare...don't you dare touch me.. don't ever come to me!.." she sobbed as she said those words from her mouth, she gradually bent down to take off her shoes and opened the door but before she even stepped out, her mother walked towards the door and shut them right behind her.

Adriana!... Adriana!.. "Nathan who was struggling to move past Mrs Williams called out but before he could say more words Mrs Williams shut the door.

What… WjWhat are you doing? " Nathan asked. " Where are you going? "Mrs Williams asked.

Sarah what are you doing?!.. You just destroyed my life "he said crying.

And you think you haven't destroyed mine?!.."she stated out Nathan moved back from her and hestited a while before saying anything.

Am going after Adriana "he said

Get back here!.. Get back here right now!.. "she commands. " Sarah I need to leave this place right now! "he told her.

You are going nowhere!.. you're not leaving here!.. am locking you up!.. "she said to her and she meant it.

Sarah… "he said.

Get back there"she commands, pointing directly to the bed. "Sarah…" he called her.

"I will destroy you" she told him. "Sarah…"he called her again

I will jail you "she warned him, looking at him straight in the face.

Sarah…. Please… Please let me leave" he said but right now whatever he had to say didn't even matter.

"I will make your life miserable.." She was immediately interrupted by Nathan who wanted to use force on her, he was trying to get her off the doorway and leave but she used all her strength and pushed him back to the bed.

"Get back!.. I will make you helpless.. I will make your life miserable… I will return you where I picked you… I will mess with your life" she said those words to him and she meant every single one of it Nathan quickly brought his knees to the ground in front of her.

"Sarah" he said in a very sober tone.

"Your life will be unbearable!.." she told him clearly. "Sarah please.. I'm begging you.. " he begged.

"This world would be a living hell!" she spoke in great anger. "Sarah please am so sorry.." he pleaded.

"Now get in bed" she ordered.

"Please Sarah for the sake of the love that you have for me.." he said. "Love?!.. Get back to bed!.." she commanded.

"Please let me go to Adriana" Nathan begged but Sarah would rather die than let that happen.

"This is just the beginning.. You want to remain here… That is just fine!.." she told him,Nathan tried to touch her hands and beg but she had no open ear for that.

"Don't try me!.. Don't even dare touch me.. Get back in bed" she said pointing to it. "Get back there… get back to bed" what was she kept saying.

"Please let me go to Adriana," Nathan begged and sober. Nathan knew this was the end.. The end of it all.
